7 [fn] and_he/it _was in_year twenty and_three year to/for_the _king Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) not they _had _repaired the_priests DOM the _damage _of the _house.

8 [fn] and_he/it _called the_king Yəhōʼāsh (to)_Yəhōyādāˊ the_priest/officer and_(to)_priests and_he/it _said to_them why are_not_you(pl) repairing DOM the _damage _of the _house and_now do _not take money from_with acquaintances _of_your(pl) if/because for_the _damage _of the _house you(pl)_will _give _it.

9 [fn] and_they _agreed the_priests to_not to _take money from_with the_people and_to_not to _repair DOM the _damage _of the _house.

10 [fn] and_ Yəhōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) _he/it _took the_priest/officer a _chest one and_he _bored a _hole in_lid _of_its and_he/it _gave DOM_him/it beside the_altar from_the_right _side[fn] when_comes anyone the _house _of YHWH and_they _put there_(to) the_priests who_kept _of (of)_the_threshold DOM all _of the_money which_ the _house _of _was_brought of_YHWH.

11 [fn] and_he/it _was just_as_they _saw if/because _that much the_money was_in_chest and_ the _scribe _of _he/it _ascended the_king and_the_priest (the)_great and_they _tied _up and_they _counted DOM the_money which_was_found the _house _of YHWH.

12 [fn] and_they _put DOM the_money which_had _been_weighed _out on the _hands _of[fn] of _the _doers _of of_the _work who_had _been_appointed[fn] the _house _of YHWH and_they_brought _it _out to_the _craftsmen _of the_tree and_to_builders who_were_working _on the _house _of YHWH.

13 [fn] and_to_wall-builders and_to_the _stonemasons _of (the)_stone and_to_acquire wood(s) and_stones _of hewing to_repair DOM the _damage _of the _house _of YHWH and_to/for_all that it _went _out on the_house to_repair_it.

14 [fn] only not the _house _of it _was _made of_YHWH basins _of silver snuffers bowls trumpets any _of article _of gold and_article _of silver from the_money which_ the _house _of _was_brought of_YHWH.

15 [fn] if/because to_the _doers _of the _work they_gave _it and_they _repaired in_him/it DOM the _house _of YHWH.

16 [fn] and_not they _settled _accounts with the_men whom they _put DOM the_money on hand _of_their to_give to_the _doers _of the _work if/because in_faithfulness they were_working.

17 [fn] money _of guilt _offering and_money _of sin _offerings not it _was _brought the _house _of YHWH to_priests they _belonged.

18 [fn] then Ḩₐzā^ʼēl he _went _up the _king _of ʼArām and_he _fought on Gat and_he_captured _it and_ Ḩₐzā^ʼēl _he/it _assigned his/its_faces/face to_go _up on Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).

19 [fn] and_ Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) _he/it _took the _king _of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) DOM all _of the _holy_things which Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) they _had _consecrated and_Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) and_ʼAḩaz^yāh ancestors _of_his the _kings _of Yəhūdāh and_DOM holy _things _of_his _own and_DOM all _of the_gold which_was_found in_the _treasuries _of the _house _of YHWH and_the _house _of the_king and_he _sent_them to_Ḩₐzā^ʼēl the _king _of ʼArām and_he/it _ascended from_under Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).

20 [fn] and_the _rest _of the _matters _of Yōʼāsh/(Joash) and_all that he _did am_not are_they written on the _scroll _of the _matters _of the_days of_the _kings _of of _Yəhūdāh.
