Impiæ doctrinæ, quæ contingit etiam laicis, ideo additum est: Vir aut mulier in quo fuerit plaga lepræ et eat. Si enim sacerdotes tantum intellexisset, mulierem non addidisset. Post hæc lepram, quæ est in virtutibus, posuit, hæc enim sunt animæ vestimenta. Inde quæ est in Ecclesiæ doctoribus, qui sunt parietes domus. Tandem cicatricis et erumpentium papularum memoriam facit: lepram veram describens, eam scilicet quæ est in peccatis vel in dubiis vel manifestis.
