1 And_ Mōʼāⱱ _it_rebelled against_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) after the_death_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ.
2 And_ ʼAḩazyāh _he_fell through the_window-lattice in_his_upper_of_room which was_in_Shomrōn and_he_became_ill and_he_sent messengers and_he/it_said to_them go consult (in) zebub the_god_of ˊEqrōn if I_will_live from_sickness this.
3 and_the_messenger_of YHWH he_spoke to ʼĒliyyāh the_Tishbiy arise go_up to_meet the_messengers_of the_king_of Shomrōn and_speak to_them from_not there_is_not a_god in_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) are_you(pl) going to_consult (in) zebub the_god_of ˊEqrōn.
4 And_therefore thus YHWH he_says the_bed where you_have_gone_up there not you_will_come_down from_her/it if/because surely_(die) you_will_die and_ ʼĒliyyāh _he/it_went.
5 And_they_returned the_messengers to_him/it and_he/it_said to_them why this have_you(pl)_returned.
6 And_they_said to_him/it a_man he_came_up to_meet_us and_he/it_said to_us go return to the_king who he_sent you(pl) and_you(pl)_will_speak to_him/it thus YHWH he_says from_not there_is_not a_god in_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) are_you sending to_consult (in) zebub the_god_of ˊEqrōn for_so/thus/hence the_bed where you_have_gone_up there not you_will_come_down from_her/it if/because surely_(die) you_will_die.
7 And_he/it_spoke to_them what was_the_appearance_of the_man who he_came_up to_meet_you(pl) and_he/it_spoke to_you(pl) DOM the_words/messages the_these.
8 And_they_said to_him/it a_man_of an_owner_of hair and_a_loincloth_of hide was_girded on_his_of_loins and_he_said was_ʼĒliyyāh the_Tishbiy that.
9 And_he_sent to_him/it a_commander_of a_fifty and_his_fifty_of_ and_he/it_ascended to_him/it and_see/lo/see he_was_sitting on the_top_of the_hill and_he/it_spoke to_him/it Oh_man_of the_ʼElohīm the_king he_has_spoken come_down.
10 And_ ʼĒliyyāh _he_answered and_he/it_spoke to the_commander_of the_fifty and_if am_a_man_of god I let_it_come_down fire from the_heavens and_let_it_consume you and_DOM your_fifty_of_ and_ fire _it_came_down from the_heavens and_she/it_ate DOM_him/it and_DOM his_fifty_of_.
11 And_he_returned and_he_sent to_him/it a_commander_of a_fifty another and_his_fifty_of_ and_he_answered and_he/it_spoke to_him/it Oh_man_of the_ʼElohīm thus he_says the_king quickly come_down.
12 And_ ʼĒliyyāh _he_answered and_he/it_spoke to_them if am_(the)_man_of the_ʼElohīm I let_it_come_down fire from the_heavens and_let_it_consume you and_DOM your_fifty_of_ and_ the_fire_of _it_came_down god from the_heavens and_she/it_ate DOM_him/it and_DOM his_fifty_of_.
13 And_he_returned and_he_sent a_commander_of a_fifty third and_his_fifty_of_ and_he/it_ascended and_ the_commander_of _he_went of_the_fifty the_third and_he_bowed_down on knees_of_his to_before ʼĒliyyāh and_he_sought_favour to_him/it and_he/it_spoke to_him/it Oh_man_of the_ʼElohīm let_it_be_precious please life_of_my and_the_life_of your_servants these fifty in_your_two’s_of_eyes.
14 Here it_has_come_down fire from the_heavens and_she/it_ate DOM the_two_of the_commanders_of the_fifties (the)_former and_DOM their_fifty_of_ and_now life_of_my let_it_be_precious in_your_two’s_of_eyes.
15 and_ the_messenger_of _he/it_spoke of_YHWH to ʼĒliyyāh go_down with_him do_not be_afraid of_him and_he/it_rose_up and_he/it_descended with_him to the_king.
16 And_he/it_spoke to_him/it thus YHWH he_says because that you_have_sent messengers to_consult (in) zebub the_god_of ˊEqrōn from_not there_is_not a_god in_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_consult (in)_his_of_message for_so/thus/hence the_bed where you_have_gone_up there not you_will_come_down from_her/it if/because surely_(die) you_will_die.
17 And_he/it_died according_to_the_message_of YHWH which he_spoke ʼĒliyyāh and_ Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) _he_became_king in_place_of_him in_year two of_Yəhōrām the_son_of Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) if/because not he_belonged to_him/it a_son.
18 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of ʼAḩazyāh which he_did am_not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
2 and_he/it_was when_took_up YHWH DOM ʼĒliyyāh by_whirlwind the_heavens and_ ʼĒliyyāh _he/it_went and_ʼElīshāˊ from (the)_Gilgal.
2 And_ ʼĒliyyāh _he/it_said to ʼElīshāˊ remain please here if/because YHWH he_has_sent_me to Bēyt- ʼēl and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_said by_the_life of_YHWH and_by_the_life your_self_of_of if I_will_leave_you and_they_went_down Bēyt- ʼēl.
3 And_ the_sons_of _they_went_out of_the_prophets who were_at_Bēyt- ʼēl to ʼElīshāˊ and_they_said to_him/it do_you_know if/because_that the_day YHWH is_about_to_take DOM master(s)_of_your from_under head_of_your and_he/it_said also I I_know be_silent.
4 And_he/it_said to_him/it ʼĒliyyāh Oh_ʼElīshāˊ remain please here if/because YHWH he_has_sent_me Yərīḩō/(Jericho) and_he/it_said by_the_life of_YHWH and_by_the_life your_self_of_of if I_will_leave_you and_they_came Yərīḩō.
5 And_ the_sons_of _they_drew_near of_the_prophets who were_at_Yərīḩō to ʼElīshāˊ and_they_said to_him/it do_you_know if/because_that the_day YHWH is_about_to_take DOM master(s)_of_your from_under head_of_your and_he/it_said also I I_know be_silent.
6 And_he/it_said to_him/it ʼĒliyyāh remain please here if/because YHWH he_has_sent_me to_the_Yardēn/(Jordan) and_he/it_said by_the_life of_YHWH and_by_the_life your_self_of_of if I_will_leave_you and_they_went the_two_of_of_them.
7 And_fifty man from_(the)_sons of_the_prophets they_went and_they_stood from_before from_a_distance and_the_two_of_of_them they_stood at the_Yardēn.
8 And_ ʼĒliyyāh _he/it_took DOM cloak_of_his and_he_folded_it_up and_he_struck DOM the_waters and_they_were_divided hither and_hither and_they_passed_over both_of_them on_ground.
9 And_he/it_was just_as_they_had_passed_over and_ʼĒliyyāh he_said to ʼElīshāˊ ask what will_I_do for_you before I_will_be_taken from_with_you and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_said and_let_it_be please a_mouth_of two in_your_of_spirit to_me.
10 And_he/it_said you_have_made_difficult to_ask if you_will_see DOM_me taken from_with_you may_it_be to/for_yourself(m) thus and_if not not it_will_be.
11 And_he/it_was they were_walking walking and_speaking and_see/lo/see a_chariot_of fire and_horses_of fire and_they_separated between both_of_them and_ ʼĒliyyāh _he/it_ascended in_whirlwind the_heavens.
12 And_ʼElīshāˊ was_seeing and_he was_crying_out my_father_of_Oh father_of_my the_chariotry_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_its_of_horsemen and_not he_saw_him again and_he_took_hold on_his_of_clothes and_he_tore_them into_two pieces.
13 And_he_took_up DOM the_cloak_of ʼĒliyyāh which it_had_fallen from_on_him and_he_went_back and_he_stood on the_bank_of the_Yardēn/(Jordan).
14 And_he/it_took DOM the_cloak_of ʼĒliyyāh which it_had_fallen from_on_him and_he_struck DOM the_waters and_he_said where is_YHWH the_god_of ʼĒliyyāh also he and_he_struck DOM the_waters and_they_were_divided hither and_hither and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he_passed_over.
15 And_they_saw_him the_sons_of the_prophets who were_at_Yərīḩō/(Jericho) from_before and_they_said the_spirit_of it_has_rested of_ʼĒliyyāh on ʼElīshāˊ and_they_came to_meet_him and_they_bowed_down to_him/it ground_to_the.
16 And_they_said to_him/it here please there_are with your_servants fifty men sons_of ability let_them_go please so_that_they_may_search_for DOM master(s)_of_your lest it_has_carried_him_off the_spirit_of YHWH and_it_has_throw_him on_one_of the_mountains or in_one_of the_valleys[fn] and_he/it_said not you(pl)_must_send.
17 And_they_urged in_him/it until was_ashamed and_he/it_said send_them and_they_sent_out fifty man and_they_searched three days and_not they_found_him.
18 And_they_returned to_him/it and_he was_remaining in_Yərīḩō and_he/it_said to_them am_not did_I_say to_you(pl) do_not go.
19 And_ the_people_of _they_said the_city to ʼElīshāˊ here please the_location_of the_city is_good just_as my_master is_seeing and_the_waters are_bad and_the_earth is_causing_abortions.
20 And_he/it_said fetch to_me a_jar new and_put there salt and_they_took to_him/it.
21 And_he/it_went_out to the_outlet_of the_waters and_he_threw there salt and_he/it_said thus YHWH he_says I_have_healed (to)_waters the_these not it_will_be from_there again death and_abortion.
22 And_they_have_been_healed the_waters until the_day the_this according_to_the_message_of ʼElīshāˊ which he_spoke.
23 and_he/it_ascended from_there Bēyt- ʼēl and_he was_going_up on_way and_lads young they_came_out from the_city and_they_derided in_him/it and_they_said to_him/it go_up Oh_bald_man go_up Oh_bald_man.
24 And_he_turned behind_him and_he_saw_them and_he_cursed_them in/on_name_of YHWH and_they_came_out two female_bears from the_forest and_they_tore_in_pieces from_them forty and_two_of boys.
25 And_he/it_went from_there to the_mountain_of (the)_Karmel/(Carmel) and_from_there he_returned Shomrōn.
3 and_Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) the_son_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ he_became_king over Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_Shomrōn in_year eight- teen of_Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_he_reigned two_plus ten year[s].
2 And_he_did the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH only not like_his_of_father and_like_his_of_mother and_he_removed DOM the_sacred_pillar_of (the)_Baˊal which he_had_made his/its_father.
3 Only to_the_sins_of Yārāⱱəˊām/(Jeroboam) the_son_of Neⱱaţ which he_caused_to_sin DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) he_clung not he_turned_aside from_it.
4 and_Mēyshaˊ the_king_of Mōʼāⱱ he_was a_sheep-breeder and_he_returned to_the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) one_hundred thousand lambs and_one_hundred thousand rams wool.
5 And_he/it_was just_as_died_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ and_ the_king_of _he_rebelled of_Mōʼāⱱ against_the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
6 And_he/it_went_out the_king Yəhōrām in_the_day (the)_that from_Shomrōn and_he_mustered DOM all_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
7 And_he/it_went and_he_sent to Yəhōshāfāţ the_king_of Yəhūdāh to_say the_king_of Mōʼāⱱ he_has_rebelled against_me will_you_go with_me against Mōʼāⱱ for_battle and_he/it_said I_will_go_up as_me as_you as_my_of_people as_your_of_people as_my_of_horses as_your(pl)_of_horses.
8 And_he/it_said where this is_the_way which_we_will_go_up and_he/it_said the_way_of the_wilderness_of ʼEdōm.
9 And_ the_king_of _he/it_went of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah)[fn] and_the_king_of ʼEdōm and_they_went_around a_journey_of seven_of days and_not it_belonged water to_army and_to_animal[s] which was_at_their_of_feet.
10 And_ the_king_of _he/it_said of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) alas if/because he_has_summoned YHWH (to)_the_three_of[fn] the_kings the_these to_give them in_the_hand_of Mōʼāⱱ.
11 And_ Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) _he/it_said is_there_not here a_prophet to/for_YHWH so_that_we_may_consult DOM YHWH from_DOM_him and_he_answered one of_the_servants_of of_the_king_of of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he/it_said is_here ʼElīshāˊ the_son_of Shāfāţ who he_poured water on the_hands_of ʼĒliyyāh.
12 And_ Yəhōshāfāţ _he/it_said (there) is_DOM_him the_message_of YHWH and_they_went_down to_him/it the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_Yəhōshāfāţ and_the_king_of ʼEdōm.
13 And_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_said to the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) what to/for_me and_to_you go to the_prophets_of I_will_show_you(ms) and_near/to the_prophets_of your_mother_of_of and_he/it_said to_him/it the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) no if/because he_has_summoned YHWH (to)_the_three_of the_kings the_these to_give them in_the_hand_of Mōʼāⱱ.
14 And_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_said by_the_life of_YHWH hosts whom I_stand before_him if/because if_not the_face_of Yəhōshāfāţ the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) I am_lifting_up if I_will_look to_you and_if I_will_see_you.
15 And_now fetch to_me a_musician and_it_was just_as_played the_musician and_it_became on/upon/above_him/it the_hand_of YHWH.
16 And_he/it_said thus YHWH he_says make the_wadi the_this ditches ditches.
17 If/because thus YHWH he_says not you(pl)_will_see wind and_not you(pl)_will_see rain and_the_wadi (the)_that it_will_be_filled water and_you(pl)_will_drink you(pl) and_your(pl)_of_livestock and_your_of_animal[s].
18 And_it_will_be_trifling this in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH and_he/it_gave DOM Mōʼāⱱ in_your_of_hand.
19 And_you(pl)_will_attack every_of city_of fortification and_all city_of choice and_all tree good you(pl)_will_make_fall and_all the_springs_of water you(pl)_will_stop_up and_all/each/any/every (the)_portion_land (the)_good you(pl)_will_spoil with_stones.
20 And_he/it_was in_morning just_as_went_up the_offering and_see/lo/see waters were_coming from_the_direction_of ʼEdōm and_she/it_was_filled the_earth/land DOM the_waters.
21 And_all Mōʼāⱱ they_had_heard if/because_that they_had_come_up the_kings to_fight against_them and_they_were_summoned from_all one_who_girds_on_of a_belt and_(to)_upwards and_they_took_their_stand at the_border.
22 And_they_rose_early in_morning and_the_sun it_shone on the_waters and_ Mōʼāⱱ _they_saw from_before DOM the_waters red like_blood.
23 And_they_said is_blood this surely_(fight) they_have_fought_one_another the_kings and_they_have_struck_down each DOM his/its_neighbour and_now to_plunder Oh_Mōʼāⱱ.
24 And_they_came to the_camp_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _they_arose and_they_attacked DOM Mōʼāⱱ and_they_fled from_their_face/front and_they_attacked[fn] (in)_it and_they_defeated DOM Mōʼāⱱ.
25 And_the_cities they_tore_down and_all portion_of_land good they_threw each stone_of_his and_they_filled_it and_all spring_of water they_stopped_up and_all tree good they_made_fall until he_left_behind stones_of_its in hareseth and_they_surrounded_ the_slingers and_they_attacked_it.
26 And_ the_king_of _he/it_saw of_Mōʼāⱱ if/because_that it_was_too_strong from_him/it the_battle and_he/it_took with_him seven hundred(s) man who_drew_of a_sword to_break_through to the_king_of ʼEdōm and_not they_were_able.
27 And_he/it_took DOM his/its_son the_firstborn who he_will_reign in_place_of_him and_he_offered_him_up a_burnt_offering on the_wall and_ severe_anger _he/it_was great towards Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_they_set_out from_on_him and_they_returned to_land.
4 and_a_woman one of_the_wives_of of_the_sons_of of_the_prophets she_cried_out to ʼElīshāˊ to_say servant_of_your husband_of_my he_is_dead and_you(ms) you_know if/because_that servant_of_your he_was fearing DOM YHWH and_the_creditor is_about_to_come to_take/accept/receive DOM the_two_of children_of_my to_him/it to_slaves.
2 And_he/it_said to_her/it ʼElīshāˊ what will_I_do for_you tell to_me what is_there belonging_to_you[fn] in_house and_she/it_said there_belongs_not to_your_of_maidservant anything in_house if/because (if) a_jar_of oil.
3 And_he/it_said go ask to/for_you(fs) vessels from the_outside from_with all_of neighbours_of_your[fn][fn] vessels empty do_not make_few.
4 And_you_will_go and_you_will_shut the_door behind_you and_behind children_of_your and_you_will_pour_out on all_of the_vessels the_these and_the_full_vessel you_will_set_aside.
5 And_she_went from_with_him and_she_shut the_door behind_her and_behind her/its_sons/descendants they were_bringing to_her/it and_she was_pouring_out[fn].
6 And_he/it_was just_as_were_full the_vessels and_she/it_said to son_of_her bring_near to_me still a_vessel and_he/it_said to_her/it there_is_not still a_vessel and_it_stopped the_oil.
7 And_she_came and_she_told to_the_man_of the_ʼElohīm and_he/it_said go sell DOM the_oil and_pay DOM debt_of_your[fn] and_you and_your_of[fn] you_will_live by_remainder.
8 and_he/it_was the_day and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_passed_through to Shūnēm and_there a_woman great and_she_urged in/on/over_him/it to_eat food and_he/it_was from_sufficiency he_passed_by he_turned_aside to_there to_eat food.
9 And_she/it_said to her/its_husband/man here please I_know if/because_that is_a_man_of god holy he who_passes_by at_us continually.
10 Let_us_make please an_upper_room_of a_wall small and_let_us_put to_him/it there a_bed and_a_table and_a_chair and_a_lampstand and_it_was when_he_comes to_us he_will_turn_aside to_there.
11 And_he/it_was the_day and_he_came to_there and_he_turned_aside to the_upper_room and_he_lay_down (to)_there.
12 And_he/it_said to Gēyḩₐzī servant_of_his summon (to)_the_ (the)_this and_he/it_called to/for_her/it and_she_stood before_him.
13 And_he/it_said to_him/it say please to_her/it here you_have_taken_care to_us DOM all_of the_care (the)_this what for_doing to/for_you(fs) is_there to_speak to/for_you(fs) to the_king or to the_commander_of the_army and_she/it_said in_the_middle people_of_my_own I am_dwelling.
14 And_he/it_said and_what for_doing to/for_her/it and_ Gēyḩₐzī _he/it_said indeed a_son there_belongs_not to/for_her/it and_her_of_husband he_is_old.
15 And_he/it_said summon to/for_her/it and_he/it_called to/for_her/it and_she_stood at_entrance.
16 And_he/it_said to_time the_this about_time living you[fn] will_be_embracing a_son and_she/it_said no my_master Oh_man_of the_ʼElohīm do_not tell_a_lie to_your_of_maidservant.
17 And_she/it_conceived/became_pregnant the_woman and_she/it_gave_birth a_son to_time the_this about_time living which he_had_spoken to_her/it ʼElīshāˊ.
18 And_he_grew_up the_child and_he/it_was the_day and_he/it_went_out to his/its_father to the_harvesters.
19 And_he/it_said to his/its_father my_head my_head and_he/it_said to the_servant carry_him to his/its_mother.
20 And_he_carried_him and_he_brought_him to his/its_mother and_he/it_sat_down//remained//lived on knees_of_her until the_noontide(s) and_he/it_died.
21 And_she_went_up and_she_made_him_lie on the_bed_of the_man_of the_ʼElohīm and_she_shut behind_him and_she_went_out.
22 And_she/it_called/named to her/its_husband/man and_she/it_said send please to_me one of the_servants and_one of_the_donkeys so_that_I_may_run to the_man_of the_ʼElohīm and_so_that_I_may_return.
23 And_he/it_said why are_you[fn] going[fn] to_him/it the_day not new_moon and_not sabbath and_she/it_said peace.
24 And_she_saddled the_donkey and_she/it_said to servant_of_her lead_on and_go do_not hold_back to_me to_ride if/because (if) I_have_said to/for_you(fs).
25 And_she_went and_she_came to the_man_of the_ʼElohīm to the_mountain_of (the)_Karmel/(Carmel) and_he/it_was just_as_saw the_man_of the_ʼElohīm DOM_her/it from_before and_he/it_said to Gēyḩₐzī servant_of_his there is_the_Shūnammit_ this.
26 Now run please to_meet_her and_say to/for_her/it does_peace to/for_you(fs) does_peace belong_to_your_of_husband does_peace belong_to_child and_she/it_said peace.
27 And_she_came to the_man_of the_ʼElohīm to the_mountain and_she_took_hold on_his_of_feet and_ Gēyḩₐzī _he_drew_near to_drive_her_away and_ the_man_of _he/it_said the_ʼElohīm refrain to/for_her/it if/because self_of_her it_is_bitter to/for_her/it and_YHWH he_has_hidden from_me and_not he_has_told to_me.
28 And_she/it_said did_I_ask_for a_son from_with my_master not did_I_say not you_must_deceive DOM_me.
29 And_he/it_said to_Gēyḩₐzī gird_up loins_of_your and_take staff_of_my in_your_of_hand and_go if/because you_will_meet anyone not you_must_bless_him and_because/when he_will_bless_you anyone not you_must_answer_him and_you_will_put staff_of_my on the_face_of the_lad.
30 And_ the_mother_of _she/it_said of_the_lad by_the_life of_YHWH and_by_the_life your_self_of_of if I_will_leave_you and_he/it_rose_up and_he/it_went after_her.
31 And_Gēyḩₐzī he_passed_on before_them and_he/it_assigned DOM the_staff on the_face_of the_lad and_there_was_not a_sound and_there_was_not attentiveness and_he_went_back to_meet_him and_he_told to_him/it to_say not he_has_awakened the_lad.
32 And_ ʼElīshāˊ _he_came to_the_house and_see/lo/see the_lad was_dead he_was_laid on bed_of_his.
33 And_he_went and_he/it_closed_up the_door behind both_of_them and_he_prayed to YHWH.

