LUT Nun aber, mein Herr, so wahr der HErr lebet, und so wahr deine SeeLE lebet, der HErr hat dich verhindert, daß du nicht kämest wider das Blut, und hat dir deine Hand erlöset. So müssen nun werden wie Nabal deine Feinde, und die meinem Herrn übel wollen.
  (Nun but, my Herr, so wahr the LORD lives, and so wahr your SeeLE lives, the LORD has you/yourself verhindert, that you not kämest against the blood, and has you your Hand erlöset. So müssen now become like Nabal your Feinde, and the my Herrn übel wollen.)

BRN And now, my lord, as the Lord lives, and thy soul lives, as the Lord has kept thee from coming against innocent blood, and [fn]from executing vengeance for thyself, now therefore let thine enemies, and those that seek evil against my lord, become as Nabal.
