7 To _ open eyes blind to _ bring _ out from _ dungeon prisoner[s] from _ house of _ imprisonment [those _ who]_ dwell of _ darkness .
8 I [am] _ YHWH it name _ my and _ glory _ my to _ another not I _ will_ give and _ praise _ my to _ the_ idols .

18 the _ deaf listen and _ the _ blind look to _ see .
