4:8 Again (see 4:1), it’s not totally clear if Paul is referring to Yeshua’s previous coming to the earth, or to the expected, future coming.

ULT Now the crown of righteousness has been reserved for me, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not to me only, but also to all the ones having loved his appearing.

UST So, just like a runner who has won his race, what remains for me now is to receive the prize for having lived in a way that pleased God. The Lord, who judges rightly, has kept this prize for me and he will give it to me when he comes again. He will not only give it to me, but also to everyone who waits eagerly for him to come again.

4.8 Reddet. 4.8 Reddet. Here Paul is referring to the exact moment when Jesus will return to this world, which will also be the end of the current time period and the time when Jesus judges everyone. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make that idea more explicit. See how you expressed the similar phrase in 1:12. Alternate translation: “on that day when Jesus will return” or “at his second coming”