16 and_in_year_of five of_Yəhōrām/(Joram) the_son_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) was_the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) he_became_king the_son_of Yəhōshāfāţ the_king_of Yəhūdāh.
17 A_son_of thirty and_two year[s] he_was when_he_became_king and_eight years[fn] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
18 And_he/it_went in_the_way_of the_kings_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) just_as they_had_done the_house_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ if/because the_daughter_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ she_had_become for_him/it to/for_(a)_woman and_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH.
19 And_not YHWH he_was_willing to_destroy DOM Yəhūdāh for_the_sake_of Dāvid servant_of_his just_as he_had_said to_him/it to_give to_him/it a_lamp for_his_of_descendants all_of the_days.
20 In_his_of_days ʼEdōm it_rebelled from_under the_hand_of Yəhūdāh and_they_made_king over_themselves a_king.
21 And_he/it_passed_through Yəhōrām to_Zair and_all the_chariotry with_him/it and_he/it_was he he_arose night and_he_defeated DOM ʼEdōm which_was_surrounding to_him/it and_DOM the_commanders_of the_chariotry and_it_fled the_people to_its_of_tents.
22 And_ ʼEdōm _it_has_rebelled from_under the_hand_of Yəhūdāh until the_day the_this then Liⱱnāh it_rebelled at_time (the)_that.
23 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Yəhōrām/(Joram) and_all that he_did am_not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
24 And_ Yəhōrām _he_lay_down with ancestors_of_his and_he_was_buried with ancestors_of_his in_the_city_of Dāvid and_ ʼAḩazyāh _he_became_king son_of_his in_place_of_him.
25 in_year two_plus ten year of_Yəhōrām the_son_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) ʼAḩazyāh he_became_king the_son_of Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) the_king_of Yəhūdāh.
26 was_a_son_of twenty and_two year[s] ʼAḩazyāh when_he_became_king and_a_year one he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_ˊAtalyāh the_daughter_of ˊĀmərī the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
27 And_he/it_went in_the_way_of the_house_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ and_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH like_the_house_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ if/because was_the_son-in-law_of the_house_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ he.
28 And_he/it_went with Yəhōrām the_son_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ for_battle with Ḩₐzāʼēl the_king_of ʼArām at gilˊād and_ the_ʼArām _they_wounded DOM Yəhōrām.
29 And_ Yəhōrām _he_returned the_king to_get_himself_healed in_Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) from the_wounds which they_wounded_him the_ʼArām at_Rāmāh when_he_fought with Ḩₐzāʼēl the_king_of ʼArām and_ʼAḩazyāh the_son_of Yəhōrām the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) he_went_down to_see DOM Yəhōrām/(Joram) the_son_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ in_Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) if/because was_sick he.
9 and_ʼElīshāˊ the_prophet he_summoned (to)_one from_(the)_sons of_the_prophets and_he/it_said to_him/it gird_up loins_of_your and_take the_flask_of (the)_oil the_this in_your_of_hand and_go Rāmot Gilˊād.
2 And_you_will_go to_there and_look_for there Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) the_son_of Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) the_son_of Nimshiy and_you_will_go and_you_will_make_him_rise from_among_of[fn] brothers_of_his and_you_will_bring DOM_him/it a_room in_a_room.
3 And_you_will_take the_flask_of (the)_oil and_you_will_pour_ on his/its_head and_you_will_say thus YHWH he_says I_anoint_you to_king to Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_you_will_open the_door and_you_will_flee and_not you_must_wait.
4 And_he/it_went the_young_man the_young_man the_prophet Rāmot Gilˊād.
5 And_he_came and_see/lo/see the_commanders_of the_army were_sitting and_he/it_said a_message to_me to_you Oh_commander and_ Yēhūʼ _he/it_said to whom from_all_of_of_us and_he/it_said to_you Oh_commander.

11 And_Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) he_went_out to the_servants_of his_master(s)_of_of and_he/it_said to_him/it peace why did_he_come the_mad_man the_this to_you and_he/it_said to_them you(pl) you(pl)_know DOM the_man and_DOM talk_of_his.
12 And_they_said falsehood tell please to/for_us and_he/it_said like_this and_like_this he_said to_me to_say thus YHWH he_says I_anoint_you to_king to Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
13 And_they_hurried and_they_took each garment_of_his and_they_put_them under_him to the_bone_of the_steps and_they_gave_a_blast on_trumpet and_they_said Yēhūʼ he_is_king.
14 And_ Yēhūʼ _he_conspired the_son_of Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) the_son_of Nimshiy against Yəhōrām/(Joram) and_Yəhōrām he_had_been watching at gilˊād he and_all Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) from_face/in_front_of Ḩₐzāʼēl the_king_of ʼArām.
15 And_ Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) _he_had_returned the_king to_get_himself_healed in_Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) from the_wounds which they_wounded_him the_ʼArām when_he_fought with Ḩₐzāʼēl the_king_of ʼArām and_ Yēhūʼ _he/it_said if there_is mind_of_your(pl) not let_him_go_out an_escapee from the_city to_go to_tell[fn] in_Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel).

17 And_the_watchman was_standing on the_tower in_Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) and_he/it_saw DOM the_crowd_of Yēhūʼ when_he_came and_he/it_said a_crowd_of I am_seeing and_ Yəhōrām _he/it_said take a_horseman and_send_him to_meet_them and_he_will_say peace.
18 And_he/it_went the_rider_of the_horse to_meet_him and_he/it_said thus he_says the_king peace and_ Yēhūʼ _he/it_said what is_to_you and_to_peace go_around to after_me and_he_reported the_watchman to_say he_came the_messenger to they and_not he_has_turned_back.
19 And_he_sent a_rider_of a_horse second and_he_came to_them and_he/it_said thus he_says the_king peace and_ Yēhūʼ _he/it_said what is_to_you and_to_peace go_around to after_me.
20 And_he_reported the_watchman to_say he_came to to_them and_not he_has_turned_back and_the_driving is_like_the_driving_of Yēhūʼ the_son_of Nimshiy if/because with_madness he_drives.
21 And_ Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) _he/it_said harness and_someone_harnessed chariot_of_his and_ Yəhōrām _he/it_went_out the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_ʼAḩazyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) each in_his_of_chariot and_they_went_out to_meet Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) and_they_found_him in_the_portion_of_land_of Nāⱱōt the_Yizrəˊʼēlī/(Jezreelite).
22 And_he/it_was just_as_saw Yəhōrām DOM Yēhūʼ and_he/it_said peace Oh_Yēhūʼ and_he/it_said what is_(the)_peace until the_prostitution(s)_of ʼĪzeⱱel/(Jezebel) mother_of_your and_her_of_sorceries (the)_many.
23 And_ Yəhōrām _he_turned_around hands_of_his and_he_fled and_he/it_said to ʼAḩazyāh treachery Oh_ʼAḩazyāh.
24 And_Yēhūʼ he_filled his/its_hand with_bow and_he_struck DOM Yəhōrām between arms_of_his and_he/it_went_out the_arrow from_his_of_heart and_he_sank_down in_his_of_chariot.
25 And_he/it_said to Bidqr wwww[fn] pick_him_up throw_him in_the_portion_of the_field_of Nāⱱōt the_Yizrəˊʼēlī if/because remember I and_you with were_riding pairs behind ʼAḩʼāⱱ his/its_father and_YHWH he_lifted_up on/upon/above_him/it DOM the_oracle (the)_this.
26 If not DOM the_blood(s)_of Nāⱱōt and_DOM the_blood(s)_of his_sons_of_of I_saw yesterday the_utterance_of YHWH and_I_will_repay to/for_yourself(m) on_land (the)_this the_utterance_of YHWH and_now pick_him_up throw_him on_land according_to_the_message_of YHWH.
27 And_ʼAḩazyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) he_saw and_he_fled the_direction_of Bēyt Haggan and_he_pursued after_him Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) and_he/it_said also DOM_him/it strike_him_down into the_chariot at_the_ascent_of Gūr which is_with Yiⱱləˊām/(Ibleam) and_he_fled Məgiddōn and_he/it_died there.
28 And_they_caused_to_ride servants_of_his DOM_him/it to_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_they_buried DOM_him/it in_his_of_grave with ancestors_of_his in_the_city_of Dāvid.
29 and_in_year_of one_plus ten year of_Yəhōrām/(Joram) the_son_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ ʼAḩazyāh he_had_become_king over Yəhūdāh.
30 And_ Yēhūʼ _he_went to_Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) and_ʼĪzeⱱel/(Jezebel) she_heard and_she_painted with_eye-paint eyes_of_her and_she_made_good DOM head_of_her and_she_looked_down through the_window.
31 And_Yēhūʼ he_came in_gate and_she/it_said peace Oh_Zimrī who_murdered_of master(s)_of_his.
32 And_he_lifted_up face_of_his to the_window and_he/it_said who is_with_me who and_they_looked_down to_him/it two three court-officials.
33 And_he/it_said let_her_fall[fn] and_they_let_her_fall and_it_spattered some_of_her_blood to the_wall and_near/to the_horses and_he_trampled_her.
34 And_he_went and_he_ate and_he_drank and_he/it_said attend_to please DOM the_cursed_ (the)_this and_bury_her if/because was_a_daughter_of a_king she.
35 And_they_went to_bury_her and_not they_found in_her if/because (if) the_skull and_the_feet and_the_palms_of the_hands.
36 And_they_returned and_they_told to_him/it and_he/it_said is_the_message_of YHWH it which he_spoke by_the_hand_of his_servant_of_of ʼĒliyyāh the_Tishbiy to_say in_the_territory_of Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) they_will_devour the_dogs DOM the_flesh_of ʼĪzeⱱel/(Jezebel).
37 And_it_will_be[fn] the_corpse_of ʼĪzeⱱel like_dung on the_surface_of the_field in_the_territory_of Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) that not people_will_say this is_ʼĪzeⱱel.
10 and_belonged_to_ʼAḩʼāⱱ seventy sons in_Shomrōn and_ Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) _he_wrote letters and_he_sent_them Shomrōn to the_officials_of Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) the_elders and_near/to those_guarding ʼAḩʼāⱱ to_say.

