Here Solomon speaks as if the shed blood of Amasa and Abner could return on the head of Joab and on the head of his seed. He means that Joab and his seed will be punished in a way that fits with the murders that Joab committed. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a comparable figure of speech or state the meaning plainly. See how you expressed the similar figure of speech in 2:32.
