6 And _ Yə rīḩō/(Jericho) [was] _ shuttingand _ being _ shutfrom _ face/in _ front_ ofthe _ people_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) there _ [was]_ not[one] _ going_ outand _ no [one] _ coming2 and _ YHWH _ he/it _ saidto Yə hōshūˊa see I _ have_ givenin/on/at/with _ hand _ of_ your DOM Yə rīḩō and _ DOM king _ of_ its the _ mighty_ [men]_ ofthe _ army .
3 And _ march _ aroundDOM the _ city all _ ofthe _ men_ ofthe _ war you _ will_ encircleDOM the _ city a _ time_ ofone thus you _ will_ dosix _ ofdays .
4 And _ seven priests they _ will_ carryseven (the) _ trumpets_ ofthe _ rams’ _ hornsto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ ark and _ in/on/at/with _ day the _ seventh you _ all_ will_ go_ roundDOM the _ city seven times and _ the _ priests they _ will_ give_ a_ blastin/on/at/with _ trumpets .
5 And _ it _ wasin/on/at/with _ make _ a_ long_ blastin/on/at/with _ horn _ ofthe _ ram’s in/on/at/with _ hear _ you _ all[fn ] DOM the _ sound_ ofthe _ trumpet all _ ofthey _ will_ shoutthe _ people a _ shoutloud and _ the _ wall_ of_ fall _ down_ flatthe _ city around _ her and _ go _ upthe _ people everyone straight _ ahead_ him .
6 And _ Yə hōshūˊa/(Joshua) _ he/it _ calledthe _ son_ ofNūn to the _ priests and _ he/it _ saidto _ them lift _ upDOM the _ ark_ ofthe _ covenant and _ seven priests they _ will_ carryseven trumpets _ oframs’ _ hornsto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ ark_ ofYHWH 7 And _ said [fn ] to the _ people pass _ onand _ march _ aroundDOM the _ city and _ the _ armed he _ will_ pass_ onto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ ark_ ofYHWH 8 And _ he/it _ waswhen _ spoken Yə hōshūˊa to the _ people and _ seven the _ priests [who _ were]_ carryingseven the _ trumpets_ ofthe _ rams’ _ hornsto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYHWH they _ passed_ onand _ blew in/on/at/with _ trumpets and _ ark _ ofthe _ covenant_ ofYHWH [was] _ goingbehind _ them .
9 And _ the _ armed [was] _ walkingto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ priests [who _ were]_ giving_ a_ blast_ on_ of[fn ] the _ trumpets and _ the _ rear _ guard[was] _ walkingbehind the _ ark walking and _ blowing in/on/at/with _ trumpets .
10 And _ DOM the _ people Yə hōshūˊa he _ commandedto _ say not you _ all_ must_ shoutand _ not you _ all_ must_ make_ heardDOM voice _ of_ your _ all’sand _ not it _ will_ go_ outof _ mouth _ of_ your _ all’sa _ worduntil the _ daytell _ I to _ you _ allshout and _ shout .
11 And _ went _ aroundthe _ ark_ ofYHWH DOM the _ city it _ encircled_ [it]a _ time_ ofone and _ they _ camethe _ camp and _ spent _ the_ nightin/on/at/with _ camp .
12 and _ Yə hōshūˊa/(Joshua) _ got _ up_ earlyin/on/at/with _ morning and _ took _ upthe _ priests DOM the _ ark_ ofYHWH 13 And _ seven the _ priests [who _ were]_ carryingseven the _ trumpets_ ofthe _ rams’ _ hornsto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ ark_ ofYHWH [were] _ walkingsteadily _ (walk)and _ blowing in/on/at/with _ trumpets and _ the _ armed [was] _ walkingin _ front _ of_ them and _ the _ rear _ guard[was] _ walkingbehind the _ ark_ ofYHWH walking [fn ] and _ blew in/on/at/with _ trumpets .
14 And _ marched _ aroundDOM the _ city in _ the_ day the _ second a _ time_ ofone and _ returned the _ camp thus they _ didsix _ ofdays .