8 And_he_came the_messenger and_he_told to_him/it to_say they_have_brought the_heads_of the_sons_of the_king and_he/it_said make DOM_them two_of heaps the_entrance_of the_gate until the_morning.
9 And_he/it_was in_morning and_he/it_went_out and_he_stood and_he/it_said to all_of the_people are_righteous you(pl) here I I_conspired on my_master and_I_killed_him and_who did_he_strike_down DOM all_of these.

11 And_he_struck_down Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) DOM all_of those_who_remained of_the_house_of of_ʼAḩʼāⱱ in_Yizrəˊʼēl/(Jezreel) and_all his_great_of_ and_his_of_acquaintances and_his_of_priests until not left to_him/it a_survivor.
12 And_he/it_rose_up and_he_went and_he/it_went Shomrōn he was_at_Bēyt Eked_of the_Shepherds on_way.
13 And_Yēhūʼ he_found DOM the_brothers_of ʼAḩazyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_he/it_said who are_you(pl) and_they_said are_the_brothers_of ʼAḩazyāh we and_we_have_come_down for_the_peace_of the_sons_of the_king and_the_sons of_the_queen-mother.
14 And_he/it_said seize_them alive and_they_seized_them alive and_they_slaughtered_them to the_pit_of Bēyt Eked forty and_two man and_not he_spared anyone of_them.
15 and_he/it_went from_there and_he_found DOM Jonadab the_son_of Rēkāⱱ to_meet_him and_he_blessed_him and_he/it_said to_him/it is_there with heart_of_your right just_as heart_of_my is_with heart_of_your and_ Jonadab _he/it_said there_is and_there_is give DOM hand_of_your and_he/it_gave his/its_hand and_he_took_him_up to_him/it into the_chariot.
16 And_he/it_said come with_me and_look on_my_of_zeal to/for_YHWH and_they_made_ride DOM_him/it in_his_of_chariot.
17 And_he_came Shomrōn and_he_struck_down DOM all_of those_who_remained of_ʼAḩʼāⱱ in_Shomrōn until he_had_destroyed_him according_to_the_message_of YHWH which he_had_spoken to ʼĒliyyāh.
18 and_ Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) _he_gathered DOM all_of the_people and_he/it_said to_them ʼAḩʼāⱱ he_served DOM (the)_Baˊal a_little Yēhūʼ he_will_serve_him much.
19 And_now all_of the_prophets_of (the)_Baˊal all_of those_of_who_serve_him and_all priests_of_his summon to_me anyone not let_him_be_missing if/because a_sacrifice great to_me to_Baˊal any _who he_will_be_missing not he_will_live and_Yēhūʼ he_acted with_guile so_as to_destroy DOM those_who_serve_of (of_the)_Baˊal.
20 And_ Yēhūʼ _he/it_said consecrate an_assembly to_Baˊal and_they_proclaimed_.

24 And_they_came for_doing sacrifices and_burnt_offerings and_Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) he_had_stationed to_him/it on_outside eighty man and_he/it_said the_man who he_will_escape from the_men whom I am_bringing on hands_of_your(pl) life_of_his in_place_of life_of_his.
25 And_he/it_was just_as_he_finished for_doing the_burnt_offering and_ Yēhūʼ _he/it_said to_runners and_to_officers go strike_them_down anyone not let_him_come_out and_they_struck_them_down to_the_mouth_of the_sword and_they_threw_them_out the_runners and_the_officers and_they_went to the_city_of the_house_of (the)_Baˊal.
26 And_they_brought_out DOM the_sacred_pillars_of the_house_of (the)_Baˊal and_they_burnt_it.
27 And_they_pulled_down DOM the_sacred_pillar_of (the)_Baˊal and_they_pulled_down DOM the_house_of (the)_Baˊal and_they_made_it (into)_outhouses[fn] until the_day.
28 And_ Yēhūʼ _he_destroyed DOM (the)_Baˊal from_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
29 Only the_sins_of Yārāⱱəˊām/(Jeroboam) the_son_of Neⱱaţ which he_caused_to_sin DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) not he_turned_aside Yēhūʼ from_after_them the_calves_of the_gold which were_Bēyt- ʼēl and_which were_in_Dān.
30 and_ YHWH _he/it_said to Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) because that you_have_done_well for_doing the_right in_my_of_eyes according_to_all that was_in_my_of_heart you_have_done to_the_house_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ descendants_of a_fourth_generation they_will_sit to/for_yourself(m) on the_throne_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
31 And_Yēhūʼ not he_took_care to_go in_the_law_of YHWH the_god_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_all heart_of_his not he_turned_aside from_under the_sins_of Yārāⱱəˊām which he_caused_to_sin DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).

11 and_ˊAtalyāh the_mother_of ʼAḩazyāh and[fn] if/because_that he_was_dead son_of_her and_she/it_arose and_she_destroyed DOM all_of the_offspring_of (the)_royalty.

9 And_ the_commanders_of _they_did of_the_hundreds[fn] according_to_all that Yəhōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) he_had_commanded the_priest/officer and_they_took each DOM men_of_his those_who_came_of (of)_the_sabbath with those_who_went_out_of (of)_the_sabbath and_they_came to Yəhōyādāˊ the_priest/officer.
10 And_he/it_gave the_priest/officer to_the_commanders_of the_hundreds[fn] DOM the_spear and_DOM the_shields which to/for_the_king Dāvid which in_house_of YHWH.
11 And_they_stood the_runners each_man and_his_of_weapons in_his/its_hand from_the_side_of the_house (the)_right to the_side_of the_house (the)_left to_altar and_to_house at the_king all_around.
12 And_he_brought_out DOM the_son_of the_king and_he/it_gave on/upon/above_him/it DOM the_crown and_DOM the_transcript and_they_made_king DOM_him/it and_they_anointed_him and_they_struck a_palm and_they_said may_he_live the_king.
13 and_ ˊAtalyāh _she_heard DOM the_sound_of the_runners the_people and_she_went to the_people the_house_of YHWH.
14 And_she/it_saw and_see/lo/see the_king was_standing at the_pillar according_the_custom and_the_officials and_the_trumpets were_with the_king and_all the_people_of the_earth/land was_joyful and_it_was_giving_a_blast on_trumpets and_ ˊAtalyāh _she_tore DOM clothes_of_her and_she/it_called/named treason treason.
15 and_ Yəhōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) _he/it_commanded the_priest/officer DOM the_commanders_of the_hundreds[fn] the_officers_of the_army and_he/it_said to_them bring_out DOM_her/it to from_between_of to_ranks and_the_one_who_goes after_her put_to_death with_sword if/because he_had_said the_priest/officer not let_her_be_put_to_death the_house_of YHWH.
16 And_they_put to/for_her/it hands and_she_went the_way_of the_entrance_of the_horses the_house_of the_king and_she_was_put_to_death there.
17 and_he_made Yəhōyādāˊ DOM the_covenant between YHWH and_between the_king and_between the_people to_be (into)_a_people to/for_YHWH and_between the_king and_between the_people.
18 And_ all_of _they_came the_people_of the_earth/land the_house_of (the)_Baˊal and_they_pulled_it_down DOM altars_of_its[fn] and_DOM images_of_its they_broke thoroughly_(do_well) and_DOM Mattān the_priest_of (the)_Baˊal they_killed to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the_altars and_he/it_assigned the_priest/officer overseers over the_house_of YHWH.
19 And_he/it_took DOM the_commanders_of the_hundreds and_DOM the_Carian[s] and_DOM the_runners and_DOM all_of the_people_of the_earth/land and_they_brought_down DOM the_king from_the_house_of YHWH and_they_came the_way_of the_gate_of[fn] of_the_runners the_house_of the_king and_he/it_sat_down//remained//lived on the_throne_of the_kings.
20 And_ all_of _it_rejoiced the_people_of the_earth/land and_the_city it_was_at_peace and_DOM ˊAtalyāh they_had_put_to_death with_sword the_house_of wwww[fn].
12 [fn] was_a_son_of seven years Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) when_he_became_king.
2 [fn] in_year seven of_Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) Yəhōʼāsh he_became_king and_forty year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Zibiah from sheⱱaˊ.
3 [fn] and_ Yəhōʼāsh _he/it_made the_right in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH all_of his/its_days which he_instructed_him Yəhōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) the_priest/officer.

5 [fn] and_ Yəhōʼāsh _he/it_said to the_priests all_of the_money_of the_holy_gifts which it_will_be_brought the_house_of YHWH money passing_along everyone the_money_of persons_of his_valuation_of_of all_of the_money which it_will_come_up on the_heart_of a_person to_bring the_house_of YHWH.
6 [fn] let_them_take to/for_them the_priests each from_with acquaintance_of_his and_they they_will_repair DOM the_damage_of the_house to_all/each/any/every where it_will_be_found there damage.
7 [fn] and_he/it_was in_year twenty and_three year to/for_the_king Yəhōʼāsh not they_had_repaired the_priests DOM the_damage_of the_house.
8 [fn] and_he/it_called the_king Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) (to)_Yəhōyādāˊ the_priest/officer and_(to)_priests and_he/it_said to_them why are_not_you(pl) repairing DOM the_damage_of the_house and_now do_not take money from_with acquaintances_of_your(pl) if/because for_the_damage_of the_house you(pl)_will_give_it.
9 [fn] and_they_agreed the_priests to_not to_take money from_with the_people and_to_not to_repair DOM the_damage_of the_house.
10 [fn] and_ Yəhōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) _he/it_took the_priest/officer a_chest one and_he_bored a_hole in_its_of_lid and_he/it_gave DOM_him/it beside the_altar from_the_right_side[fn] when_comes anyone the_house_of YHWH and_they_put (to)_there the_priests who_kept_of (of)_the_threshold DOM all_of the_money which_ the_house_of _was_brought of_YHWH.
11 [fn] and_he/it_was just_as_they_saw if/because_that much the_money was_in_chest and_ the_scribe_of _he/it_ascended the_king and_the_priest (the)_great and_they_tied_up and_they_counted DOM the_money which_was_found the_house_of YHWH.
12 [fn] and_they_put DOM the_money which_had_been_weighed_out on the_hands_of[fn] of_the_doers_of of_the_work who_had_been_appointed[fn] the_house_of YHWH and_they_brought_it_out to_the_craftsmen_of the_tree and_to_builders who_were_working_on the_house_of YHWH.
13 [fn] and_to_wall-builders and_to_the_stonemasons_of (the)_stone and_to_acquire wood(s) and_stones_of hewing to_repair DOM the_damage_of the_house_of YHWH and_to/for_all that it_went_out on the_house to_repair_.
14 [fn] only not the_house_of it_was_made of_YHWH basins_of silver snuffers bowls trumpets any_of article_of gold and_article_of silver from the_money which_ the_house_of _was_brought of_YHWH.
15 [fn] if/because to_the_doers_of the_work they_gave_it and_they_repaired in_him/it DOM the_house_of YHWH.
16 [fn] and_not they_settled_accounts with the_men whom they_put DOM the_money on hand_of_their to_give to_the_doers_of the_work if/because in_faithfulness they were_working.
17 [fn] money_of guilt_offering and_money_of sin_offerings not it_was_brought the_house_of YHWH to_priests they_belonged.
18 [fn] then Ḩₐzāʼēl he_went_up the_king_of ʼArām and_he_fought on Gat and_he_captured_it and_ Ḩₐzāʼēl _he/it_assigned his/its_faces/face to_go_up on Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
19 [fn] and_ Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) _he/it_took the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) DOM all_of the_holy_things which Yəhōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) they_had_consecrated and_Yəhōrām/(Jehoram) and_ʼAḩazyāh ancestors_of_his the_kings_of Yəhūdāh and_DOM holy_things_of_his_own and_DOM all_of the_gold which_was_found in_the_treasuries_of the_house_of YHWH and_the_house_of the_king and_he_sent_them to_Ḩₐzāʼēl the_king_of ʼArām and_he/it_ascended from_under Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).

