TSNTyndale Study Notes:

15:20-35 The wicked also suffer everything that happened to Job (see 1:16-19)—attacks by marauders (15:21), loss of possessions (15:29), crumbled houses (15:28), and fire (15:30, 34).

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

הָרֹ֣ה עָ֭מָל וְיָ֣לֹד אָ֑וֶן וּ֝בִטְנָ֗ם תָּכִ֥ין מִרְמָֽה

conceive trouble and,bring_forth evil and, womb, their prepares deceit

Eliphaz is speaking as if wicked people were literally women who had trouble, iniquity, and deceit as their children. He means that wicked people produce these things in their lives. If it would be clearer in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “They think of bad things to do and they do wicked things, yes, they intentionally deceive others”
