Gentilis autem consuetudo vel tripodas vel cortinas, vel hujusmodi vocabulis appellat, quæ quasi ad hoc consecrata, moveri ab eis et contrectari solent. Sed divina Scriptura Ephod vernaculo sermone nominat in prophetis, quod tradunt esse indumentum prophetantium I Reg. 30.. Aliud tamen in divina Scriptura prophetia, aliud divinatio.
