Literal Version

1 This is the revelation that God gave to Yeshua the messiah to show to his slaves to explain what must happen soon. He communicated it by sending it via his messenger to his slave, Yohan 2 who then faithfully passed on everything he saw of God’s message and the testimony of Yeshua the messiah. 3 God will bless anyone who reads or listens to the messages of this prophecy and obeys what it written in it, because the time of these events happening is close.

1 The_revelation of_Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) chosen _one /messiah, which gave to _him the god, to _show to _the slaves of _him, what things it _is _fitting to _become in quickness, and he _signified it, having _sent _out through the messenger of _him to _the slave of _him, Yōannaʸs, 2 who testified the message of_ the _god, and the testimony of_Yaʸsous chosen _one /messiah, as _much _as he _saw.
3 Blessed is the one reading and the ones hearing the messages of _the prophecy, and keeping the things in it having _been _written, because/for the the_time is near.

1:4 The greetings to seven assemblies of believers

4 [ref]This letter is from Yohan to the seven assemblies in Asia Minor:

Grace and peace to you all from the God who is and was and will be, and from the seven spirits who are in front of this throne, 5 [ref]and from Yeshua the messiah, the faithful witness, the first to come back to life, and the ruler of all the leaders of the nations of the world.

Yeshua loves us and he has released us from our sins by his blood, 6 [ref]and made us into a kingdom of priests to God his father, and he is deserving of honour and power throughout the ages. May it be so.

7 [ref]Look, he’s going to come back in the clouds, and everyone will see him—the one who they speared—and all the tribes on the earth will be mourning over him. REWORK OT QUOTES

8 [ref]“I am the A and the Z,” says Yahweh God, the one who is and was and will be—the most powerful one.

4 Seven Yōannaʸs to _the assemblies which in the Asia:
grace to _you _all and peace, from the one being, and who was, and who coming, and from the seven spirits, who are before the throne of _him, 5 and from Yaʸsous chosen _one /messiah, the witness the faithful, the firstborn of _the dead, and the ruler of _the kings of _the earth.
To _the one loving us, and having _released us from the sins of _us in the blood of _him, 6 and made us a_kingdom, priests the to_god and father of _him, to _him be the glory and the dominion to the ages.
Truly.
7 Behold, he _is _coming with the clouds, and will _be _seeing him every eye, and who him they _pierced, and will _be _mourning over him all the tribes of _the earth.
Yes.
Truly.
8 I am the first _letter and the last _letter, is _saying the_master, the god:
the one being, and who was, and who coming, the almighty.

1:9 Yohan sees the messiah

9 I, John, am your brother and partner in the suffering that’s typical of those who follow Yeshua. I’ve been exiled to Patmos Island where I endure because I believe God’s message and Yeshua’s testimony and look forward to his kingdom. 10 One Sunday while meditating, God’s spirit gave me a vision, and I heard a voice behind me that seemed as loud as a trumpet blast 11 that said, “Write down what you see here on a scroll and send it to the seven assemblies of believers—to the cities of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.”

12 Then I turned to see who was talking to me, and I saw seven golden lamp holders, 13 and standing among them was a man who looked like humanity’s child,[fn] wearing a long robe with a golden sash around His chest.[ref] 14 His hair was gleaming white like wool or snow and his eyes were bright like a fiery flame.[ref] 15 His feet shone like bronze that had been refined in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of a river of rushing water.[ref] 16 He was holding seven stars in his right hand and a sharp sword was extending from his mouth, and his face was like the sun shining at its brightest. 17 And when I saw him, I quickly lay at his feet, breathless like a dead man, but he placed his right hand on me, and told me, “Don’t be afraid. I am the first and the last.[ref] 18 I lived and died here on the earth, but look, now I’m alive again and will live for all eternity, and I control the keys over death and over hell. 19 So record what you’re seeing now as well as what I’ll show you about current and future events. 20 This is the meaning of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lamp holders:[ref] The seven stars represent God’s messengers watching over those seven groups of believers,[ref] and the seven lamp holders represent those groups of believers.

9 I Yōannaʸs, the brother of _you _all, and fellow-partaker in the tribulation, and kingdom, and endurance, in Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa), became in the island which being _called Patmos, because _of the message of_ the _god and the testimony of_Yaʸsous.
10 I _became in the_spirit on the master’s day, and I _heard behind me a_voice loud like of_a_trumpet 11 saying:
What you _are _seeing, write in a_scroll, and send to _the seven assemblies:
to Efesos, and to Smurna, and to Pergamos, and to Thuateira, and to Sardeis, and to Filadelfeia, and to Laodikeia.
12 And I _turned _back to _be _seeing the voice which was _speaking with me.
And having _turned _back, I _saw seven lampstands golden, 13 and in the_midst of _the lampstands:
similar son of _Man, having _dressed _in reaching _the _feet, and having _been _girded _about at the breasts a_belt golden.
14 And the head of _him and his hairs were white, as _though wool white as snow, and the eyes of _him like a_flame of _fire, 15 and the feet of _him similar to _burnished _bronze as in a_furnace of _having _been _refined, and the voice of _him like the_voice of _waters many, 16 and holding in the right hand of _him seven stars, and out _of the mouth of _him a_sword double _edged sharp going _out, and the face of _him like the sun is _shining in the power of _it.
17 And when I _saw him, I _fell at the feet of _him, as _though dead.
And he _put the right hand of _him on me saying:
Not be _fearing, I am the first and the last, 18 and which living and I _became dead, and see, living I _am to the ages of _the ages, and I _am _having the keys of_ the _death and of_ the _Haidaʸs.
19 Therefore write what things you _saw, and what things they _are, and what things is _going to _become after these things.
20 The seven mystery of _the stars, which you _saw on the right hand of _me, and the seven lampstands the golden:
the seven stars, seven the_messengers of _the assemblies are, and the seven lampstands the_seven assemblies are.
