2 And _ he/it _ madethe _ right in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofYHWH and _ he/it _ wentin _ all the _ way_ ofDāvid his/its _ father and _ not he _ turned_ asideright _ handand _ left _ hand3 and _ he/it _ wasin _ eight- teen year to/for _ the _ kingYʼoshiyyāh he _ sentthe _ king DOM Shāfān the _ son_ ofʼAʦalyāh ū the _ son_ ofMə shullām the _ scribe the _ house_ ofYHWH to _ say .
4 Go _ upto Ḩilqiyyāh the _ priest/officer (the) _ great and _ let _ him_ completeDOM the _ money which _ has _ been_ broughtthe _ house_ ofYHWH which they _ have_ gatheredthe _ keepers_ ofthe _ thresholdfrom _ with the _ people .
5 And _ let _ them _ give_ it[fn ] on the _ hand_ ofthe _ doers_ ofthe _ workwho _ have _ been_ appointedin/on/at/with [fn ] of _ YHWH and _ they _ giveDOM _ him/it to _ the _ doers_ ofthe _ workwho in _ house _ ofYHWH to _ repair the _ damage_ ofthe _ house6 To _ craftsmen and _ to _ builders and _ to _ wall-builders and _ to _ acquire wood(s) and _ stones _ ofhewing to _ repair DOM the _ house .
7 Only not it _ will_ be_ accounted_ forwith _ them the _ money which _ is _ givenon hand _ of_ their if/because in _ faithfulness they are _ working8 And _ Ḩilqiyyāh _ he/it _ saidthe _ priest/officer (the) _ great to Shāfān the _ scribe the _ scroll_ ofthe _ lawI _ have_ foundin _ house _ ofYHWH and _ Ḩilqiyyāh _ he/it _ gaveDOM the _ scroll to Shāfān and _ he _ read _ it9 And _ Shāfān _ he _ wentthe _ scribe to the _ king and _ he _ brought_ backDOM the _ king message and _ he/it _ saidthey _ have_ poured_ outyour _ servants DOM the _ money which _ was _ foundin _ house and _ they _ have _ given_ iton the _ hand_ ofthe _ doers_ ofthe _ workwho _ had _ been_ appointedthe _ house_ ofYHWH 10 And _ Shāfān _ he _ toldthe _ scribe to/for _ the _ kingto _ a _ scroll_ say he _ gaveto _ me Ḩilqiyyāh the _ priest/officer and _ he _ read _ it_ aloudShāfān to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ king .
11 And _ he/it _ wasjust _ as _ heardthe _ king DOM the _ words/messages_ ofthe _ scroll_ ofthe _ lawand _ he _ toreDOM clothes _ of_ his .
12 And _ he/it _ commandedthe _ king DOM Ḩilqiyyāh the _ priest/officer and _ DOM ʼAḩīqām the _ son_ ofShāfān and _ DOM ˊAkbōr the _ son_ ofMīkāyāh and _ DOM Shāfān the _ scribe and _ DOM ˊAsāyāh the _ servant_ ofthe _ king to _ say .
13 Go consult DOM YHWH for _ me and _ for the _ people and _ for all _ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) on the _ words/messages_ ofthe _ scrollwhich _ has _ been_ foundthe _ this if/because is _ greatthe _ rage_ ofYHWH which it it _ has_ been_ kindledon _ us on that not they _ listenedancestors _ of_ our to the _ words/messages_ ofthe _ scrollthe _ this for _ doing according _ to _ every_ of(the) _ _ written on _ us .
14 And _ Ḩilqiyyāh _ he/it _ wentthe _ priest/officer and _ ʼAḩīqām and _ ˊAkbōr and _ Shāfān and _ ˊAsāyāh to Ḩuldāh the _ prophetess the _ wife_ ofShallūm the _ son_ ofTiqvāh the _ son_ ofḨarḩaş the _ one_ who_ keptthe _ garments and _ she was _ dwellingin _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) in _ district and _ they _ spoketo _ her .
15 And _ she/it _ saidto _ them thus YHWH he _ saysthe _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) say to _ man who he _ sentyou(pl) to _ me .
16 Thus YHWH he _ sayshere _ I am _ about_ to_ bringcalamity to the _ place the _ this and _ on its _ of_ inhabitants DOM all _ ofthe _ words/messages_ ofthe _ scrollwhich he _ has_ readthe _ king_ ofYə hūdāh .
