TSNTyndale Study Notes:

4:19 Priscilla and Aquila had been in Ephesus (Acts 18:26; 1 Cor 16:19) and were probably there at this time. They had also lived in Rome (Acts 18:2; Rom 16:3), where Paul currently was. This might imply that Timothy was still in Ephesus (see 1 Tim 1:3).
• Paul appreciatively mentions Onesiphorus in 2 Tim 1:16 as having ministered to him in prison.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

ἄσπασαι

greet

As was customary in his culture, near the end of his letter, Paul asks Timothy to extend greetings for him to other people that both he and the Timothy know. Your language may have a particular way of sharing greetings in a letter. If so, you could use that form here. Alternate translation: “Remember me to” or “Give my regards to”

Note 1 topic: translate-names

Ὀνησιφόρου

˱of˲_Onesiphorus

Onesiphorus is the name of a man. See how you translated this name in 1:16.
