UST However, I will allow Solomon’s descendants to keep ruling one tribe. I will do that in order to honor my servant David. And because I have chosen Jerusalem from all of the Israelite cities to be the location for my temple, I will allow his descendants to rule the tribe of Judah, whose territory includes Jerusalem.
