ULT PSA Chapter 77

77 For the chief musician; psalm Asaph.

1 My voice, is to God, and I cry out;

my voice, is to God, and he listens to me.

2 In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord;

my hand was stretched out at night, and it did not slacken.

My soul refused to be comforted.

3 I remembered God and I groaned;

I meditated, and my spirit grew faint. Selah

4 You held the lids of my eyes;

I was troubled and I did not speak.

5 I thought about days from antiquity,

years of long ago.

6 I will remember my song in the night;

with my heart I will meditate,

and my spirit searches.

7 Will the Lord reject, me forever?

And will he not again add to show favor?

8 Has his covenant faithfulness ceased forever?

Has a promise ended for generation and generation?

9 Has God forgotten to be gracious?

Or has he shut up his compassions in, his nose? Selah

10 And I said, “This is my wounding:

the changing of the right hand of the Most High.”

11 I will remember the deeds of Yah;

for I will remember your wonder from antiquity.

12 And I will ponder on all your deeds,

and on your works I will meditate.

13 Your way, God, is in holiness;

what god is great like God?

14 You are the God who does wonders;

you have revealed your strength among the peoples.

15 You have redeemed your people with, your arm,

the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah

16 The waters saw you, God;

the waters saw you, and they trembled;

indeed the depths shook.

17 The clouds poured down water;

the skies gave a sound;

your arrows also flew about.

18 The sound of your thunder, was in the whirlwind;

the lightning lit up the world;

the earth trembled and shook.

19 Your way went through the sea

and your path through many waters,

but your footprints were not discerned.

20 You led your people like a flock

by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
