ULT Then she called the name of Yahweh who had spoken to her, “You are El Roi,” because she said, “Have I really seen here the back of the one who sees me?”
UST After Yahweh spoke to Hagar, she called him El Roi, which means “the God who sees.” She named him that, because she had exclaimed to herself, “I just now saw the back of God who sees me!”
