TSNTyndale Study Notes:

9:4 stay in the same house: They were to develop lasting relationships and be content without seeking better lodging or provisions.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

εἰς ἣν ἂν οἰκίαν εἰσέλθητε

into whatever ¬wishfully house ˱you_all˲_/may/_come_in

The implication is that the disciples can enter a house because the people living there have welcomed them. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could state that explicitly. Alternate translation: “any house where you are welcomed”

ἐκεῖ μένετε

there /be/_remaining

Alternate translation: “stay in that same house”

καὶ ἐκεῖθεν ἐξέρχεσθε

and and from_there /be/_coming_out

Alternate translation: “until you leave that place”