21 [fn] servants_of_his and_they_arose and_they_conspired a_conspiracy and_they_struck_down DOM Yōʼāsh house_of Millōʼ which_goes_down Silla.
22 [fn] and_Yōzāⱱād/(Jozabad) the_son_of Shimeath and_Yəhōzāⱱād/(Jehozabad) the_son_of Shomer servants_of_his they_struck_him_down and_he/it_died and_people_buried DOM_him/it with ancestors_of_his in_the_city_of Dāvid and_ ʼAmaʦyāh _he_became_king son_of_his in_place_of_him.
13 in_year twenty and_three year of_Yōʼāsh the_son_of ʼAḩazyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) Yəhōʼāḩāz/(Jehoahaz) he_became_king the_son_of Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) over Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_Shomrōn seven- teen year[s].
2 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH and_he/it_went after the_sins_of Yārāⱱəˊām/(Jeroboam) the_son_of Neⱱaţ which he_caused_to_sin DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) not he_turned_aside from_it.
3 And_it_glowed/burnt the_anger of_YHWH on_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he_gave_them in_the_hand_of Ḩₐzāʼēl the_king_of ʼArām and_in_the_hand_of Ben the_son_of Ḩₐzāʼēl all_of the_days.
4 And_ Yəhōʼāḩāz _he_entreated DOM the_face_of YHWH and_he/it_listened to_him/it YHWH if/because he_saw DOM the_oppression_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) if/because_that he_oppressed DOM_them the_king_of ʼArām.
5 And_ YHWH _he/it_gave to_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) a_deliverer and_they_went_out from_under the_hand_of ʼArām and_ the_people_of _they_lived of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_their_of_tents as_yesterday three_days_ago.
6 Nevertheless not they_turned_aside from_the_sins_of the_house_of Yārāⱱəˊām which he_caused_to_sin[fn] DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_it it_walked and_also the_ʼAshērāh_pole it_remained in_Shomrōn.
7 If/because not he_left to_Yəhōʼāḩāz/(Jehoahaz) a_people if/because (if) fifty horsemen and_ten chariot[s] and_ten_of thousand(s) foot_soldier[s] if/because he_had_destroyed_them the_king_of ʼArām and_he_had_made_them like_dust to_trample.

10 in_year thirty and_seven year of_Yōʼāsh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) he_became_king the_son_of Yəhōʼāḩāz over Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_Shomrōn six- teen year[s].
11 And_he_did the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH not he_turned_aside from_all the_sins_of Yārāⱱəˊām/(Jeroboam) the_son_of Neⱱaţ which he_caused_to_sin DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_it he_walked.
12 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Yōʼāsh and_all that he_did and_his_of_might which he_waged_war with ʼAmaʦyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh am_not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
13 And_ Yōʼāsh _he_lay_down with ancestors_of_his and_Yārāⱱəˊām he_sat on throne_of_his and_ Yōʼāsh _he_was_buried in_Shomrōn with the_kings_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
14 and_ʼElīshāˊ he_became_sick DOM sickness_of_his which he_will_die in/on/over_him/it and_he/it_descended to_him/it Yōʼāsh the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he_wept on his/its_faces/face and_he_said my_father_of_Oh father_of_my the_chariotry_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_its_of_horsemen.
15 And_he/it_said to_him/it ʼElīshāˊ take a_bow and_arrows and_he/it_took to_him/it a_bow and_arrows.
16 And_he/it_said to_the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) make_ride hand_of_your on the_bow and_he_made_ride his/its_hand and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_assigned hands_of_his on the_hands_of the_king.
17 And_he/it_said open the_window eastward and_he_opened_ and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_said shoot and_he_shot and_he/it_said an_arrow_of victory to/for_YHWH and_an_arrow_of victory on_ʼArām and_you_will_defeat DOM ʼArām in_ʼAfēq until make_an_end.
18 And_he/it_said take the_arrows and_he_took_them and_he/it_said to_the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) strike towards_land and_he_struck three times and_he_stopped.
19 And_he_was_angry on/upon/above_him/it the_man_of the_ʼElohīm and_he/it_said to_strike five or six times then you_have_defeated DOM ʼArām until make_an_end and_now three times you_will_defeat DOM ʼArām.
20 and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_died and_people_buried_him and_the_marauding_bands_of Mōʼāⱱ they_came in/on_the_earth coming a_year.
21 And_he/it_was they were_burying a_man and_see/lo/see they_saw DOM (the)_marauding_band and_they_threw DOM the_man in_the_grave_of ʼElīshāˊ and_he/it_went and_he_touched the_man (in)_the_bones_of ʼElīshāˊ and_he/it_lived and_he/it_rose_up on feet_of_his.
22 and_Ḩₐzāʼēl the_king_of ʼArām he_had_oppressed DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) all_of the_days_of Yəhōʼāḩāz/(Jehoahaz).
23 And_ YHWH _he_showed_favour_to DOM_them and_he_had_compassion_on_them and_he_turned to_them on_account_of covenant_of_his with ʼAⱱrāhām Yiʦḩāq/(Isaac) and_Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob) and_not he_was_willing to_destroy_them and_not he_threw_them from_under his/its_faces/face until now.
24 And_ Ḩₐzāʼēl _he/it_died the_king_of ʼArām and_ Ben _he_became_king Hₐdad his/its_son in_place_of_him.
25 And_ Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) _he_returned the_son_of Yəhōʼāḩāz and_he/it_took DOM the_cities from_the_hand_of Ben the_son_of Ḩₐzāʼēl which he_had_taken from_the_hand_of Yəhōʼāḩāz his/its_father in_battle three times he_defeated_him Yōʼāsh/(Joash) and_he_restored DOM the_cities_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
14 in_year two of_Yōʼāsh the_son_of Yəhōʼāḩāz the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) ʼAmaʦyāh he_became_king the_son_of Yōʼāsh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
2 A_son_of twenty and_five year[s] he_was when_he_became_king and_twenty and_nine year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Jehoaddan[fn] from Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).

6 And_DOM the_children_of those_who_had_struck_down not he_put_to_death according_what_is_written in_the_book_of the_law_of Mosheh which he_commanded YHWH to_say not they_will_be_put_to_death parents on children and_children not they_will_be_put_to_death on parents if/because (if) each for_his_own_of_sin he_will_be_put_to_death[fn].
7 He he_defeated DOM ʼEdōm in_the_Valley_of_Salt_in_the_Valley_of Salt[fn] ten_of thousand(s) and_he_seized DOM (the)_Şelaˊ in_battle and_he/it_called DOM his/its_name Yāqətəʼēl/(Joktheel) until the_day (the)_this.

9 And_ Yəhōʼāsh _he_sent the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to ʼAmaʦyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) to_say the_thornbush which was_in_Ləⱱānōn it_sent to the_cedar which was_in_Ləⱱānōn to_say give DOM daughter_of_your to_my_of_son to/for_(a)_woman and_ the_animal_of _it_passed_by the_field which was_in_Ləⱱānōn and_it_trampled DOM the_thornbush.
10 Indeed_(defeat) you_have_defeated DOM ʼEdōm and_it_has_lifted_you heart_of_your be_honoured and_remain in_your_of_house and_for_what will_you_engage_in_strife with_harm and_you_will_fall you and_Yəhūdāh/(Yihudah) with_you.
11 And_not ʼAmaʦyāh he_listened and_ Yəhōʼāsh _he/it_ascended the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_they_looked_at_one_another faces he and_ʼAmaʦyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh in_house_of shemesh which belonged_to_Yəhūdāh.
12 And_ Yəhūdāh _it_was_defeated to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_they_fled each to_his_of_tents[fn].
13 And_DOM ʼAmaʦyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh the_son_of Yəhōʼāsh/(Jehoash) the_son_of ʼAḩazyāh Yəhōʼāsh he_seized the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_house_of shemesh and_he_came[fn] Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_he_made_a_breach in_the_wall_of Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) at_the_gate_of ʼEfrayim to the_gate_of the_corner four hundred(s) cubit[s].
14 And_he/it_will_take DOM all_of the_gold and_the_silver and_DOM all_of the_vessels which_were_found the_house_of YHWH and_in_the_treasuries_of the_house_of the_king and_DOM the_sons_of the_pledges and_he_returned to_Shomrōn.

18 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of ʼAmaʦyāh not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh.
19 And_people_conspired on/upon/above_him/it a_conspiracy in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_he_fled to_Lākīsh and_they_sent after_him to_Lākīsh and_they_put_him_to_death there.
20 And_they_carried DOM_him/it on the_horses and_he_was_buried in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) with ancestors_of_his in_the_city_of Dāvid.
21 And_ all_of _they_took the_people_of Yəhūdāh DOM ˊAzaryāh and_he was_a_son_of six- teen year[s] and_they_made_king DOM_him/it in_place_of his/its_father ʼAmaʦyāh.
22 He he_built DOM ʼĒylōt and_he_restored_it to_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) after lay_down the_king with ancestors_of_his.

29 And_ Yārāⱱəˊām _he_lay_down with ancestors_of_his with the_kings_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_ Zəkaryāh _he_became_king son_of_his in_place_of_him.

11 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Zəkaryāh there_they are_written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
12 It was_the_message_of YHWH which he_had_spoken to Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) to_say descendants_of a_fourth_generation they_will_sit to/for_yourself(m) on the_throne_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he/it_was thus.
13 Shallūm the_son_of Yāⱱēsh he_became_king in_year thirty and_nine year of_ˊUzziyyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_he_reigned a_month_of days in_Shomrōn.
14 And_ Mənaḩēm _he/it_ascended the_son_of Gādī from_Tirʦāh and_he_came Shomrōn and_he_struck_down DOM Shallūm the_son_of Yāⱱēsh in_Shomrōn and_he_killed_him and_he_became_king in_place_of_him.
15 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Shallūm and_his_of_conspiracy which he_conspired there_they are_written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
16 then he_attacked Mənaḩēm DOM Tiphsah and_DOM all_of those_who were_in_it and_DOM territories_of_its from_Tirʦāh if/because not it_opened and_he_defeated_ DOM all_of (the)_its_pregnant_of_women he_ripped_open.
17 in_year thirty and_nine year of_ˊAzaryāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh Mənaḩēm he_became_king the_son_of Gādī over Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) ten years in_Shomrōn.
18 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH not he_turned_aside from_under the_sins_of Yārāⱱəˊām/(Jeroboam) the_son_of Neⱱaţ which he_caused_to_sin DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) all_of his/its_days.
19 Pūl He_came the_king_of ʼAshshūr on the_earth/land and_ Mənaḩēm _he/it_gave to_Pūl a_thousand talent[s]_of silver to_be hands_of_his with_him/it to_strengthen the_kingdom in_his/its_hand.
20 And_ Mənaḩēm _he_brought_out DOM the_silver on Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) on all_of the_mighty__of (the)_wealth to_give_ to_the_king_of ʼAshshūr fifty shekels silver to_a_man one and_ the_king_of _he_returned of_ʼAshshūr and_not he_remained there on_the_earth.

25 And_he_conspired on/upon/above_him/it Fəqaḩyāh the_son_of Rəmalyāhū officer_of_his and_he_struck_him_down in_Shomrōn in_the_fortress_of the_house_of wwww[fn] with ʼArgoⱱ and_DOM (the)_ʼAryēh and_were_with_him fifty man from_(the)_sons the_Gilˊādites and_he_killed_him and_he_became_king in_place_of_him.

29 In_the_days_of Fəqaḩyāh the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) Tiglat he_came pilʼeşer the_king_of ʼAshshūr and_he/it_took DOM Ijon and_DOM Abel Bēyt Maacah and_DOM Yānōaḩ/(Janoah) and_DOM Qedesh and_DOM Ḩāʦōr and_DOM (the)_Gilˊād and_DOM (to_the)_Gālīl all_of the_land_of Naftālī and_he_took_them_into_exile to_ʼAshshūr.
30 And_he_conspired a_conspiracy Hōshēˊa the_son_of ʼĒlāh on Fəqaḩyāh the_son_of Rəmalyāhū and_he_struck_him_down and_he_killed_him and_he_became_king in_place_of_him in_year twenty of_Yōtām/(Jotham) the_son_of ˊUzziyyāh.
31 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Fəqaḩyāh and_all that he_did there_they are_written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
32 in_year two of_Fəqaḩyāh the_son_of Rəmalyāhū the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) Yōtām he_became_king the_son_of ˊUzziyyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
33 A_son_of twenty and_five year[s] he_was when_he_became_king and_six- teen year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Yərūshāʼ/(Jerusha) the_daughter_of Tsādōq/(Zadok).
34 And_he/it_made the_right in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH according_to_all that he_had_done ˊUzziyyāh his/its_father he_did.
35 Only the_high_places not they_were_removed still the_people were_sacrificing and_were_making_smoke at_places he he_built DOM the_gate_of the_house_of YHWH (the)_upper.

