TSNTyndale Study Notes:

7:1-26 Before Israel could occupy the land of promise (cp. Gen 13:14-17; 15:18-21), the nations already living there had to be removed. The land was the Lord’s, and only he could determine who the inhabitants should be.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

בָּר֥וּךְ תִּֽהְיֶ֖ה

blessed you(ms)_will_be

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “Yahweh will bless you”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / litotes

לֹא־יִהְיֶ֥ה בְךָ֛ עָקָ֥ר וַֽעֲקָרָ֖ה וּבִבְהֶמְתֶּֽךָ

not will_belong in=you(ms) sterility (Some words not found in UHB: blessed you(ms)_will_be from=all the,peoples not will_belong in=you(ms) sterility and,barren and,in/on/at/with,livestock,your )

Moses is using a figure of speech here that expresses a strongly positive meaning by using a negative word, not, together with an expression that is the opposite of the intended meaning. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the positive meaning. Alternate translation: “All your males and females will be fertile among you and among your cattle”
