Profunditates aquarum, etc., usque ad ipsa ergo, id est, nos consideratione eorum hortatur laudare.

148.7 Laudate Dominum. Secunda pars, ubi, enumeratis cœlestibus, descendit to terrestria. Conversus ergo to illa, tanquam exhortans nos as eorum consideratione laudemus God, which considerata aperiunt laudem God, ait: O vos who about terra. Omnes abyssi. AUG.
