Many Signs and Wonders Are Performed by the Apostles

12Now many signs and wonders were being performed among the people through the hands of the apostles. And they were all together[fn] in Solomon’s Portico. 13And none of the rest dared to join them, but the people spoke highly of them. 14And even more believers in the Lord[fn] were being added, large numbers of both men and women, 15so that they even carried out the sick into the streets and put them[fn] on cots and mats[fn] so that when[fn] Peter came by, at least his[fn] shadow would fall on some of them. 16And the people of the towns around Jerusalem also came together, bringing the sick and those tormented by unclean spirits, who were all being healed.
