In this poem celebrating the king’s wedding, the psalmist is not following a strict chronological sequence. In verse 9, he presented a portrait of the bride, groom, and attendants in their formal places at the ceremony. In verses 13–15, he describes the procession of the bride and her attendants to the ceremony. That procession took place before he started singing this song, so in some languages, it may be appropriate to describe them in a past tense. The UST models one way to do that.

By the daughter of the king, the psalmist means the same person whom he calls the “queen” in verse 9. (This indicates that her father is the king of a foreign country.) You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [the royal bride]

The psalmist is using the term within to mean a room or apartment within the palace where the bride has dressed for her wedding. Alternate translation: [in her chamber]
