 ⇔ “Surely I will fill you up with men as with locusts,
⇔ and they will shout in triumph over you.”

FBV The Lord Almighty vowed by his own life, saying, I'm going to make sure to fill you with so many enemy soldiers they'll be like locusts. They will shout as they celebrate their victory over you.
