Or, through the_earth/land, Jews; through the_sea, people/nations are_accepted. And footsteps your not/no they_will_be_known. Rebuke silent Jews; as_if let_him_say: It’s_possible openly will_have_placed, and himself with_miracles may_have_shown: not/no it_is known from To_the_Jews into_the_faithful which he_led in/into/on by_hand of_Moses and Aaron, that it_is, operation of_miracles which they_did. Asaph is speaking of God’s actions and guidance as if they were a way and path that he traveled. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Your deeds were done in the sea and your works] or [You acted in the sea, and you worked]

These two phrases, Your way went through the sea and your path through many waters, mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and you may want to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation. If it is helpful, you could connect the phrases in a way that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [Your way went through the sea, yes, your path went through many waters]
