27 and _ he/it _ saidthe _ king to Tsādōq the _ priest/officer a _ seer are _ youreturn the _ city in _ peace and _ ʼAḩīmaˊaʦ son _ of_ your and _ Yōnātān/(Yə hōnātān/(Jonathan)) the _ son_ ofʼEⱱyātār the _ two_ ofsons _ of_ your(pl) with _ you(pl) .
28 See I will _ be_ delayingin _ the _ wilderness_ plains_ of[fn ] of _ the _ wildernessuntil comes message from _ with _ you(pl) to _ announce to _ me .
29 And _ Tsādōq _ he _ took_ backand _ ʼEⱱyātār DOM the _ box_ ofthe _ ʼElohīm Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ they _ livedthere .
30 And _ Dāvid was _ going_ upon _ the _ ascent_ ofthe _ olive_ treesgoing _ upand _ weeping and _ head to _ him/it was _ coveredand _ he was _ walkingbarefoot and _ all the _ people which with _ him/it they _ coveredeach his/its _ head and _ they _ went_ upgoing _ upand _ weeping .
31 And _ Dāvid someone _ toldto _ say ʼAḩītofel is _ among_ conspirators with ʼAⱱīshālōm and _ Dāvid _ he/it _ saidmake _ foolishplease DOM the _ counsel_ ofʼAḩītofel Oh _ YHWH 32 And _ he/it _ wasDāvid coming to the _ top where he _ bowed_ downthere to _ god and _ see/lo/see to _ meet _ him Ḩūshay the _ Arkite was _ torntunic _ of_ his and _ earth was _ onhis/its _ head .

36 There there are _ with_ them the _ two_ ofsons _ of_ their ʼAḩīmaˊaʦ of _ Tsādōq and _ Yōnātān/(Yə hōnātān/(Jonathan)) of _ ʼEⱱyātār and _ you(pl) _ will_ sendby _ their _ of_ hand to _ me every _ ofmessage which you(pl) _ will_ hear37 And _ Ḩūshay _ he _ camethe _ friend_ ofDāvid the _ city and _ ʼAⱱīshālōm he _ cameYə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) .
