OEB We strove for Babylon’s healing,

NET Foreigners living there will say,
⇔ ‘We tried to heal her, but she could not be healed.

⇔ It will be like it is piled up to heaven, stacked up into the clouds.’

LSV We healed Babylon, and she was not healed,
Forsake her, and we go, each to his land,
For her judgment has come to the heavens,
And it has been lifted up to the clouds.
