TSNTyndale Study Notes:

4:13-14 Don’t think . . . you will escape: Mordecai did not back down and did not excuse her because of the danger, and he reminded her that it would be more dangerous for her to say nothing to the king.
• deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place: Mordecai knew God’s promises and realized that God would not allow his chosen people to be annihilated (see Gen 12:3; 22:18; 28:14; Isa 60:1-5).
• perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this: Esther’s rise to power at this precise time was not just a lucky chance of fate—her position as Xerxes’ favored wife and queen was a role that God had given her to influence history for the Jewish people.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / personification

רֶ֣וַח וְהַצָּלָ֞ה יַעֲמ֤וֹד לַיְּהוּדִים֙ מִמָּק֣וֹם אַחֵ֔ר

relief and,deliverance arise for_the,Jews from,place next/another

Here, relief and deliverance are spoken of as if they are living things that can rise up. Alternate translation: “someone else will rise up from another place and rescue the Jews”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet

רֶ֣וַח וְהַצָּלָ֞ה

relief and,deliverance

Here, relief and deliverance mean very similar things. They are used together to emphasize the great emotion behind being delivered from this great evil. If it works better in your language, you can use one word instead of two, as in the UST.

וְאַ֥תְּ וּבֵית־אָבִ֖יךְ תֹּאבֵ֑דוּ

and,you and,family father's,your perish

The implication is that the Jews will be rescued starting in that other place, but the ones living in Susa will still be in danger because no one who could have helped them there (such as Esther) would have done anything. Alternate translation: “you and your relatives will be killed”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion

וּמִ֣י יוֹדֵ֔עַ אִם־לְעֵ֣ת כָּזֹ֔את הִגַּ֖עַתְּ לַמַּלְכֽוּת

and,who knows if for,time as,this come to_the,royal_position

This is really a statement, and it is about what is happening right then. Mordecai asks it in question form so that Esther will think deeply about her role in this situation. Alternate translation: “who knows, perhaps it was to intervene in this very situation that you became queen”
