4 and_he/it _called Yirmə^yāh/(Jeremiah) DOM Baruch the _son of _Nēriy^yāhah and_wrote Baruch at_dictation of _Yirmə^yāh DOM all the _words of_YHWH which he _had _spoken to_him/it on a _scroll of _a _document.
5 And_commanded Yirmə^yāh DOM Baruch to_say I [am]_shut _up not I _am _able from_enter the _house of_YHWH.

8 And_he/it _made Baruch the _son of _Nēriy^yāhah according _to_all that commanded_him Yirmə^yāh the_prophet to_call in/on/at/with_scroll the _words of_YHWH the _house of_YHWH.
9 and_he/it _was in/on/at/with_year the_fifth of_Jehoiakim the _son of _Yʼoshiy^yāh/(Josiah) the _king of _Yəhūdāh/(Judah) in/on/at/with_month the_ninth they _proclaimed a _fast to_(the)_face _of/in _front _of/before YHWH all the_people in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim/(Jerusalem) and_all the_people the_(ones _who)_went from_towns of _Yəhūdāh in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim.
