11 Then at that time, I’ll make a grave for Gog there in Yisrael—a valley for those who journey to the east of the sea. They’ll bury Gog there with all his multitudes, and they’ll call it the ‘Hamon-Gog’ (or, ‘Gog’s horde’) valley. That mass grave will block people who want to cross over. 12 It’ll take seven months for the Israelis to bury them to make the area clean—13 all the land’s people will bury them. It’ll be a memorable day for them when I’m honoured. That’s the master Yahweh’s declaration. 14 At the end of the seven months, they’ll designate men to continually go through the region to find people who were travelling through, but who died and their bodies remained above the ground, so that they can bury them to make the land clean. 15 As those men pass through the land, when they see any human bone, they’ll put a marker by it, until gravediggers come and bury it in the Hamon-Gog valley. 16 There’ll even be a city there named ‘Hamonah’ (which means, ‘horde’ or ‘multitude’). In that way, they’ll make the land clean again.

17 Now, humanity’s child, the master Yahweh says this to you: Tell all the winged birds and all the wild animals in the countryside, ‘Gather together and come. Gather from all around to the sacrifice that I myself am making for you—a large sacrifice on Yisrael’s mountains, so that you can eat human flesh and drink blood.[ref] 18 You’ll eat warriors’ flesh and drink the blood of the world’s leaders as if they were rams, lambs, goats, and bulls that were all fattened in Bashan. 19 Then you’ll eat fat until you’re full and drink blood until you’re drunk—that’ll be the sacrifice that I’ll slaughter for you birds and animals. 20 You’ll be satisfied at my table with horses, chariot drivers, warriors, and every man of war. That’s the master Yahweh’s declaration.’