37 In_the_days the_those YHWH he_began to_send in_Yəhūdāh Rəʦīn the_king_of ʼArām and_DOM Fəqaḩyāh the_son_of Rəmalyāhū.
38 And_ Yōtām/(Jotham) _he_lay_down with ancestors_of_his and_he_was_buried with ancestors_of_his in_the_city_of Dāvid his/its_father and_ ʼĀḩāz _he_became_king his/its_son in_place_of_him.
16 in_year seven- teen year of_Fəqaḩyāh the_son_of Rəmalyāhū ʼĀḩāz he_became_king the_son_of Yōtām the_king_of Yəhūdāh.
2 was_a_son_of twenty year[s] ʼĀḩāz when_he_became_king and_six- teen year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_not he_did the_right in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH his/its_god like_Dāvid his/its_father.
3 And_he/it_went in_the_way_of the_kings_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_also DOM his/its_son he_made_pass in_fire according_to_the_abominations_of the_nations which he_had_dispossessed YHWH DOM_them from_face/in_front_of the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
4 And_he_sacrificed and_he_made_smoke at_places and_on the_hills and_under every_of tree luxuriant.
5 Then Rəʦīn he_came_up the_king_of ʼArām and_Fəqaḩyāh the_son_of Rəmalyāhū the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) for_battle and_they_laid_siege on ʼĀḩāz and_not they_were_able to_do_battle.
6 At_time (the)_that Rəʦīn he_restored the_king_of ʼArām DOM ʼĒylōt to_ʼArām and_he_cleared_out DOM the_Yəhūdī/(Judeans) from_ʼĒylōt and_ʼEdōmites[fn][fn] they_came ʼĒylōt and_they_lived there until the_day (the)_this.
7 and_ ʼĀḩāz _he_sent messengers to Tiglat pilʼeşer the_king_of ʼAshshūr servant_of_am_your to_say and_your_of_son I come_up and_deliver_me from_the_palm_of the_king_of ʼArām and_from_the_palm_of the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) who_are_rising_up on_me.
8 And_ ʼĀḩāz _he/it_took DOM the_silver and_DOM the_gold which_ the_house_of _was_found of_YHWH and_in_the_treasuries_of the_house_of the_king and_he_sent_ to_the_king_of ʼAshshūr a_gift.
9 And_he/it_listened to_him/it the_king_of ʼAshshūr and_ the_king_of _he/it_ascended of_ʼAshshūr to Dammeseq and_he_seized_it and_he_took_it_into_exile to_Qīr and_DOM Rəʦīn he_put_to_death.
10 And_he/it_went the_king ʼĀḩāz to_ Tiglat _meet pilʼeşer the_king_of ʼAshshūr Dammeseq and_he/it_saw DOM the_altar which was_in_Dammeseq and_he_sent the_king ʼĀḩāz to Uriah the_priest/officer DOM the_likeness_of the_altar and_DOM pattern_of_its to/from_all/each/any/every work_of_its.
11 And_ Uriah _he/it_built the_priest/officer DOM the_altar according_to_all that he_had_sent the_king ʼĀḩāz from_Dammeseq so Uriah he_did the_priest/officer until came the_king ʼĀḩāz from_Dammeseq.
12 And_he_came the_king from_Dammeseq and_he/it_saw the_king DOM the_altar and_he_drew_near the_king to the_altar and_he/it_ascended on/upon/above_him/it.
13 And_he_made_smoke DOM offering_of_his_burnt and_DOM his/its_donation/offering and_he_poured_out DOM offering_of_his_drink and_he_sprinkled DOM the_blood_of the_peace_offerings which to_him/it on the_altar.
14 And_DOM the_altar_of the_bronze which to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH and_he_brought_near from_with the_face_of the_house from_between the_altar and_from_between the_house_of YHWH and_he/it_gave DOM_him/it on the_side_of the_altar northward.
15 And_he_commanded[fn] the_king ʼĀḩāz DOM Uriah the_priest/officer to_say on the_altar (the)_great make_smoke DOM the_burnt_offering_of the_morning and_DOM the_grain_offering_of the_evening and_DOM the_burnt_offering_of the_king and_DOM his/its_donation/offering and_DOM the_burnt_offering_of all_of the_people_of the_earth/land and_their_grain_of_offering and_their_drink_of_offerings and_all the_blood_of the_burnt_offering and_all the_blood_of the_sacrifice on/upon/above_him/it you_will_sprinkle and_the_altar_of (the)_bronze it_will_belong to/for_me to_consult.
16 And_ Uriah _he/it_made the_priest/officer according_to_all that he_commanded the_king ʼĀḩāz.
17 And_he_cut_off the_king ʼĀḩāz DOM the_rims the_stands and_he_removed from_on_them and[fn] the_laver and_DOM the_sea he_took_down from_under the_ox[en] the_bronze which were_under_it and_he/it_gave DOM_him/it on a_pavement_of stone(s).
18 And_DOM the_covered_structure_of[fn] of_the_sabbath which people_had_built in_house and_DOM the_entrance_of the_king (the)_outer he_removed the_house_of YHWH from_face/in_front_of the_king_of ʼAshshūr.
19 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of ʼĀḩāz which he_did not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
20 And_ ʼĀḩāz _he_lay_down with ancestors_of_his and_he_was_buried with ancestors_of_his in_the_city_of Dāvid and_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he_became_king son_of_his in_place_of_him.
17 in_year two_plus ten of_ʼĀḩāz the_king_of Yəhūdāh Hōshēˊa he_became_king the_son_of ʼĒlāh in_Shomrōn over Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) nine years.
2 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH only not like_the_kings_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) who they_were before_him.
3 On/upon/above_him/it Shalmanʼeşer he_came_up the_king_of ʼAshshūr and_he/it_was to_him/it Hōshēˊa subject and_he_returned to_him/it tribute.
4 And_ the_king_of _he_found of_ʼAshshūr in_Hōshēˊa treason that messengers he_had_sent to Şōʼ the_king_of Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and_not tribute he_had_brought_up to_the_king_of ʼAshshūr as_a_year in_year and_he_arrested_him the_king_of ʼAshshūr and_he_confined_him a_house_of imprisonment.
5 And_ the_king_of _he/it_ascended of_ʼAshshūr in_all the_earth/land and_he/it_ascended Shomrōn and_he/it_laid_siege on/upon_it(f) three years.
6 In_year (of_the)_ninth of_Hōshēˊa the_king_of he_captured of_ʼAshshūr DOM Shomrōn and_he_took_into_exile DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_ʼAshshūr and_he_caused_to_dwell DOM_them in_Ḩₐlaḩ and_on_the_Ḩāⱱōr the_river_of Gōzān and_the_cities_of Māday.
7 and_he/it_was if/because the_people_of they_had_sinned of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to/for_YHWH god_of_their who_had_brought_up DOM_them from_the_land_of Miʦrayim from_under the_hand_of Parˊoh the_king_of Miʦrayim and_they_had_feared gods other.
8 And_they_had_walked in_the_customs_of the_nations which he_had_dispossessed YHWH from_face/in_front_of the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_the_kings_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) which they_had_done.
9 And_ the_people_of _they_did_secretly of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) things which were_not right on YHWH god_of_their and_they_built to/for_them high_places in_all cities_of_their from_a_tower_of watchmen unto a_city_of fortification.
10 And_they_erected to/for_them sacred_pillars and_ʼAshērāh_poles on every_of hill high and_under every_of tree luxuriant.
11 And_they_made_smoke there in_all the_high_places like_nations which he_had_taken_into_exile YHWH from_their_face/front and_they_did things evil to_provoke_to_anger DOM YHWH.
12 And_they_served the_idols which he_had_said YHWH to/for_them not you(pl)_must_do DOM the_thing (the)_this.
13 And_ YHWH _he_warned (in)_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_(in)_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) by_the_hand_of every_of mmm[fn] every_of seer to_say turn_back from_your(pl)_of_ways (the)_evil and_keep commands_of_my regulations_of_my according_to_all_of the_law which I_commanded DOM ancestors_of_your(pl) and_which I_sent to_you(pl) by_the_hand_of my_servants_of_of the_prophets.
14 And_not they_listened and_they_stiffened DOM neck_of_their like_the_neck_of their_ancestors_of_of who not they_trusted in_YHWH god_of_their.
15 And_they_rejected DOM regulations_of_his and_DOM covenant_of_his which he_had_made with ancestors_of_their and_DOM testimonies_of_his which he_warned (in)_them and_they_walked[fn] after (the)_vanity and_they_became_vain and_after the_nations which were_around_of_them which he_had_commanded YHWH DOM_them to_not to_do like_them.
16 And_they_abandoned DOM all_of the_commands_of YHWH god_of_their and_they_made to/for_them a_molten_image two_of[fn] calves and_they_made an_ʼAshērāh_pole and_they_bowed_down to/from_all/each/any/every the_host_of the_heavens and_they_served DOM (the)_Baˊal.
17 And_they_made_pass DOM sons_of_their and_DOM daughters_of_their in_fire and_they_divined divinations and_they_practiced_divination and_they_sold_themselves for_doing the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH to_provoke_him_to_anger.
18 And_ YHWH _he_was_angry very with_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he_removed_them from_under his/its_faces/face not anyone_was_left only the_tribe_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) for_him/it_being_alone.
19 Also Yəhūdāh not it_kept DOM the_commands_of YHWH god_of_their and_they_walked in_the_customs_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) which they_had_done.
20 And_ YHWH _he_rejected in_all the_offspring_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he_afflicted_them and_he_gave_them in_the_hand_of plunderers until that he_threw_them from_before_of_him.
21 If/because he_tore Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) from_under the_house_of Dāvid and_they_made_king DOM Yārāⱱəˊām/(Jeroboam) the_son_of Neⱱaţ and_he_enticed_away[fn] Yārāⱱəˊām DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) from_after YHWH and_he_caused_them_to_sin[fn] a_sin great.
22 And_ the_people_of _they_walked of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_all the_sins_of Yārāⱱəˊām which he_did not they_turned_aside from_it.
23 Until that he_removed YHWH DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) from_under his/its_faces/face just_as he_had_spoken by_the_hand_of all_of servants_of_his the_prophets and_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _it_went_into_exile from_under land_of_its to_ʼAshshūr until the_day (the)_this.
24 and_ the_king_of _he/it_brought of_ʼAshshūr from_Bāⱱel and_from_Kūt/(Cuthah) and_from_Avva and_from_Ḩₐmāt and_Şəfarvayim and_he_caused_them_to_dwell in_the_cities_of Shomrōn in_place_of the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_they_took_possession_of DOM Shomrōn and_they_lived in_its_of_cities.
25 And_he/it_was at_the_beginning_of their_dwelling there not they_feared DOM YHWH and_ YHWH _he_sent (is)_in_them DOM (the)_lions and_they_were killing in_them.
26 And_they_said to_the_king_of ʼAshshūr to_say the_nations which you_took_into_exile and_you_caused_to_dwell in_the_cities_of Shomrōn not they_know DOM the_custom_of the_god_of the_earth/land and_he_has_sent among_them DOM (the)_lions and_there_they are_killing them just_as not_they are_knowing DOM the_custom_of the_god_of the_earth/land.
27 And_ the_king_of _he/it_commanded of_ʼAshshūr to_say take to_there one of_the_priests whom you(pl)_took_into_exile from_there so_that_they_may_go and_so_that_they_may_dwell there and_so_that_he_may_teach_them DOM the_custom_of the_god_of the_earth/land.
28 And_he_went one of_the_priests whom they_had_taken_into_exile from_Shomrōn and_he/it_sat_down//remained//lived in_house_of ʼēl and_he/it_was teaching DOM_them how will_they_fear DOM YHWH.
29 And_they_were making nation nation his/its_god and_they_placed_them in_house_of the_high_places which they_had_made the_Shomrōn nation nation in_their_own_of_cities where they were_dwelling there.
30 And_the_people_of Bāⱱel they_made DOM Succoth Benoth and_the_people_of Cuthah they_made DOM Nērəggal and_the_people_of Ḩₐmāt they_made DOM ʼAshimāʼ.
31 And_the_Avvites they_made Niⱱḩaz and_DOM Tartāq and_the_Şəfarvī were_burning DOM children_of_their in_fire to_ʼAdrammelek and_ˊAnammelek the_gods_of[fn] of_Şəfarvayim[fn].
32 And_they_were fearing DOM YHWH and_they_made to/for_them from_among_of_themselves priests_of the_high_places and_they_were offering to/for_them in_house_of the_high_places.
33 DOM YHWH they_were fearing and_DOM gods_of_their_own they_were serving according_to_the_custom_of the_nations which people_had_taken_into_exile DOM_them from_there.
34 Until the_day the_this they are_doing according_the_customs (the)_former not_they are_fearing DOM YHWH and_not_they are_doing according_to_of_their_regulations and_according_to_of_their_judgement and_according_the_law and_according_the_command which YHWH he_commanded DOM the_descendants_of Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob) whom his/its_name he_made Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
35 And_ YHWH _he_made with_them a_covenant and_he_commanded_them to_say not you(pl)_must_fear gods other and_not you(pl)_must_bow_down to/for_them and_not you(pl)_must_serve_them and_not you(pl)_must_sacrifice to/for_them.

10 And_they_captured_it from_the_end_of three years in_year six of_Ḩizqiyyāh it was_year_of nine of_Hōshēˊa the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) Shomrōn it_was_captured.

