TSNTyndale Study Notes:

21:22 he may eat: Although a mutilation or defect (see 21:18-20) disqualified a descendant of Aaron from representing the people, it did not compromise his priestly lineage. He was eligible to eat the priest’s share of the offerings (see 2:3, 10; 6:17-18).

UTNuW Translation Notes:

לֶ֣חֶם אֱלֹהָ֔יו מִקָּדְשֵׁ֖י הַקֳּדָשִׁ֑ים וּמִן־ הַקֳּדָשִׁ֖ים יֹאכֵֽל

food/grain/bread his/its=god of,most_holy_ones_of the,holy_ones and=from the,holy eat

Parts of the sacrifices belonged to the priests and could be eaten. Alternate translation: “He may eat the food offering of his God, some of the holiest holy things and some of the holy things”

יֹאכֵֽל

eat

Here, he refers to the priest with the bodily defect.

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

מִקָּדְשֵׁ֖י הַקֳּדָשִׁ֑ים וּמִן־ הַקֳּדָשִׁ֖ים

of,most_holy_ones_of the,holy_ones and=from the,holy

This also refers to the food that was sacrificed. The full meaning of this statement can be made clear. Alternate translation: “some of the sacrifices offered in the most holy place or some of the sacrifices offered in the holy place”
