58:13 Blessings for keeping the rest day

13 If on the rest day, you turn back from what you wanted to do

and don’t try to please yourself on my sacred day,

enjoy Yahweh’s sacred and honourable rest day,

and honour it instead of doing your own activities such as finding your own pleasure or delivering a speech,

14 then you’ll take delight in Yahweh.

I’ll make you ride on the heights of the earth,

and I’ll give you the same blessings that I gave your ancestor, Yakov (Jacob).

That’s what Yahweh has spoken.

13 If you _will _turn _back from_the_sabbath foot _of_your to _do pleasures _of_your in/on_day my _holiness _of_my and_you _will _call (to)_sabbath a _delight (to)_the_holy_day_of YHWH honourable and_you_will _honour _it from_doing ways _of_your _own from_finding pleasure _of_your and_to _speak a _message.
14 Then you _will _take _delight on YHWH and_I_will _make _you _ride on the_high _places _of[fn][fn] the_land and_I_will _feed _you the _inheritance _of Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob) I _will _show_you(ms) if/because the _mouth _of YHWH it _has _spoken.
