BSB § “How can I go?” Samuel asked. “Saul will hear of it and kill me!”
§ The LORD answered, “Take a heifer with you and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the LORD.’

OEB And Samuel said, ‘How can I go, since Saul will hear of it and kill me?’ But the Lord said, ‘Take a calf with you and say you have come to sacrifice to the Lord.

LUT Samuel aber sprach: Wie soll ich hingehen? Saul wird‘s erfahren und mich erwürgen. Der HErr sprach: Nimm ein Kalb von den Rindern zu dir und sprich: Ich bin kommen, dem HErrn zu opfern.
  (Samuel but spoke: How should I hingehen? Saul wird‘s erfahren and me erwürgen. The LORD spoke: Nimm a Kalb from the Rindern to you and sprich: I bin kommen, to_him HErrn to opfern.)

CLV Et ait Samuel: Quomodo vadam? audiet enim Saul, et interficiet me. Et ait Dominus: Vitulum de armento tolles in manu tua, et dices: Ad immolandum Domino veni.
