26:3 Treaties and covenants had conditions attached to them. Israel’s blessings were conditioned on the people’s obedience to the terms revealed by God, to whom they had sworn obedience (Exod 24:7; Josh 24:21-22). The covenant itself, however, was irrevocable (Lev 26:44-45; see Rom 11:29); Israel could not cancel it. The people had only two choices: obedience, which brought blessing, or rebellion, which brought curse.

בְּחֻקֹּתַ֖י תֵּלֵ֑כוּ וְאֶת־ מִצְוֺתַ֣י תִּשְׁמְר֔וּ וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם אֹתָֽם
in/on/at/with,statutes,my follow and=DOM commands,my keep and,do DOM=them
These are three ways of saying the same thing. They emphasize that the people must obey everything that God commands them to do. Alternate translation: “If you carefully obey my laws and commands”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
בְּחֻקֹּתַ֖י תֵּלֵ֑כוּ
in/on/at/with,statutes,my follow
Behaving according to the statutes is spoken of as if they were to walk in the laws. Alternate translation: “you behave according to my laws” or “you live according to my laws”
