12.19 Tubæ sonum. Tuba est signum motionis ad bellum, et est motus delectationis qui non per legem, sed per gratiam exstinguitur. Vocem verborum. Hujusmodi vox est legis præceptio et comminatio, quam populus gravem putavit et intolerabilem, quia sola præceptio erat, sine gratia adjuvante.

12.19 Tubæ sonum. Tuba it_is signum motionis to bellum, and it_is motus delectationis who not/no per legem, but per gratiam exstinguitur. Vocem verborum. Huyusmodi vox it_is legis præceptio and comminatio, how populus gravem putavit and intolerabilem, because sola præceptio was, without gratia adyuvante.
