ULT PSA Chapter 45

45 For the chief musician; maskil the sons of song of

1 My heart boils over, with a good matter.

I am reciting my works to the king.

My tongue is the stylus of a quick scribe.

2 You are fairer than the sons of man.

Grace is poured onto your lips.

Therefore God has blessed you forever.

3 Gird your sword on your thigh, warrior,

in your glory and your majesty.

4 And, in your majesty prosper, ride out

for the sake of truth and humility, and righteousness.

May your right hand teach you fearful things.

5 Your arrows are sharp;

the peoples fall under you;

in the heart of the enemies of the king.

6 Your throne, God, is forever and ever.

A scepter of justice, is the scepter of your kingdom.

7 You love righteousness, and you hate wickedness.

Therefore God, your God, has anointed you

with the oil of joy more than your companions.

8 Myrrh and aloes, cassia, are all of your garments.

From palaces of ivory, stringed instruments make you rejoice.

9 Daughters of kings, are among your precious, ones.

The queen is stationed at your right hand in gold of Ophir.

10 Listen, daughter, and consider, and incline your ear,

and forget your people and the house of your father.

11 Then the king will desire your beauty.

Because he is your lord, prostrate yourself to him.

12 The daughter of Tyre with a gift;

the rich of the people will entreat your face.

13 All glorious, is the daughter of the king within;

from interweavings of gold, is her clothing.

14 She will be led to the king in embroidery.

The virgins after her, her companions,

will be brought to you.

15 They will be led by joy and rejoicing;

they will enter into the palace of the king.

16 In place of your fathers will be your sons;

you will make him princes in all of the earth.

17 Let me make, people remember your name in every generation to generation;

therefore the peoples will thank you forever and ever.
