9 Nevertheless not they _ went_ upthe _ priests_ ofthe _ high_ placesto the _ altar_ ofYHWH in _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) if/because (if) they _ ateunleavened _ bread(s)in _ the_ middle brothers _ of_ their .

12 And _ DOM the _ altars which were _ onthe _ roof the _ upper_ room_ ofʼĀḩāz which they _ had_ madethe _ kings_ ofYə hūdāh and _ DOM the _ altars which Mə nashsheh he _ had_ madein _ the _ two_ ofthe _ courtyards_ ofthe _ house_ ofYHWH he _ pulled_ downthe _ king and _ he _ ranfrom _ there and _ he _ threwDOM dust _ of_ their into the _ wadi_ ofQidrōn .
13 And _ DOM the _ high_ places which were _ onthe _ face_ ofYə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) which were _ from_ the _ south _ ofthe _ mountain_ of(the) _ destruction which Shə lomoh/(Solomon) he _ had_ builtthe _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) to _ Astarte the _ detestable_ thing_ ofthe _ Tsīdonī/(Sidonians)and _ to _ Kə mōsh/(Chemosh) the _ detestable_ thing_ ofMōʼāⱱ and _ to _ Malkām the _ abomination_ ofthe _ people_ ofˊAmmōn he _ made_ uncleanthe _ king .
14 And _ he _ brokeDOM the _ sacred_ pillars and _ he _ cut_ downDOM the _ ʼAshērāh_ poles and _ he _ filledDOM place _ of_ their bones _ ofhumankind .
15 And _ also DOM the _ altar which in _ house _ ofʼēl the _ high_ place which he _ had_ madeYārāⱱə ˊām/(Jeroboam) the _ son_ ofNeⱱaţ who he _ caused_ to_ sinDOM Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) also DOM the _ altar (the) _ that and _ DOM the _ high_ place he _ tore_ downand _ he _ burntDOM the _ high_ place he _ pulverised_ to _ dust and _ he _ burntthe _ ʼAshērāh_ pole16 And _ Yʼoshiyyāh /(Josiah) _ he _ turnedand _ he/it _ sawDOM the _ graves which were _ thereon _ mountain and _ he _ sentand _ he/it _ tookDOM the _ bones from the _ graves and _ he _ burnt_ them on the _ altar and _ he _ made _ it_ uncleanaccording _ to _ the_ message_ ofYHWH which he _ had_ proclaimedthe _ man_ ofthe _ ʼElohīm who he _ proclaimedDOM the _ words/messages the _ these .

21 And _ he/it _ commandedthe _ king DOM all _ ofthe _ people to _ say observe a _ passoverto/for _ YHWH god _ of_ your(pl) according _ what _ is_ writtenon the _ scroll_ ofthe _ covenant(the) _ this .
22 If/because not it _ had_ been_ observedlike _ passover the _ this since _ the _ days_ ofthe _ judgeswho they _ judgedDOM Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ all/each/any/every the _ days_ ofthe _ kings_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ the _ kings_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) .
23 If/because (if) in _ eight- teen year to/for _ the _ kingYʼoshiyyāh /(Josiah) it _ was_ observedthe _ passover the _ this to/for _ YHWH in _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) .
24 And _ also DOM the _ necromancers and _ DOM the _ soothsayers and _ DOM the _ teraphim and _ DOM the _ idols and _ DOM all _ ofthe _ detestable_ things which they _ were_ seenin _ land of _ Yə hūdāhand _ in _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) Yʼoshiyyāh he _ removedso _ asto _ carry_ outDOM the _ words/messages_ ofthe _ lawwhich _ were _ writtenon the _ scroll which Ḩilqiyyāh he _ had_ foundthe _ priest/officer the _ house_ ofYHWH 25 And _ like _ him not he _ had_ beenbefore _ him a _ kingwho he _ turned_ backto YHWH in _ all heart _ of_ his and _ on/over _ all being _ of_ his and _ on/over _ all strength _ of_ his according _ to _ all_ ofthe _ law_ ofMosheh and _ after _ him not he _ aroselike _ him .
