11 And a_certain man was ailing, Lazaros of Baʸthania of the village of _Maria/(Mirəyām), and Martha the sister of _her.
2 And Maria was the woman having _anointed the master with _ointment, and having _wiped _off the feet of _him with _the hairs of _her, whose the brother Lazaros was _ailing.
3 Therefore the sisters sent _out to him saying:
master, see, he _whom you _are _loving is _ailing.
4 But having _heard the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) said:
This the sickness not is to death, but for the glory of_ the _god, in _order _that the son of_ the _god may _be _glorified by it.
5 And the Yaʸsous was _loving the Martha, and the sister of _her, and the Lazaros.
6 Therefore when he _heard that he _is _ailing, then indeed he _remained in the_place which he _was two days.
7 Then after this he _is _saying to _the apprentices/followers:
We _may _be _going into the Youdaia again.
8 The Disciples are _saying to _him:
My _great_one, the Youdaiōns were _seeking now to _stone you, and you _are _going there again?
9 Yaʸsous answered are not Twelve, hours of _the day?
If anyone may _be _walking in the day, he _is_ not _stumbling, because he _is _seeing the light of_ the this _world.
10 But if anyone may _be _walking in the night, he _is _stumbling, because the light is not in him.
11 He _said these things, and after this he _is _saying to _them:
Lazaros the the_friend of _us has _been _fallen _asleep, but I _am _going, in _order _that I _may _awaken him.
12 Therefore the apprentices/followers said to _him:
master, if he _has _been _fallen _asleep he _will _be _being _healed.
13 But the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) had _spoken about the death of _him.
But those supposed that he _is _speaking about the sleep of_ the _sleep.
14 Therefore then the Yaʸsous said to _them with _plainness:
Lazaros died _off, 15 and I _am _rejoicing because _of you _all, that not I _was there in _order _that you _all _may _believe, but we _may _be _going to him.
16 Therefore Thōmas which being _called Didumos/[twin] said, to _the fellow-apprentices/followers:
May _be_ we _going also, in _order _that we _may _die _off with him.
17 Therefore having _come the Yaʸsous found him, having already four days.

18 And Baʸthania was near the Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim), from about fifteen stadiums.
19 And many of the Youdaiōns had _come to the Martha and Maria/(Mirəyām), in _order _that they _may _console them concerning their brother.
20 Therefore the Martha when, she _heard that Yaʸsous is _coming, met with _him, But Maria was _sitting in the house.
21 Therefore the Martha said to the Yaʸsous:
master, if you _were here, the brother of _me would not died _off.
22 also now I _have _known that as _much _as wishfully you _may _request the god, the god will _be _giving to _you.
23 The Yaʸsous is _saying to _her, the brother of _you Will _be _rising _up.
24 Martha is _saying to _him:
I _have _known that he _will _be _rising _up in the resurrection at the last day.
25 The Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) said to _her:
I am the resurrection and the life, the one believing in me, even _if he _may _die _off, will _be _living, 26 and everyone which living and believing in me, by _no _means may_ not _die _off to the age.
Are _you _believing this?
27 She _is _saying to _him:
Yes, master, I have _believed that you are the chosen _one /messiah, the son of_ the _god, the one coming into the world.
28 And having _said this she _went _away, and called Maria, the sister of _her secretly, having _said:
The teacher is _coming, and he _is _calling you.
29 And that woman when she _heard, she _was _raised quickly and was _coming to him.
30 And the Yaʸsous had_ not _yet _come into the village, but was still at the place where the Martha met with _him.
31 Therefore the Youdaiōns which being with her in the house and consoling her, having _seen that the Maria/(Mirəyām) quickly she _rose _up and came _out, they _followed after _her, having _supposed that she _is _going to the tomb, in _order _that she _may _weep there.
32 Therefore the Maria, when she _came where Yaʸsous was, having _seen him, fell of _him at his feet, saying to _him, master, if you _were here, the brother wishfully of _me not died _off.
33 Therefore Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) when he _saw her weeping, and the ones Youdaiōns having _come _together to _her weeping, he _groaned in _the spirit and disturbed himself.
34 And he _said:
Where have _you _all _laid him?
They _are _saying to _him:
master, be _coming and see.
35 The Yaʸsous wept.
36 Therefore the Youdaiōns were _saying:
Behold, how he _was _loving him.
37 But some of them said:
This man the one having _opened _up the eyes of _the blind man was_ not _able, to_ also _make that this one may_ not _die _off?
38 Therefore Yaʸsous again groaning in himself, is _coming to the tomb.
And it _was a_cave, and a_stone was _laying _on against it.
39 The Yaʸsous is _saying:
Take _away the stone.
Martha the the_sister of _the one having _died is _saying to _him:
master, he _is_ already _stinking, because/for it _is the_fourth _day.
40 The Yaʸsous is _saying to _her:
Not I _said to _you that if you _may _believe, you _will _be _seeing the glory of_ the _god?
41 Therefore they _took _away the stone.
And the Yaʸsous lifted _up his eyes upward, and said:
father, I _am _giving _thanks to _you that you _heard from _me.
42 And I had _known that always you _are _hearing from _me, but because _of the crowd which having _stood _around, I _said it, in _order _that they _may _believe that you sent_ me _out.
43 And having _said these things, with_a_ loud _voice he _cried _out:
Lazaros, come out.
44 the one having _died Came _out, his feet and his hands having _been _bound with _linen _strips, and the face of _him had _been _bound _about.

The Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) is _saying to _them:
Release him and allow him to _be _going.
45 Therefore many of the Youdaiōns, which having _come to the Maria/(Mirəyām), and having _seen what he _did, they _believed in him.
46 But some of them went _away to the Farisaios_party, and told to _them what Yaʸsous did.
47 Therefore the chief _priests and the Farisaios_party gathered _together the_council, and they _were _saying:
What are _we _doing, because this the man is _doing many signs?
48 If we _may _allow him thus, all will _be _believing in him, and the Ɽōmaios will _be _coming, and they _will _be _taking _away of _us both the place and the nation.
49 But a_ one _certain of them, Kaiafas being chief _priest the year that, said to _them:
You _all have_ not _known nothing.
50 Nor you _all _are _counting that it _is _benefitting for _you _all that one man may _die _off for the people, and not all the nation may _perish.
51 And he _said this not from himself, but being chief _priest the that year, he _prophesied that Yaʸsous was _going to _be _dying _off for the nation, 52 and not only for the nation, but in _order _that also the children of_ the _god, the ones having _been _scattered may _gather _together into one.
53 Therefore from that the day, they _counselled that they _may _kill_ him _off.
54 therefore The Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) no _longer was _walking in _public among the Youdaiōns, but went _away from _there into the region near the wilderness, to a_city being _called Ephraim, and _there he _remained with the apprentices/followers.
55 And the passover_feast of _the Youdaiōns was near, and many went _up to Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim) out _of the region before the passover_feast, in _order _that they _may _purify themselves.
56 Therefore they _were _seeking the Yaʸsous, and they _were _saying with one _another having _stood in the temple:
What it _is _supposing to _you _all?
That by _no _means he _may_ not _come to the feast?
57 And had _given the chief _priests and the Farisaios_party commands, that if anyone may _know where he _is, he _may _divulge it, so _that they _may _arrest him.
