8 Bring_out a_people blind and_eyes there_are and_deaf_people and_ears belong_to_them.
9 All_of the_nations they_have_assembled together and_ peoples _they_gather who in/among_them will_he_declare this and_former_things will_they_proclaim_to_us let_them_appoint witnesses_of_their so_that_they_may_be_justified and_let_them_hear and_let_them_say truth.
10 You(pl) witnesses_of_are_my the_utterance_of YHWH and_my_of_servant whom I_have_chosen so_that you(pl)_may_know and_you(pl)_may_believe to_me and_you(pl)_may_perceive if/because_that I am_he to/for_my_face/front not a_god it_was_formed and_after_me not it_will_be.
11 I I am_YHWH and_there_is_not (from)_except_me a_deliverer.
12 I I_have_declared and_I_have_saved and_I_have_proclaimed and_there_was_not among_you(pl) a_strange_god and_you(pl) witnesses_of_are_my the_utterance_of YHWH and_I am_god.
13 Also from_a_day I am_he and_there_is_not from_my_of_hand a_deliverer I_act and_who will_he_revoke_it.
