WEB He said, “Take them alive!”
¶ They took them alive, and killed them at the pit of the shearing house, even forty-two men. He didn’t leave any of them.

NET He said, “Capture them alive!” So they captured them alive and then executed all forty-two of them in the cistern at Beth Eked. He left no survivors.
