6 If/because there _[will _be] a _day [when]_they _will _call _out watchmen in/on/at/with_hill _country of _ʼEfrayim arise and_go _up Tsiyyōn/(Zion) to YHWH god_our.
7 if/because thus he _says YHWH cry _out for_Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob) gladness and_shout in/on/at/with_chief the_nations make _a _proclamation praise and_say save Oh_YHWH DOM people_your DOM the _remnant of _Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel).
8 See_I [am]_about _to _bring DOM_them from_land of _[the]_north and_gather_them from_farthest _parts of _[the]_earth in/on/at/with_them [the]_blind and_lame [the]_pregnant and_give _birth alike a _company great they _will _return hither.
9 In/on/at/with_weeping they _will _come and_in/on/at/with_pleas _for _mercy bring _back_them walk_them to torrents of _water in/on/at/with_path straight [which]_not they _will _stumble in/on/at/with_which if/because I _have _become to_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) as_father and_ʼEfrayim firstborn_my he.
10 hear the _word of_YHWH Oh _nations and_declare in/on/at/with_coastlands from_afar and_say the _[one _who]_scattered (of)_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) gather_him and_keep_him as_shepherd flock_his.
11 If/because he _has _ransomed YHWH DOM Yaˊₐqoⱱ and_redeemed_him from_hand of _[one _too]_strong than_he.
12 And_come and_shout _for _joy in/on/at/with_height of _Tsiyyōn and_radiant because _of the _good _thing[s] of_YHWH on grain and_over new _wine and_over fresh _oil and_over [the]_young of _[the]_flock and_herd and_be life_their like_garden watered and_not they _will _repeat to_languish again.
13 Then she _will _rejoice a _virgin in/on/at/with_dance and_young _men and_old alike and_turn mourning_their into_joy and_comfort_them and_give _gladness_them for_sorrow_their.
14 And_give _fill the _appetite the_priests fatness and_people_my DOM goodness_my they _will _be _satisfied the _utterance of_YHWH.