15 And _ he/it _ wasin _ the_ day the _ seventh and _ rose _ earlyat _ started the _ dawn and _ marched _ aroundDOM the _ city in _ the_ manner the _ this seven times only in _ the_ day (the) _ that they _ went_ roundDOM the _ city seven times .
16 And _ he/it _ wasin/on/at/with _ time the _ seventh they _ gave_ a_ blastthe _ priests in/on/at/with _ trumpets and _ Yə hōshūˊa _ he/it _ saidto the _ people shout if/because YHWH he _ has_ givento/for _ you _ allDOM the _ city .
17 And _ be the _ city a _ devoted_ thingit and _ all that in/on/at/with _ it to/for _ YHWH only Rāḩāⱱ the _ prostitute she _ will_ liveshe and _ all [one] _ whowith _ her in/on/at/with _ house if/because she _ hidDOM the _ messengers whom we _ sent18 And _ but you _ allkeep from the _ things _ devoted_ to_ destructionlest you _ all_ should_ totally_ destroyand _ take any _ ofthe _ devoted _ thingsand _ make DOM the _ camp_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) for _ destruction and _ bring _ troubleDOM _ it .
19 And _ all/each/any/every silver and _ gold and _ articles _ ofbronze and _ iron [is] _ a_ holy_ thingit to/for _ YHWH the _ treasury_ ofYHWH it _ will_ go20 And _ shouted the _ people and _ sounded in/on/at/with _ trumpets and _ he/it _ waswhen _ heard the _ people DOM the _ sound_ ofthe _ trumpet and _ shouted the _ people a _ shoutloud and _ fell _ down_ flatthe _ wall around _ her and _ he/it _ ascendedthe _ people the _ city _ into everyone straight _ ahead_ him and _ captured DOM the _ city .
21 And _ utterly _ destroyedDOM all _ ofthat in/on/at/with _ city from _ man and _ unto woman from _ young and _ unto old _ [man]and _ unto ox[en] and _ sheep and _ donkey with _ edge _ of[the] _ sword22 And _ to _ two the _ men the _ spied _ outDOM the _ earth/land Yə hōshūˊa/(Joshua) he _ saidgo the _ house_ ofthe _ woman the _ prostitute’s and _ bring _ outfrom _ there DOM the _ woman and _ DOM every _ of[one] _ whoto/for _ her/it just _ as you _ all_ sworeto/for _ her/it .
23 And _ they _ camethe _ young _ menthe _ spies and _ brought _ outDOM Rāḩāⱱ and _ DOM father _ of_ her and _ DOM mother _ of_ her and _ DOM brothers _ of_ her and _ DOM every _ of[one] _ whoto/for _ her/it and _ DOM all _ offamily _ of_ her they _ brought_ outand _ set _ them from _ outside of _ camp _ ofof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)24 And _ the _ city they _ burnedin/on/at/with _ fire and _ all that in/on/at/with _ it only the _ silver and _ the _ gold and _ articles _ ofthe _ bronze and _ the _ iron they _ putthe _ treasury_ ofthe _ house_ ofYHWH 25 And _ DOM Rāḩāⱱ the _ prostitute and _ DOM the _ household_ offather’s _ of_ her and _ DOM every _ of[one] _ whoto/for _ her/it Yə hōshūˊa he _ let_ liveand _ lived in/on/at/with _ midst _ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) until the _ day the _ this if/because she _ hidDOM the _ messengers whom he _ had_ sentYə hōshūˊa to _ spy _ outDOM Yə rīḩō/(Jericho) .
26 and _ Yə hōshūˊa _ pronounced _ oathin/on/at/with _ time the _ that to _ say [be] _ cursedthe _ man to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYHWH who he _ will_ ariseand _ builds DOM the _ city the _ this DOM Yə rīḩō in/on/at/with _ firstborn _ of_ his lay _ foundation_ its and _ in/on/at/with _ youngest _ of_ his he _ will_ set_ upgates _ of_ its .
27 And _ he/it _ wasYHWH with Yə hōshūˊa/(Joshua) and _ he/it _ wasfame _ of_ his in _ all the _ earth/land .