12 On that not they_had_listened to_the_voice_of YHWH god_of_their and_they_had_transgressed DOM covenant_of_his DOM all_of that he_had_commanded Mosheh the_servant_of YHWH and_not they_listened and_not they_did.
13 and_in_four- teen year to/for_the_king Ḩizqiyyāh Şanḩērīⱱ he_came_up the_king_of ʼAshshūr on all_of the_cities_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) (the)_fortified and_he_seized_them.
14 And_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he_sent the_king_of Yəhūdāh to the_king_of ʼAshshūr to_Lākīsh to_say I_have_sinned turn_back from_on_me DOM that_which you_will_put on_me I_will_bear and_ the_king_of _he/it_assigned of_ʼAshshūr on Ḩizqiyyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh three hundred(s) talent[s]_of silver and_thirty talent[s]_of gold.
15 And_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he/it_gave DOM all_of the_silver which_ the_house_of _was_found of_YHWH and_in_the_treasuries_of the_house_of the_king.
16 At_time (the)_that Ḩizqiyyāh he_cut_off DOM the_doors_of the_temple_of YHWH and_DOM the_door-posts which Ḩizqiyyāh he_had_overlaid the_king_of Yəhūdāh and_he_gave_them to_the_king_of ʼAshshūr.
17 and_ the_king_of _he_sent of_ʼAshshūr DOM the_commander_in_chief and_DOM the_Rab-_of saris and_DOM the_Rab-_of shaqeh from Lākīsh to the_king Ḩizqiyyāh with_an_army_of massive Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_they_went_up and_they_came Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_they_went_up and_they_came and_they_stood at_the_conduit_of the_pool (the)_upper which is_on_the_highway_of the_field_of the_washer.
18 And_they_called_out to the_king and_he/it_went_out to_them ʼElyāqīm the_son_of Ḩilqiyyāh who was_over the_house and_Sheⱱnāʼ the_secretary and_Yōʼāḩ/(Joah) the_son_of ʼĀşāf the_recorder.
19 And_he/it_said to_them the_Rab-_of shaqeh say please to Ḩizqiyyāh thus he_says the_king (the)_great the_king_of ʼAshshūr what is_the_trust the_this which you_trust.
20 You_have_said only a_message_of lips is_a_plan and_strength for_war now on whom do_you_rely (cmp) you_have_rebelled against_me.
21 Now here you_rely (for_yourself) on the_staff_of (the)_reed (the)_crushed the_this on Miʦrayim/(Egypt) which he_will_support_himself anyone on/upon/above_him/it and_it_will_go in_his_of_palm and_it_will_pierce_it is_thus Parˊoh the_king_of Miʦrayim to/from_all/each/any/every those_who_rely on/upon/above_him/it.
22 And_because/when you(pl)_will_say to_me to YHWH god_of_our we_trust am_not is_he the__whom he_has_removed Ḩizqiyyāh DOM places_of_his_high and_DOM altars_of_his and_he/it_said to_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_to_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the_altar the_this you(pl)_will_bow_down in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
23 And_now make_a_wager please with my_master with the_king_of ʼAshshūr and_let_me_give to/for_yourself(m) two_thousand horses if you_will_be_able to_put to/for_yourself(m) riders on_them.
24 And_how will_you_turn_back DOM the_face_of the_governor_of (of)_one of_the_servants_of my_master (the)_little and_you_have_been_relying to/for_yourself(m) on Miʦrayim for_chariotry and_for_horsemen.
25 Now (from)_without YHWH have_I_come_up on the_place the_this to_destroy_it YHWH he_said to_me go_up on the_earth/land (the)_this and_destroy_it.
26 And_ ʼElyāqīm _he/it_said the_son_of Ḩilqiyyāh and_Sheⱱnāʼ and_Yōʼāḩ/(Joah) to the_Rab-_of shaqeh speak please to your_servants ʼArāmīt if/because are_understanding we and_do_not speak with_us Yəhūdī/(Judean) in_the_ears_of the_people which is_on the_wall.
27 And_he/it_said to_them the_Rab-_of shaqeh to master(s)_of_your and_to_you(ms) has_he_sent_me my_master to_speak DOM the_words/messages the_these not to the_men who_are_sitting on the_wall to_eat DOM[fn] excrement_of_their_own[fn] and_to_drink DOM their_feet_of_of[fn][fn][fn] with_you(pl).
28 And_ the_Rab-_of _he_stood shaqeh and_he/it_called with_a_voice great Yəhūdī/(Judean) and_he/it_spoke and_he/it_said hear the_message_of the_king (the)_great the_king_of ʼAshshūr.
29 Thus he_says the_king not let_him_deceive to/for_you(pl) Ḩizqiyyāh if/because not he_will_be_able to_deliver you(pl) from_his_of_hand.
30 And_not Ḩizqiyyāh let_him_make_trust you(pl) to YHWH to_say certainly_(deliver) he_will_deliver_us YHWH and_not it_will_be_given DOM the_city (the)_this in_the_hand_of the_king_of ʼAshshūr.
31 Do_not listen to Ḩizqiyyāh if/because thus the_king_of he_says of_ʼAshshūr make with_me a_blessing and_come_out to_me and_eat everyone_of vine_of_his_own and_everyone_of fig_tree_of_his_own and_drink everyone the_water_of his_own_cistern_of_of.
32 Until I_come and_I_will_take you(pl) to a_land like_your_own_of_land a_land_of grain and_new_wine a_land_of bread and_vineyards a_land_of olive_tree_of fresh_oil and_honey and_live and_not you(pl)_will_die and_do_not listen to Ḩizqiyyāh if/because he_misleads you(pl) to_say YHWH he_will_deliver_us.
33 Ever_(deliver) have_they_delivered the_gods_of the_nations anyone DOM land_of_its from_the_hand_of the_king_of ʼAshshūr.
34 Where were_the_gods_of Ḩₐmāt and_ʼArpād where were_the_gods_of Şəfarvayim Hēnaˊ and_ˊIvvāh (cmp) they_have_delivered DOM Shomrōn from_my_of_hand.
35 Who in_all the_gods_of the_lands are_those_which they_have_delivered DOM land_of_their from_my_of_hand (cmp) YHWH he_will_deliver DOM Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) from_my_of_hand.
36 And_they_kept_silent the_people and_not they_answered DOM_him/it anything if/because was_the_command_of the_king it to_say not you(pl)_must_answer_him.
37 And_ ʼElyāqīm _he_went the_son_of Ḩilqiyyāh who was_over the_house and_Sheⱱnāʼ the_secretary and_Yōʼāḩ/(Joah) the_son_of ʼĀşāf the_recorder to Ḩizqiyyāh clothes torn_of and_they_told to_him/it the_words/messages_of the_Rab-_of shaqeh.
19 And_he/it_was just_as_heard the_king Ḩizqiyyāh and_he_tore DOM clothes_of_his and_he_covered_himself with_sackcloth and_he_went the_house_of YHWH.
2 And_he_sent DOM ʼElyāqīm who was_over the_house and_Sheⱱnāʼ the_secretary and_DOM the_elders_of the_priests covered with_sackcloth(s) to Yəshaˊyāh/(Isaiah) the_prophet the_son_of ʼĀmōʦ.
3 And_they_said to_him/it thus Ḩizqiyyāh he_says is_a_day_of distress and_rebuke and_insult the_day the_this if/because children they_have_come to the_mouth_of_the_womb and_strength there_is_not for_giving_birth.
4 Perhaps he_will_hear YHWH god_of_your DOM all_of the_words/messages_of the_Rab- shaqeh whom he_has_sent_him the_king_of ʼAshshūr master(s)_of_his to_taunt the_god living and_he_will_rebuke (in)_words/messages which he_has_heard YHWH god_of_your and_you_will_lift_up prayer for the_remnant which_is_found.
5 And_ the_servants_of _they_came the_king Ḩizqiyyāh to Yəshaˊyāh.
6 And_he/it_said to/for_them Yəshaˊyāh thus you(pl)_will_say to master(s)_of_your(pl) thus YHWH he_says do_not be_afraid from_face/in_front_of the_words/messages which you_have_heard which they_have_blasphemed the_servants_of the_king_of ʼAshshūr DOM_me.
7 Here_I am_about_to_put in/on/over_him/it a_spirit and_he_will_hear a_report and_he_will_return to_his_own_of_land and_I_will_make_him_fall by_sword in_his_own_of_land.
8 And_ the_Rab- _he_returned shaqeh and_he_found DOM the_king_of ʼAshshūr fighting on Liⱱnāh if/because he_had_heard if/because_that he_had_set_out from_Lākīsh.
9 And_he/it_listened concerning Tirhāqāh the_king_of Kūsh/(Kūsh/(Cush/Ethiopia))[fn] to_say there he_has_come_out to_do_battle with_you and_he_returned and_he_sent messengers to Ḩizqiyyāh to_say.
10 Thus you(pl)_will_say to Ḩizqiyyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) to_say not let_him_deceive_you god_of_your whom you are_trusting in/on/over_him/it to_say not it_will_be_given Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) in_the_hand_of the_king_of ʼAshshūr.
11 Here you you_have_heard DOM that_which they_have_done the_kings_of ʼAshshūr to/from_all/each/any/every the_lands by_totally_destroying_them and_you(ms) will_you_be_delivered.
12 Did_they_deliver DOM_them the_gods_of the_nations which they_destroyed ancestors_of_my DOM Gōzān and_DOM Ḩārān and_Reʦef and_the_sons of_Eden who were_in_Təlaʼssar.
13 Where_is_he the_king_of Ḩₐmāt and_the_king_of ʼArpād and_the_king_of Lair Şəfarvayim Hēnaˊ and_ˊIvvāh.
14 And_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he/it_took DOM the_letters from_the_hand_of the_messengers and_he_read_them and_he/it_ascended the_house_of YHWH and_he_spread_it_out Ḩizqiyyāh to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH.
15 and_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he_prayed to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH and_he_said Oh_YHWH the_god_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) who_sits the_cherubims you he the_ʼElohīm you_alone to_all/each/any/every the_kingdoms_of the_earth/land you you_made DOM the_heavens and_DOM the_earth/land.
16 Incline Oh_YHWH ear_of_your and_hear open Oh_YHWH eyes_of_your and_see and_hear DOM the_words/messages_of Şanḩērīⱱ which he_has_sent_it to_taunt the_god living.
17 Truly Oh_YHWH they_have_made_desolate the_kings_of ʼAshshūr DOM the_nations and_DOM land_of_their.
18 And_they_have_put DOM gods_of_their in_fire if/because not were_gods they if/because (if) the_work_of the_hands_of humankind wood and_stone and_they_have_destroyed_them.
19 And_now Oh_YHWH god_of_our save_us please from_his_of_hand so_ all_of _that_they_may_know the_kingdoms_of the_earth/land if/because_that you Oh_YHWH are_god you_alone.
20 and_ Yəshaˊyāh/(Isaiah) _he_sent the_son_of ʼĀmōʦ to Ḩizqiyyāh to_say thus YHWH he_says the_god_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) that_which you_prayed to_me concerning Şanḩērīⱱ the_king_of ʼAshshūr I_have_heard.
21 This is_the_message which he_has_spoken YHWH on/upon/above_him/it she_has_despised to/for_yourself(m) she_has_mocked to/for_yourself(m) the_virgin_of the_daughter_of Tsiyyōn/(Zion) behind_you a_head she_has_shaken the_daughter_of Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
22 DOM whom have_you_taunted and_have_you_blasphemed and_on whom have_you_raised a_voice and_have_you_lifted_up height eyes_of_your on the_holy__of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
23 By_the_hand_of your(pl)_messengers_of_of you_have_taunted my_master and_she/it_said with_the_abundance_of[fn] my_chariotry_of_of I I_have_gone_up the_height[s]_of mountains the_remotest_parts_of Ləⱱānōn and_I_have_cut_down the_height_of its_cedars_of_of the_choice_of its_pines_of_of and_I_have_gone the_lodging_place_of its_end_of_of[fn] the_forest_of its_plantation_of_of.
24 I I_have_dug and_I_have_drunk water strange and_I_have_dried_up with_the_sole_of my_feet_of_of all_of the_canals_of Miʦrayim/(Egypt).
25 Not have_you_heard (to)_from_distant_ DOM_her/it I_appointed (to)_from_days_of antiquity and_I_planned_it now I_have_brought_it and_you_are about_to_make_desolate heaps ruined cities fortified.
26 And_their_of_inhabitants were_short_of hand they_were_dismayed and_they_were_ashamed they_were vegetation_of the_field and_greenery_of fresh_grass grass_of roofs and_scorching to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before standing_grain.
27 And_your_sitting_down and_your_going_out and_your_coming I_know and_DOM your_raging against_me.
28 Because you_raged to_me and_your_of_arrogance it_has_come_up in_my_of_ears and_I_will_put hook_of_my in_your_of_nose and_my_of_bridle on_your_two’s_of_lips and_I_will_make_you_return by_way which you_came by_it.
29 And_this for_you will_be_the_sign you_will_eat this_year self-sown_grain and_in_year the_second(fs) self-seeded_plant[s] and_in_year (the)_third sow and_reap and_plant vineyards and_eat fruit_of_their.
30 And_ the_escaped_remnant_of _it_will_add of_the_house_of of_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) which_ a_root _remains (to)_downwards and_it_will_produce fruit (to)_upwards.
31 If/because from_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) it_will_go_out a_remnant and_an_escaped_remnant from_hill of_Tsiyyōn/(Zion) the_zeal_of YHWH[fn][fn] it_will_accomplish this.
32 for_so/thus/hence thus YHWH he_says concerning the_king_of ʼAshshūr not he_will_come into the_city (the)_this and_not he_will_shoot there an_arrow and_not he_will_confront_it a_shield and_not he_will_pour_out on/upon_it(f) a_mound.
33 By_way which he_is_coming by_it he_will_return and_near/to the_city (the)_this not he_will_come the_utterance_of YHWH.
34 And_I_will_defend (to) the_city (the)_this to_deliver_it for_my_own_sake and_for_the_sake_of Dāvid servant_of_my.
35 And_he/it_was in_night (the)_that and_he/it_went_out the_messenger_of YHWH and_he_struck_down in_the_camp_of ʼAshshūr one_hundred eighty and_five thousand and_they_rose_early in_morning and_see/lo/see of_them_of_all were_corpses dead.
36 And_he_set_out and_he/it_went and_ Şanḩērīⱱ _he_returned the_king_of ʼAshshūr and_he/it_sat_down//remained//lived in_Nīnəvēh.
37 And_he/it_was he was_bowing_down the_house_of Nəşirok his/its_god and_ʼAdrammelek and_Sharʼeʦer[fn][fn] they_struck_him_down with_sword and_they they_escaped the_land_of ʼArāraţ and_ ʼĒşar- _he_became_king ḩaddōn his/its_son in_place_of_him.
20 in_the_days the_those Ḩizqiyyāh he_became_sick to_die and_he_came to_him/it Yəshaˊyāh/(Isaiah) the_son_of ʼĀmōʦ the_prophet and_he/it_said to_him/it thus YHWH he_says command to_your_of_household if/because are_about_to_die you and_not you_will_live.
2 And_he_turned DOM his/its_faces/face to the_wall and_he_prayed to YHWH to_say.
3 Please Oh_YHWH remember please DOM how I_have_walked_about to_your_face in_faithfulness and_with_a_heart complete and_the_good in_your_two’s_of_eyes I_have_done and_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he_wept weeping great.
4 and_he/it_was Yəshaˊyāh not he_had_gone_out the[fn] (the)_middle and_the_message_of YHWH it_came to_him/it to_say.
5 Go_back and_you_will_say to Ḩizqiyyāh the_ruler_of my_people_of_of thus YHWH he_says the_god_of Dāvid I_will_show_you(ms) I_have_heard DOM prayer_of_your I_have_seen DOM tear[s]_of_your here_I am_about_to_heal to/for_you(fs) in_the_day the_third you_will_go_up the_house_of YHWH.
6 And_I_will_add to days_of_your fif- teen year[s] and_from_the_palm_of the_king_of ʼAshshūr I_will_deliver_you and_DOM the_city (the)_this and_I_will_defend (on) the_city (the)_this for_my_own_sake and_for_the_sake_of Dāvid servant_of_my.
7 And_ Yəshaˊyāh/(Isaiah) _he/it_said take a_cake_of figs and_they_took and_they_put_ on the_boil and_he_lived.
8 And_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he/it_said to Yəshaˊyāh what will_be_the_sign (cmp) he_will_heal YHWH to_me and_I_will_go_up in_the_day the_third the_house_of YHWH.
9 And_ Yəshaˊyāh _he/it_said this for_you will_be_the_sign from_with YHWH (cmp) he_will_do YHWH DOM the_thing which he_has_spoken it_has_gone the_shadow ten steps or will_it_go_back ten steps.
10 And_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he/it_said it_is_trifling to_shadow to_stretch_out ten steps no if/because let_it_go_back the_shadow backwards ten steps.
11 And_ Yəshaˊyāh _he/it_called the_prophet to YHWH and_he_turned_back DOM the_shadow on_steps which it_had_gone_down on_the_steps_of ʼĀḩāz backwards ten steps.
12 at_time (the)_that Merodach- he_sent Balʼₐdān the_son_of Balʼₐdān the_king_of Bāⱱel letters and_a_gift to Ḩizqiyyāh if/because he_had_heard if/because_that he_had_been_sick Ḩizqiyyāh.
13 And_he/it_listened to_them Ḩizqiyyāh and_he_showed_them DOM all_of the_house_of his_treasure_of_of[fn] DOM the_silver and_DOM the_gold and_DOM the_spices and_DOM the_oil_of (the)_good and_DOM the_house_of his_weapons_of_of and_DOM all_of that it_was_found in_his_of_storehouses not it_was anything which not he_showed_them Ḩizqiyyāh in_his_of_house and_on/over_all realm_of_his.
14 And_ Yəshaˊyāh/(Isaiah) _he_came the_prophet to the_king Ḩizqiyyāh and_he/it_said to_him/it what did_they_say the_men the_these and_from_where are_they_coming to_you and_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he/it_said from_a_land distant they_have_come from_Bāⱱel.
15 And_he/it_said what did_they_see in_your_of_house and_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he/it_said DOM all_of that is_in_my_of_house they_saw not anything it_was which not I_showed_them in_my_of_storehouses.
16 And_ Yəshaˊyāh _he/it_said to Ḩizqiyyāh hear the_message_of YHWH.
17 Here days are_coming and_it_will_be_carried_off all_of that is_in_your_of_house and_which ancestors_of_your they_have_stored_up until the_day the_this to_Bāⱱel not anything it_will_be_left YHWH he_says.
18 And_some_of_your_descendants who they_will_come_forth from_you whom you_will_father people_will_take[fn][fn] and_they_will_be eunuchs in_(the)_palace of_the_king_of of_Bāⱱel.
19 And_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he/it_said to Yəshaˊyāh is_good the_message_of YHWH which you_have_spoken and_he/it_said am_not if peace and_stability it_will_be in_my_of_days.
20 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Ḩizqiyyāh and_all might_of_his and_which he_made DOM the_pool and_DOM the_conduit and_he/it_brought DOM the_waters to_the_city not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
21 And_ Ḩizqiyyāh _he_lay_down with ancestors_of_his and_ Mənashsheh _he_became_king son_of_his in_place_of_him.
21 was_a_son_of two_plus ten year[s] Mənashsheh when_he_became_king and_fifty and_five year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Hephzi- bah.
2 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH according_to_the_abominations_of the_nations which he_had_dispossessed YHWH from_face/in_front_of the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
3 And_he_returned and_he/it_built DOM the_high_places which he_had_destroyed Ḩizqiyyāh his/its_father and_he_set_up altars to_Baˊal and_he/it_made an_ʼAshērāh_pole just_as he_had_done ʼAḩʼāⱱ the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he_bowed_down to/from_all/each/any/every the_host_of the_heavens and_he_served DOM_them.
4 And_he_built altars in_house_of YHWH which he_had_said YHWH in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) I_will_put DOM name_of_my.
5 And_he/it_built altars to/from_all/each/any/every the_host_of the_heavens in_the_two_of the_courtyards_of the_house_of YHWH.
6 And_he_made_pass DOM his/its_son in_fire and_he_practiced_soothsaying and_he_practiced_divination and_he_dealt_with necromancer and_soothsayers he_increased for_doing (the)_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH to_provoke_him_to_anger.
7 And_he/it_assigned DOM the_image_of (the)_ʼAshērāh which he_had_made in_house which he_had_said YHWH to Dāvid and_near/to Shəlomoh/(Solomon) son_of_his in_house the_this and_in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) which I_have_chosen from_all the_tribes_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) I_will_put DOM name_of_my forever.
8 And_not I_will_repeat to_make_wander the_foot_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) from the_soil which I_gave to_their_of_ancestors only if they_will_take_care for_doing according_to_all that I_commanded_them and_to/for_all the_law which he_commanded DOM_them servant_of_my Mosheh.
9 And_not they_listened and_he_misled_them Mənashsheh for_doing DOM (the)_evil more_than the_nations which he_had_destroyed YHWH from_face/in_front_of the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
10 And_ YHWH _he/it_spoke by_the_hand_of his_servants_of_of the_prophets to_say.
11 Because that he_has_done Mənashsheh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) the_abominations the_these he_has_done_evil from_all that they_did the_ʼAmorī who was_before_of_him and_he_has_caused_to_sin also DOM Yəhūdāh with_his_of_idols.
12 for_so/thus/hence thus YHWH he_says the_god_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) here_I am_about_to_bring calamity on Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_Yəhūdāh/(Yihudah) which every_of one_of_who_hears_of_it[fn] they_will_tingle the_two_of ears_of_his.
13 And_I_will_stretch_out over Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) DOM the_measuring-line_of Shomrōn and_DOM the_levelling_tool_of the_house_of ʼAḩʼāⱱ and_I_will_wipe_clean DOM Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) just_as someone_wipes_clean DOM the_bowl he_wipes__clean and_he_turns__over on face_of_its.
14 And_I_will_abandon DOM the_remnant_of my_inheritance_of_of and_I_will_give_them in_the_hand_of their_enemies_of_of and_they_will_be (into)_spoil and_(into)_plunder to/from_all/each/any/every enemies_of_their.
15 Because that they_have_done DOM the_evil in_my_of_eyes and_they_were provoking_to_anger DOM_me since the_day when they_came_out ancestors_of_their from_Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and_unto the_day (the)_this.
16 And_also blood innocent he_shed Mənashsheh much very until that he_had_filled DOM Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) mouth to_mouth apart from_his_of_sin which he_caused_to_sin DOM Yəhūdāh/(Judah) for_doing the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH.
17 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Mənashsheh and_all that he_did and_his_of_sin which he_sinned not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh.

