18 Oh_deaf_people listen and_Oh_blind_people look to_see.
19 Who is_blind if/because (if) servant _of_my and_deaf like_my _of_messenger whom_I _will _send who is_blind like_one_in _a _covenant and_blind like_the _servant _of YHWH.
20 You _have _seen[fn] many_things and_not you _keep_them they _are _open ears and_not he _listens.
21 YHWH he _was _pleased for _the _sake _of righteousness _of_his he _will _make _great the_law and_he _will _make_it_glorious.
22 And_he is_a _people despoiled and_plundered they _are _trapped in_holes of _them _of_all and_in_houses _of imprisonment(s) they _are _hidden they _have _become (into)_spoil and_there_is_not a _deliverer plunder and_there_is_not one _who_says bring_it_back.
23 Who among_you(pl) will _he _give _ear _to this will _he _pay _attention and_will _he _listen to_afterwards.
24 Who has _he _given to_plunder[fn][fn] Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob) and_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) to_those _who_despoil am_not was _it_YHWH whom we _have _sinned to_him/it and_not they _were _willing in_his _of_ways to _walk and_not they _listened to_his _of_law.
25 And_he _poured _out on/upon/above_him/it rage anger _of_his and_the_fierceness _of battle and_it_set _it _ablaze from_round _about and_not it _knew and_it _burnt in/on/over_him/it and_not it _set_it on heart.