26 Nevertheless not YHWH he _ turned_ backfrom _ the _ burning_ ofhis _ anger_ of_ of (the) _ great which anger _ of_ his it _ burnton _ Yə hūdāh on all _ ofthe _ provocations which he _ had _ provoked_ him_ to_ angerMə nashsheh .
27 And _ YHWH _ he/it _ saidalso DOM Yə hūdāh I _ will_ removefrom _ under face _ of_ my just _ as I _ removedDOM Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ I _ will_ rejectDOM the _ city (the) _ this which I _ choseDOM Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ DOM the _ house which I _ saidit _ will_ bename _ of_ my there .
28 And _ the _ rest_ ofthe _ matters_ ofYʼoshiyyāh /(Josiah) and _ all that he _ didnot are _ theywritten on the _ scroll_ ofthe _ matters_ ofthe _ days of _ the _ kings_ ofof _ Yə hūdāh/(Judah)29 In _ his _ of_ days Parˊoh he _ went_ upNə koh the _ king_ ofMiʦrayim/(Egypt) on the _ king_ ofʼAshshūr to the _ river_ ofPə rāt and _ he/it _ wentthe _ king Yʼoshiyyāh to _ meet _ him and _ he _ killed _ himat _ Mə giddōn just _ as _ he _ sawDOM _ him/it .
30 And _ they _ made _ him_ rideservants _ of_ his dead from _ Mə giddōn and _ they _ brought _ himYə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ they _ buried _ himin _ his _ own_ of_ grave and _ the _ people_ of_ he/it _ tookthe _ earth/land DOM Yə hōʼāḩāz/(Jehoahaz) the _ son_ ofYʼoshiyyāh and _ they _ anointedDOM _ him/it and _ they _ made_ kingDOM _ him/it in _ place_ ofhis/its _ father .
31 was _ a_ son_ oftwenty and _ three year[s] Yə hōʼāḩāz when _ he _ became _ kingand _ three months he _ reignedin _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ name _ ofhis/its _ mother was _ Ḩₐmūţal the _ daughter_ ofYirmə yāh /(Jeremiah) from _ Liⱱnāh .
32 And _ he/it _ madethe _ evil in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofYHWH according _ to _ allthat they _ had_ doneancestors _ of_ his .
33 And _ he _ confined _ himParˊoh Nə koh at _ Riⱱlāh in _ land of _ Ḩₐmāt from _ reigning [fn ] [fn ] in _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ he _ puta _ fineon the _ earth/land one _ hundredtalent[s] _ ofsilver and _ a _ talent_ ofgold .
34 And _ Parˊoh _ he _ made_ kingNə koh DOM ʼElyāqīm the _ son_ ofYʼoshiyyāh /(Josiah) in _ place_ ofYʼoshiyyāh his/its _ father and _ he _ changedDOM his/its _ name Yə hōyāqīm/(Jehoiakim) and _ DOM Yə hōʼāḩāz he _ tookand _ he _ cameMiʦrayim/(Egypt) and _ he/it _ diedthere .
35 And _ the _ silver and _ the _ gold Yə hōyāqīm he _ gaveto _ Parˊoh only he _ taxedDOM the _ earth/land to _ give DOM the _ silver on the _ mouth_ ofParˊoh each according _ to _ of_ his _ valuationhe _ exactedDOM the _ silver and _ DOM the _ gold DOM the _ people_ ofthe _ earth/land to _ give _ to _ Parˊoh Nə koh .
36 was _ a_ son_ oftwenty and _ five year[s] Yə hōyāqīm when _ he _ became _ kingand _ one _ plusten year[s] he _ reignedin _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ name _ ofhis/its _ mother was _ Zebudah[fn ] the _ daughter_ ofPə dāyāh from Rūmāh .
37 And _ he/it _ madethe _ evil in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofYHWH according _ to _ allthat they _ had_ doneancestors _ of_ his .