19 was_a_son_of twenty and_two year[s] ʼĀmōn when_he_became_king and_two years he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Məshullemet the_daughter_of Ḩārūʦ from Yāţəⱱāh/(Jotbah).
20 And_he/it_made (the)_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH just_as he_had_done Mənashsheh his/its_father.
21 And_he/it_went in_all the_way which he_had_walked his/its_father and_he_served DOM the_idols which he_had_served his/its_father and_he_bowed_down to/for_them.
22 And_he_abandoned DOM YHWH the_god_of his_ancestors_of_of and_not he_walked in_the_way_of YHWH.
23 And_ the_servants_of _they_conspired of_ʼĀmōn on/upon/above_him/it and_they_killed DOM the_king in_his_own_of_house.
24 And_ the_people_of _it_struck_down the_earth/land DOM all_of those_who_had_conspired on the_king ʼĀmōn and_ the_people_of _they_made_king the_earth/land DOM Yʼoshiyyāh/(Josiah) son_of_his in_place_of_him.
25 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of ʼĀmōn which he_did not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
26 And_someone_buried[fn] DOM_him/it in_his_of_grave in_the_garden_of ˊUzzāʼ and_ Yʼoshiyyāh _he_became_king son_of_his in_place_of_him.
22 was_a_son_of eight year[s] Yʼoshiyyāh when_he_became_king and_thirty and_one year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Yədīdāh/(Jedidah) the_daughter_of ˊAdāyāh from_Bāʦəqat.
2 And_he/it_made the_right in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH and_he/it_went in_all the_way_of Dāvid his/its_father and_not he_turned_aside right_hand and_left_hand.
3 and_he/it_was in_eight- teen year to/for_the_king Yʼoshiyyāh he_sent the_king DOM Shāfān the_son_of ʼAʦalyāhū the_son_of Məshullām the_scribe the_house_of YHWH to_say.
4 Go_up to Ḩilqiyyāh the_priest/officer (the)_great and_let_him_complete DOM the_money which_has_been_brought the_house_of YHWH which they_have_gathered the_keepers_of the_threshold from_with the_people.
5 And_let_them_give_it[fn] on the_hand_of the_doers_of the_work who_have_been_appointed in/on/at/with[fn] of_YHWH and_they_give DOM_him/it to_the_doers_of the_work who in_house_of YHWH to_repair the_damage_of the_house.
6 To_craftsmen and_to_builders and_to_wall-builders and_to_acquire wood(s) and_stones_of hewing to_repair DOM the_house.
7 Only not it_will_be_accounted_for with_them the_money which_is_given on hand_of_their if/because in_faithfulness they are_working.
8 And_ Ḩilqiyyāh _he/it_said the_priest/officer (the)_great to Shāfān the_scribe the_scroll_of the_law I_have_found in_house_of YHWH and_ Ḩilqiyyāh _he/it_gave DOM the_scroll to Shāfān and_he_read_it.
9 And_ Shāfān _he_went the_scribe to the_king and_he_brought_back DOM the_king message and_he/it_said they_have_poured_out your_servants DOM the_money which_was_found in_house and_they_have_given_it on the_hand_of the_doers_of the_work who_had_been_appointed the_house_of YHWH.
10 And_ Shāfān _he_told the_scribe to/for_the_king to_ a_scroll _say he_gave to_me Ḩilqiyyāh the_priest/officer and_he_read_it_aloud Shāfān to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the_king.
11 And_he/it_was just_as_heard the_king DOM the_words/messages_of the_scroll_of the_law and_he_tore DOM clothes_of_his.
12 And_he/it_commanded the_king DOM Ḩilqiyyāh the_priest/officer and_DOM ʼAḩīqām the_son_of Shāfān and_DOM ˊAkbōr the_son_of Mīkāyāh and_DOM Shāfān the_scribe and_DOM ˊAsāyāh the_servant_of the_king to_say.
13 Go consult DOM YHWH for_me and_for the_people and_for all_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) on the_words/messages_of the_scroll which_has_been_found the_this if/because is_great the_rage_of YHWH which it it_has_been_kindled on_us on that not they_listened ancestors_of_our to the_words/messages_of the_scroll the_this for_doing according_to_every_of (the)__written on_us.
14 And_ Ḩilqiyyāh _he/it_went the_priest/officer and_ʼAḩīqām and_ˊAkbōr and_Shāfān and_ˊAsāyāh to Ḩuldāh the_prophetess the_wife_of Shallūm the_son_of Tiqvāh the_son_of Ḩarḩaş the_one_who_kept the_garments and_she was_dwelling in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) in_district and_they_spoke to_her.
15 And_she/it_said to_them thus YHWH he_says the_god_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) say to_man who he_sent you(pl) to_me.
16 Thus YHWH he_says here_I am_about_to_bring calamity to the_place the_this and_on its_of_inhabitants DOM all_of the_words/messages_of the_scroll which he_has_read the_king_of Yəhūdāh.
17 Because that they_have_abandoned_me and_they_have_made_smoke to_gods other so_as to_provoke_me_to_anger by_all_of the_work_of their_hands_of_of and_it_will_be_kindled rage_of_my on_place the_this and_not it_will_be_quenched.
18 And_near/to the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) who_sent you(pl) to_consult DOM YHWH thus you(pl)_will_say to_him/it thus YHWH he_says the_god_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) the_words/messages which you_have_heard.
19 Because it_was_soft heart_of_your and_you_humbled_yourself from_face/in_front_of YHWH when_you_heard that_which I_had_spoken on the_place the_this and_on its_of_inhabitants to_be (into)_a_horror and_(into)_a_curse and_you_tore DOM clothes_of_your and_she/it_wept before_me and_also I I_have_heard the_utterance_of YHWH.
20 For_so/thus/hence here_I will_gather_of_you to ancestors_of_your and_you_will_be_gathered to grave(s)_of_your in_peace and_not eyes_of_your they_will_look on_all_of the_distress which I will_bring on the_place the_this and_they_brought_back DOM the_king message.
23 And_he_sent the_king and_they_gathered to_him/it all_of the_elders_of Yəhūdāh and_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
2 And_he/it_ascended the_king the_house_of YHWH and_all (the)_person_of Yəhūdāh and_all the_inhabitants_of Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) with_him/it and_the_priests and_the_prophets and_all the_people (to)_from_the_small and_unto the_great and_he/it_called in_their_of_ears DOM all_of the_words/messages_of the_scroll_of the_covenant which_had_been_found in_house_of YHWH.
3 And_he_stood the_king at the_pillar and_he_made DOM the_covenant to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH to_go after YHWH and_to_keep commands_of_his and_DOM testimonies_of_his and_DOM regulations_of_his in_all the_heart and_on/over_all the_being to_establish DOM the_words/messages_of the_covenant (the)_this which_were_written on the_scroll the_this and_ all_of _it_took_its_stand the_people in_covenant.
4 And_he/it_commanded the_king DOM Ḩilqiyyāh the_priest/officer (the)_great and_DOM the_priests_of the_second_rank and_DOM the_keepers_of the_threshold to_bring_out from_the_temple_of YHWH DOM all_of the_vessels which_were_made for_Baˊal and_for_ʼAshērāh and_to/for_all the_host_of the_heavens and_he_burnt_them from_the_outside of_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) in_the_fields_of Qidrōn and_he_carried DOM dust_of_their Bēyt- ʼēl.
5 And_he_removed DOM the_pagan_priests whom they_had_appointed the_kings_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_he_made_smoke at_places in_the_cities_of Yəhūdāh and_the_surroundings_of Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_DOM those_who_made_smoke to_Baˊal to_sun and_to_moon and_to_constellations and_to/for_all the_host_of the_heavens.
6 And_he_brought_out DOM the_ʼAshērāh_pole from_the_house_of YHWH from_the_outside of_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) to the_wadi_of Qidrōn and_he_burnt DOM_her/it in_the_wadi_of Qidrōn and_he_pulverised_ to_dust and_he_threw DOM dust_of_its on the_burial_site_of the_sons_of the_people.
7 And_he_broke_down DOM the_houses_of the_male_cult_prostitutes which in_house_of YHWH where the_women were_weaving there houses for_ʼAshērāh.
8 And_he/it_brought DOM all_of the_priests from_the_cities_of Yəhūdāh and_he_made_unclean DOM the_high_places where they_had_made_smoke (to)_there the_priests from_Geⱱaˊ to Bəʼēr Sheⱱaˊ and_he_broke_down DOM the_high_places_of the_gates which were_at_the_entrance_of the_gate_of Yəhōshūˊa/(Joshua) the_governor_of the_city which was_at the_left_side anyone at_the_gate_of the_city.
9 Nevertheless not they_went_up the_priests_of the_high_places to the_altar_of YHWH in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) if/because (if) they_ate unleavened_bread(s) in_the_middle brothers_of_their.
10 And_he_made_unclean DOM (the)_Tofet which was_in_the_valley_of_the_sons_of_Hinnom_was_in_the_valley_of_Ben Hinnom[fn] was_in_the_valley_of_Ben to_not to_make_pass anyone DOM his/its_son and_DOM daughter_of_his in_fire to_Molek.
11 And_he_removed DOM the_horses which they_had_dedicated the_kings_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) to_sun from_the_going of_the_house_of of_YHWH at the_room_of Nathan the_court-official which was_in_Parbar and_DOM the_chariots_of the_sun he_burnt with_fire.
12 And_DOM the_altars which were_on the_roof the_upper_room_of ʼĀḩāz which they_had_made the_kings_of Yəhūdāh and_DOM the_altars which Mənashsheh he_had_made in_the_two_of the_courtyards_of the_house_of YHWH he_pulled_down the_king and_he_ran from_there and_he_threw DOM dust_of_their into the_wadi_of Qidrōn.
13 And_DOM the_high_places which were_on the_face_of Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) which were_from_the_south_of the_mountain_of (the)_destruction which Shəlomoh/(Solomon) he_had_built the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_Astarte the_detestable_thing_of the_Tsīdonī/(Sidonians) and_to_Kəmōsh/(Chemosh) the_detestable_thing_of Mōʼāⱱ and_to_Malkām the_abomination_of the_people_of ˊAmmōn he_made_unclean the_king.
14 And_he_broke DOM the_sacred_pillars and_he_cut_down DOM the_ʼAshērāh_poles and_he_filled DOM place_of_their bones_of humankind.
15 And_also DOM the_altar which in_house_of ʼēl the_high_place which he_had_made Yārāⱱəˊām/(Jeroboam) the_son_of Neⱱaţ who he_caused_to_sin DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) also DOM the_altar (the)_that and_DOM the_high_place he_tore_down and_he_burnt DOM the_high_place he_pulverised_ to_dust and_he_burnt the_ʼAshērāh_pole.
16 And_ Yʼoshiyyāh/(Josiah) _he_turned and_he/it_saw DOM the_graves which were_there on_mountain and_he_sent and_he/it_took DOM the_bones from the_graves and_he_burnt_them on the_altar and_he_made_it_unclean according_to_the_message_of YHWH which he_had_proclaimed the_man_of the_ʼElohīm who he_proclaimed DOM the_words/messages the_these.
17 And_he/it_said what is_the_gravestone this which I am_seeing and_they_said to_him/it the_people_of the_city the_grave the_man_of the_ʼElohīm who he_came from_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_he/it_called DOM the_things the_these which you_have_done on the_altar_of Bēyt- ʼēl.
18 And_he/it_said leave_alone to_him/it anyone not let_him_disturb bones_of_his and_they_left_undisturbed bones_of_his with the_bones_of the_prophet who he_had_come from_Shomrōn.
19 And_also DOM all_of the_houses_of the_high_places which were_in_the_cities_of Shomrōn which the_kings_of they_had_made of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_provoke_anger Yʼoshiyyāh he_removed and_he/it_made to/for_them according_to_all_of the_deeds which he_had_done in_house_of ʼēl.
20 And_he/it_sacrificed DOM all_of the_priests_of the_high_places who were_there on the_altars and_he_burnt DOM bones_of humankind on_them and_he_returned Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
21 And_he/it_commanded the_king DOM all_of the_people to_say observe a_passover to/for_YHWH god_of_your(pl) according_what_is_written on the_scroll_of the_covenant (the)_this.
22 If/because not it_had_been_observed like_passover the_this since_the_days_of the_judges who they_judged DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_all/each/any/every the_days_of the_kings_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_the_kings_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
23 If/because (if) in_eight- teen year to/for_the_king Yʼoshiyyāh/(Josiah) it_was_observed the_passover the_this to/for_YHWH in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
24 And_also DOM the_necromancers and_DOM the_soothsayers and_DOM the_teraphim and_DOM the_idols and_DOM all_of the_detestable_things which they_were_seen in_land of_Yəhūdāh and_in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) Yʼoshiyyāh he_removed so_as to_carry_out DOM the_words/messages_of the_law which_were_written on the_scroll which Ḩilqiyyāh he_had_found the_priest/officer the_house_of YHWH.
25 And_like_him not he_had_been before_him a_king who he_turned_back to YHWH in_all heart_of_his and_on/over_all being_of_his and_on/over_all strength_of_his according_to_all_of the_law_of Mosheh and_after_him not he_arose like_him.
26 Nevertheless not YHWH he_turned_back from_the_burning_of his_anger_of_of (the)_great which anger_of_his it_burnt on_Yəhūdāh on all_of the_provocations which he_had_provoked_him_to_anger Mənashsheh.
27 And_ YHWH _he/it_said also DOM Yəhūdāh I_will_remove from_under face_of_my just_as I_removed DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_I_will_reject DOM the_city (the)_this which I_chose DOM Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_DOM the_house which I_said it_will_be name_of_my there.
28 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Yʼoshiyyāh/(Josiah) and_all that he_did not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh/(Judah).
29 In_his_of_days Parˊoh he_went_up Nəkoh the_king_of Miʦrayim/(Egypt) on the_king_of ʼAshshūr to the_river_of Pərāt and_he/it_went the_king Yʼoshiyyāh to_meet_him and_he_killed_him at_Məgiddōn just_as_he_saw DOM_him/it.
30 And_they_made_him_ride servants_of_his dead from_Məgiddōn and_they_brought_him Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_they_buried_him in_his_own_of_grave and_ the_people_of _he/it_took the_earth/land DOM Yəhōʼāḩāz/(Jehoahaz) the_son_of Yʼoshiyyāh and_they_anointed DOM_him/it and_they_made_king DOM_him/it in_place_of his/its_father.
31 was_a_son_of twenty and_three year[s] Yəhōʼāḩāz when_he_became_king and_three months he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Ḩₐmūţal the_daughter_of Yirməyāh/(Jeremiah) from_Liⱱnāh.
32 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH according_to_all that they_had_done ancestors_of_his.
33 And_he_confined_him Parˊoh Nəkoh at_Riⱱlāh in_land of_Ḩₐmāt from_reigning[fn][fn] in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_he_put a_fine on the_earth/land one_hundred talent[s]_of silver and_a_talent_of gold.
34 And_ Parˊoh _he_made_king Nəkoh DOM ʼElyāqīm the_son_of Yʼoshiyyāh/(Josiah) in_place_of Yʼoshiyyāh his/its_father and_he_changed DOM his/its_name Yəhōyāqīm/(Jehoiakim) and_DOM Yəhōʼāḩāz he_took and_he_came Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and_he/it_died there.
35 And_the_silver and_the_gold Yəhōyāqīm he_gave to_Parˊoh only he_taxed DOM the_earth/land to_give DOM the_silver on the_mouth_of Parˊoh each according_to_of_his_valuation he_exacted DOM the_silver and_DOM the_gold DOM the_people_of the_earth/land to_give_ to_Parˊoh Nəkoh.
36 was_a_son_of twenty and_five year[s] Yəhōyāqīm when_he_became_king and_one_plus ten year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Zebudah[fn] the_daughter_of Pədāyāh from Rūmāh.
37 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH according_to_all that they_had_done ancestors_of_his.
24 In_his_of_days Nebuchadnezzar he_came_up the_king_of Bāⱱel and_he/it_was to_him/it Yəhōyāqīm subject three years and_he_turned_back and_he_rebelled in/on/over_him/it.
2 And_ YHWH _he_sent in/on/over_him/it DOM the_marauding_bands_of the__from_Kasdiy and_DOM the_marauding_bands_of ʼArām and_DOM the_marauding_bands_of Mōʼāⱱ and_DOM the_marauding_bands_of the_people_of ˊAmmōn and_he_sent_them on_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) to_destroy_it according_to_the_message_of YHWH which he_had_spoken by_the_hand_of his_servants_of_of the_prophets.
3 Surely on the_mouth_of YHWH it_happened in_Yəhūdāh to_remove_ from_under his/its_faces/face for_the_sins_of Mənashsheh according_to_all that he_had_done.
4 And_also the_blood_of the_innocent which he_had_shed and_he_had_filled DOM Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) blood innocent and_not YHWH he_was_willing to_forgive.
5 And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Yəhōyāqīm/(Jehoiakim) and_all that he_did not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of the_days of_the_kings_of of_Yəhūdāh.
6 And_ Yəhōyāqīm _he_lay_down with ancestors_of_his and_ Yəhōyākīn/(Jehoiachin) _he_became_king his/its_son in_place_of_him.
7 And_not he_repeated again the_king_of Miʦrayim/(Egypt) to_come_out from_his_own_of_land if/because the_king_of he_had_taken of_Bāⱱel from_the_wadi_of Miʦrayim to the_river_of Pərāt all that it_had_belonged to_the_king_of Miʦrayim.
8 was_a_son_of eight- teen year[s] Yəhōyākīn when_he_became_king and_three months he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Nəḩushtāʼ the_daughter_of ʼElnātān from_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
9 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH according_to_all that he_had_done his/its_father.
10 At_time (the)_that they_went_up[fn] the_servants_of Nebuchadnezzar the_king_of Bāⱱel Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_it_came the_city in_(the)_siege.
11 And_ Nebuchadnezzar _he_came the_king_of Bāⱱel to the_city and_his_of_servants were_laying_siege on_it.
12 And_he/it_went_out Yəhōyākīn the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) to the_king_of Bāⱱel he and_his_of_mother and_his_of_servants and_his_of_officials and_his_of_court-officials and_he/it_took the_king_of DOM_him/it of_Bāⱱel in_year eight of_his_reigning.
13 And_he_brought_out from_there DOM all_of the_treasures_of the_house_of YHWH and_the_treasures_of the_house_of the_king and_he_cut_up DOM all_of the_articles_of the_gold which he_had_made Shəlomoh/(Solomon) the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) in_(the)_palace of_YHWH just_as he_had_spoken YHWH.
14 And_he_took_into_exile DOM all_of Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_DOM all_of the_officials and_DOM all_of the_mighty__of (the)_strength ten_of[fn] thousand(s) exile[s] and_all (the)_craftsman and_(the)_smith not anyone_was_left except the_poor_people_of the_people_of the_earth/land.
15 And_he_took_into_exile DOM Yəhōyākīn/(Jehoiachin) to_Bāⱱel and_DOM the_mother_of the_king and_DOM the_wives_of the_king and_DOM his/its_officials and_DOM the_leaders_of[fn] the_earth/land he_led_away exile[s] from_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) to_Bāⱱel.
16 And_DOM all_of the_men_of (the)_strength seven_of thousand(s) and_the_craftsman and_the_smith one_thousand (the)_everyone were_warriors makers_of war and_he/it_brought_them the_king_of Bāⱱel exile[s] to_Bāⱱel.
17 And_ the_king_of _he_made_king of_Bāⱱel DOM Mattanyāh uncle_of_his in_place_of_him and_he_changed DOM his/its_name Tsidqiyyāh/(Zedekiah).
18 was_a_son_of twenty and_one year[s] Tsidqiyyāh when_he_became_king and_one_plus ten year[s] he_reigned in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_name_of his/its_mother was_Ḩₐmūţal[fn] the_daughter_of Yirməyāh/(Jeremiah) from_Liⱱnāh.
19 And_he/it_made the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of YHWH according_to_all that he_had_done Yəhōyāqīm/(Jehoiakim).
20 If/because on the_anger of_YHWH it_happened in_Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_in_Yəhūdāh/(Judah) until he_threw_out DOM_them from_under his/its_faces/face and_ Tsidqiyyāh _he_rebelled against_the_king_of Bāⱱel.
25 and_he/it_was in_the_year_of (of_the)_ninth of_his_reigning in_month (the)_tenth on_ten of_month Nebuchadnezzar he_came the_king_of Bāⱱel he and_all army_of_his on Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) and_he_encamped on/upon_it(f) and_they_built on/upon_it(f) a_siege-work all_around.
2 And_it_came the_city in_(the)_siege until one_plus_of ten year to/for_the_king Tsidqiyyāh.
3 On_day_nine of_month and_it_was_severe the_famine in_city and_not it_belonged food to_the_people_of the_earth/land.
4 And_it_was_broken_into the_city and_all the_men_of (the)_war the_night the_way_of the_gate between the_two_walls which was_at the_garden_of the_king and_the__from_Kasdiy were_on the_city all_around and_he/it_went the_way_of the_ˊArāⱱāh.
5 And_ the_army_of _they_pursued of_the__from_Kasdiy after the_king and_they_overtook DOM_him/it in_the_plains_of Yərīḩō/(Jericho) and_all army_of_his they_were_scattered from_with_him.
6 And_they_seized DOM the_king and_they_brought_up DOM_him/it to the_king_of Bāⱱel to_Riⱱlāh and_they_spoke with_him/it judgement.
7 And_DOM the_sons_of Tsidqiyyāh/(Zedekiah) they_slaughtered to_his_of_eyes and_DOM the_eyes_of Tsidqiyyāh he_made_blind and_he_bound_him with_(the)_fetters and_he_brought_him Bāⱱel.
8 and_in_month (the)_fifth on_day_seven of_month it was_year_of nine- teen year to/for_the_king Nebuchadnezzar the_king_of Bāⱱel he_came Nəⱱūzarʼₐdān the_chief_of the_bodyguards the_servant_of the_king_of Bāⱱel Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).

