20 And_they _came to the_king court_to_the and_DOM the_scroll they _had _deposited in_the _room _of ʼElīshāˊma the_scribe and_they _told in_the _ears _of the_king DOM all _of the_things.
21 And_he _sent the_king DOM Yēhūʼ/(Jehu)di to_take/accept/receive DOM the_scroll and_he_fetched _it from_the _room _of ʼElīshāˊma the_scribe and_he_read _it _aloud Yēhūʼdi in_the _ears _of the_king and_in_the _ears _of all _of the_officials who_were_standing from_under the_king.
22 And_the_king was_sitting the _house _of the _winter in_month (the)_ninth and_DOM the_fire-pot before_him was_kindled.
23 And_he/it _was just_as _read _aloud Yēhūʼdi three doors and_four he_tore _it with_the _knife _of the _scribe and_he _threw_it into the_fire which was_to the_fire-pot until was _consumed all _of the_scroll on the_fire which was_on the_fire-pot.
24 And_not they _were _afraid and_not they _tore DOM clothes _of_their the_king and_all servants _of_his who_heard DOM all _of the_words/messages the_these.
25 And_also ʼElnātān and_Dəlā^yāh and_Gemariah they _had _made _entreaty with_king to_not to _burn DOM the_scroll and_not he _listened to_them.
26 And_he _commanded the_king DOM Yəraḩmə^ʼēl/(Jerahmeel) the _son _of the_king and_DOM Sərā^yāh the _son _of ˊAzrī^ʼēl and_DOM Shelem^yāh the _son _of Abdeel to_take/accept/receive DOM Bārūk the_scribe and_DOM Yirmə^yāh/(Jeremiah) the_prophet and_he_hid _them YHWH.
