4 Nevertheless a _ distanceit _ will_ bebetween _ you _ alland _ between _ it [fn ] about _ thousand cubit[s] in/on/at/with _ distance do _ notdraw _ nearto _ him/it so _ thatthat you _ all_ may_ knowDOM the _ way which you _ all_ will_ goin/on/at/with _ her if/because not you _ all_ have_ passedin/on/at/with _ way on _ yesterday three _ days_ ago5 and _ he/it _ saidYə hōshūˊa to the _ people consecrate _ yourselvesif/because tomorrow he _ will_ doYHWH in/on/at/with _ midst _ you _ allwonders .
6 And _ he/it _ saidYə hōshūˊa/(Joshua) to the _ priests to _ say lift _ upDOM the _ arkthe _ covenant and _ pass _ onto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ people and _ took _ upDOM the _ arkthe _ covenant and _ went to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ people .
7 and _ he/it _ saidYHWH to Yə hōshūˊa the _ day the _ this I _ will_ beginexalt _ you in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofof _ allYisrāʼēl /(Israel) that know if/because _ thatjust _ as I _ waswith Mosheh I _ will_ bewith _ you .

11 Here the _ arkthe _ covenant the _ masterof _ allthe _ earth/land [is] _ about_ to_ pass_ onto/for _ ahead _ you _ allin/on/at/with _ Yardēn .
12 And _ now take to/for _ you _ alltwo _ plusten man from _ tribes of _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)a _ manone a _ manone from _ the_ tribe .
13 And _ it _ waswhen _ rest the _ solesof _ the_ feetthe _ priests [who] _ carry(of) _ the_ arkof _ YHWH the _ masterof _ allthe _ earth/land in/on/at/with _ waters the _ Yardēn the _ watersthe _ Yardēn cut _ offthe _ waters the _ flowing from _ to/for _ above and _ stand a _ heapone .
14 And _ he/it _ wasin/on/at/with _ set _ outthe _ people from _ tents _ their to _ cross DOM the _ Yardēn and _ the _ priests [who] _ carrythe _ ark the _ covenant to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ people .
15 And _ when _ came [those _ who]_ carrythe _ ark to the _ Yardēn/(Jordan) and _ feet the _ priests [who] _ carrythe _ ark they _ were_ dippedin/on/at/with _ edge the _ waters and _ the _ Yardēn it _ is_ fullover all banks _ its all [the] _ daysof _ harvest16 And _ stood the _ waters the _ flowing from _ to/for _ above they _ rosea _ heapone far _ awayvery in/on/at/with _ ʼĀdām [fn ] the _ city which in _ vicinity of _ Tsₑrə tān/(Zarethan) and _ the _ flowing _ downto the _ seathe _ ˊₐrāⱱāh the _ Seathe _ salt they _ were_ completethey _ were_ cut_ offand _ the _ people they _ passed_ overbefore Yə rīḩō/(Jericho) .
17 And _ stood the _ priests [who] _ carrythe _ ark the _ covenantof _ YHWH in/on/at/with _ dry _ groundin _ the_ middle the _ Yardēn firmly and _ all Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) [were] _ passing_ overin/on/at/with _ dry _ grounduntil that they _ had_ finishedall the _ nation to _ crossing DOM the _ Yardēn .