18 And_ the_chief_of _he/it_took the_bodyguards DOM Sərāyāh the_priest_of the_head and_DOM Tsəfanyāh/(Zephaniah) a_priest_of second_rank and_DOM the_three_of the_keepers_of the_threshold.
19 And_from the_city he_took a_court-official one who he was_an_officer over the_men_of (the)_war and_five men from_those_who_saw_of (of)_the_face_of the_king who they_were_found in_city and_DOM the_scribe the_commander_of the_army who_mustered DOM the_people_of the_earth/land and_sixty man from_the_people_of the_earth/land who_were_found in_city.
20 And_he/it_took Nəⱱūzarʼₐdān DOM_them the_chief_of the_bodyguards and_he_brought DOM_them to the_king_of Bāⱱel to_Riⱱlāh.
21 And_he_struck_down the_king_of DOM_them of_Bāⱱel and_he_put_them_to_death at_Riⱱlāh in_land of_Ḩₐmāt and_ Yəhūdāh/(Judah) _it_went_into_exile from_under land_of_its.
22 And_the_people who_remained in_land of_Yəhūdāh whom he_left_behind Nebuchadnezzar the_king_of Bāⱱel and_he_appointed over_them DOM Gədalyāh the_son_of ʼAḩīqām the_son_of Shāfān.
23 and_ all_of _they_heard the_commanders_of the_armies they and_the_men if/because_that the_king_of he_had_appointed of_Bāⱱel DOM Gədalyāh and_they_came to Gədalyāh (the)_Miʦpāh and_Yishmāˊʼēl/(Ishmael) the_son_of Nətanyāh and_Yōḩānān/(Johanan) the_son_of Qārēaḩ and_Sərāyāh the_son_of Tanḩumet the_Nəţofātī and_Yaʼₐzanyāh/(Jaazaniah) the_son_of the_Maˊₐkātī they and_their_of_men.

25 and_he/it_was in_month the_seventh Yishmāˊʼēl/(Ishmael) he_came the_son_of Nətanyāh the_son_of ʼElīshāˊma one_of_the_offspring_of the_royalty and_ten men with_him/it and_they_struck_down DOM Gədalyāh and_he/it_died and_DOM the_Yəhūdī/(Judeans) and_DOM the__from_Kasdiy who they_were with_him/it at_Miʦpāh.
26 And_ all_of _they_arose the_people from_the_small and_unto the_great and_the_commanders_of the_armies and_they_came Miʦrayim/(Egypt) if/because they_were_afraid from_face/in_front_of the__from_Kasdiy.
27 and_he/it_was in_thirty and_seven year of_the_exile_of of_Yəhōyākīn/(Jehoiachin) the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) in_two_plus ten month on_day_twenty and_seven of_month he_lifted_up Evil- Merodach the_king_of Bāⱱel in_year he_became_king DOM the_head_of Yəhōyākīn the_king_of Yəhūdāh from_a_house_of imprisonment.
28 And_he/it_spoke with_him/it good_things and_he/it_gave DOM seat_of_his from_under the_seat_of the_kings who with_him/it in_Bāⱱel.
