31 At_time (the)_that the _utterance _of YHWH I _will _become (into)_god to_all/each/any/every the _clans _of Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_they they _will _become to_me (into)_a_people.
2 thus YHWH he _says it _found favour in_wilderness the_people _of the_survivors _of the_sword he _went to_give_it _rest Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel).
3 From_a _distance YHWH he _appeared to_me and_a _love _of perpetuity I_have _loved _you therefore yes/correct/thus/so I_have _prolonged _to _you covenant _loyalty.

5 Again you _will _plant vineyards on_the _hills _of Shomrōn they _will _plant planters and_they _will _put_them_to _use.
6 If/because there_will _be a _day when_they _will _call _out watchmen in_the _hill _country _of ʼEfrayim arise and_let _us _go _up Tsiyyōn/(Zion) to YHWH god _of_our.
7 if/because thus YHWH he _says cry _out of_Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob) gladness and_cry _aloud on_the _chief _of the_nations make _a _proclamation praise and_say save Oh_YHWH DOM people _of_your DOM the _remnant _of Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel).
8 Here_I am_about _to _bring them from_a _land _of the_north and_I_will _gather _them from_the_remotest _parts _of the_earth will_be_among _them the_blind and_the_lame the_pregnant and_one _who_gives _birth alike a _company great they _will _return hither.
9 With_weeping they _will _come and_with_supplications I_will _bring _them I_will _lead _them to torrents _of water on_a _path straight which_not they _will _stumble in_it if/because I _have _become for_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) (into)_a_father and_ʼEfrayim firstborn _of_is_my he.
10 hear the _message _of YHWH Oh _nations and_declare in_islands from_a _distance and_say the_one _who_scattered _of (of)_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) he_will _gather _it and_he_will _keep _it like_one _who_shepherds flock _of_his.
11 If/because YHWH he _has _ransomed DOM Yaˊₐqoⱱ and_he_has _redeemed _it from_the_hand _of one _too_strong for_it.
12 And_they _will _come and_they _will _cry _out _for _joy on_the _height _of Tsiyyōn/(Zion) and_they _will _be _radiant because _of the _good _thing[s]_of YHWH on grain and_on new _wine and_on fresh _oil and_on the_young _of the_flock and_herd and_it _will _be life _of_their like_a _garden watered and_not they _will _repeat to_become _faint again.
13 Then she _will _rejoice a _virgin with_dancing and_young _men and_old_men alike and_I _will _turn mourning _of_their into_joy and_I_will _comfort _them and_I_will _make _them _glad from_their _of_sorrow.
14 And_I _will _satisfy the _appetite _of the _priests fatness and_my _of_people DOM thing[s]_of_my _good they _will _be _satisfied the _utterance _of YHWH.
