Judah uses the humble term your servants to show respect and honor to someone of higher status and authority. Alternate translation: “Then you told us, who are your humble servants,”

bring_~_down,him to,me and,set eyes,my on/upon/above=him/it
The verb “bring … down” refers to the fact that Egypt was lower in elevation than the region of Canaan. Some translations leave down implied. Do what is best in your language. Alternate translation: “Bring your youngest brother to me so that I can meet him.” or “to bring our youngest brother here to you so that you can see him for yourself.”
