9 And_ the _people _of _they _passed _over of _ˊAmmōn DOM the_Yardēn to_fight also against_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_against_Binyāmīn and_against_the _house _of ʼEfrayim and_it _was _distress to_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) exceedingly.

10 And_ the _people _of _they _cried _out of _Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) to YHWH to_say we _have _sinned to/for_you(fs) and_because/when we _have _abandoned DOM god _of_our and_we _have _served DOM the_Baˊal.

11 and_ YHWH _he/it _said to the _people _of Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) not from_Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and_from the_ʼAmorī and_from the _people _of ˊAmmōn and_from the_Fəlishtiy.

12 And_the_Tsīdonī/(Sidonians) and_ˊAmālēq and_Māˊōn they _oppressed you(pl) and_you(pl)_cried _out to_me and_I_delivered you(pl) from_hand _of_their.

13 And_you(pl) you(pl)_have _abandoned me and_you(pl)_have _served gods other for_so/thus/hence not I _will _repeat to_deliver you(pl).

14 Go and_cry _out to the_ʼElohīm which you(pl)_have _chosen (in)_them they let _them _deliver to/for_you(pl) at_the _time _of your _distress _of_your(pl).

15 And_ the _people _of _they _said of _Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) to YHWH we _have _sinned do you to/for_us according_to _all _of the_good in_eyes _of_your only deliver_us please the_day (the)_this.

16 And_they _removed DOM the _gods _of (the)_foreignness from_midst _of_their and_they _served DOM YHWH self _of_his and_it _was _short at_the _trouble _of Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel).

17 and_ the _people _of _they _were _summoned of _ˊAmmōn and_they _encamped in_Gilˊād and_ the _people _of _they _gathered of _Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_they _encamped at_Miʦpāh.

18 And_they _said the_people the _leaders _of Gilˊād each to his/its_neighbour who the_man who he _will _begin to_fight against_the _people _of ˊAmmōn he _will _become (into)_chief to_all/each/any/every the _inhabitants _of Gilˊād.
