12 Be _ strong and _ let _ us_ show_ ourselves_ strong for people _ of_ our and _ for the _ cities_ of our _ god_ of_ of and _ YHWH he _ will_ do the _ good in _ his _ of_ eyes .
13 And _ Yōʼāⱱ _ he _ drew_ near and _ the _ people which with _ him/it for _ battle on _ ʼArām and _ they _ fled from _ before _ of_ him .
14 And _ the _ sons of _ ˊAmmōn they _ saw if/because _ that it _ had_ fled ʼArām and _ they _ fled from _ face/in _ front_ of ʼAⱱīshay and _ they _ came the _ city and _ Yōʼāⱱ/(Joab) _ he _ returned from _ under the _ people_ of ˊAmmōn and _ he _ went Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) .
15 And _ ʼArām _ he/it _ saw if/because _ that it _ had_ been_ defeated to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/before Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ they _ gathered_ themselves together .
16 And _ Hₐdadˊezer _ he _ sent and _ he _ brought_ out DOM ʼArām which was _ from_ the _ other_ side_ of the _ river and _ they _ came Ḩēylām and _ Shōⱱāk the _ commander_ of the _ army_ of Hₐdadˊezer was _ before _ of_ them .
17 And _ it _ was_ told to _ Dāvid and _ he _ gathered DOM all _ of Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ he/it _ passed_ through DOM the _ Yardēn/(Jordan) and _ he _ came to _ Ḩēylām and _ ʼArām _ they _ deployed to _ Dāvid _ meet and _ they _ engaged_ in_ battle with _ him/it .
18 And _ ʼArām _ it _ fled from _ face/in _ front_ of Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ Dāvid _ he _ killed of _ ʼArām seven hundred(s) charioteer[s] and _ forty thousand horsemen and _ DOM Shōⱱāk the _ commander_ of its _ army_ of_ of he _ struck_ down and _ he/it _ died there .
