BSB § But as for you, do not listen to your prophets, your diviners, your interpreters of dreams, your mediums, or your sorcerers who declare, ‘You will not serve the king of Babylon.’

OEB As for yourselves, do not listen to your prophets, diviners, dreamers, soothsayers, or sorcerers, who assure you that you will not be subject to the king of Babylon.

WEB But as for you, don’t listen to your prophets, to your diviners, to your dreams, to your soothsayers, or to your sorcerers, who speak to you, saying, “You shall not serve the king of Babylon;”

NET So do not listen to your prophets or to those who claim to predict the future by divination, by dreams, by consulting the dead, or by practicing magic. They keep telling you, ‘You do not need to be subject to the king of Babylon.’

LSV And you, you do not listen to your prophets, and to your diviners, and to your dreamers, and to your observers of clouds, and to your sorcerers who are speaking to you, saying, You do not serve the king of Babylon—

FBV Don't you listen to your prophets, your fortune-tellers, your interpreters of dreams, your mediums, or your magicians when they tell you, “You won't serve the king of Babylon.”

T4T So, do not pay attention to your false prophets and fortune-tellers and people who predict what will happen by working magic or by talking with spirits of dead people. Those people say that the king of Babylon will not conquer your country.

LEB And you, you must not listen to your prophets, and to your diviners, and to your dreamers, and to your interpreters of signs, and to your sorcerers who are saying,[fn] ‘You will not serve the king of Babylon.’

LUT Darum so gehorchet nicht euren Propheten, Weissagern, Traumdeutern, Tagewählern und Zauberern, die euch sagen: Ihr werdet nicht dienen müssen dem Könige zu Babel.

BRN For, behold, I stir up against Babylon the gatherings of nations out of the land of the north; and they shall set themselves in array against her: thence shall she be taken, as the dart of an expert warrior shall not return empty.

BrLXX Ὅτι ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐγείρω ἐπὶ Βαβυλῶνα συναγωγὰς ἐθνῶν ἐκ γῆς Βοῤῥᾶ, καὶ παρατάξονται αὐτῇ· ἐκεῖθεν ἁλώσεται, ὡς βολὶς μαχητοῦ συνετοῦ οὐκ ἐπιστρέψει κενή.
