3 And _ take the _ flask_ ofthe _ oil and _ pour on his/its _ head and _ say thus YHWH he _ saysanoint _ you as _ king to Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ open the _ door and _ flee and _ not you _ must_ wait4 And _ he/it _ wentthe _ young _ manthe _ servant the _ prophet Rāʼmōt Gilˊād .
5 And _ arrived and _ see/lo/see the _ commanders_ ofthe _ army [were] _ sittingand _ he/it _ saida _ wordto _ me for _ you the _ commander and _ Yēhūʼ _ he/it _ saidto whom of _ all _ of_ us and _ he/it _ saidfor _ you the _ commander .
6 And _ he/it _ rose_ upand _ went the _ house _ into and _ poured the _ oil to his/its _ head and _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it thus YHWH he _ saysthe _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) anoint _ you as _ king to the _ people_ ofYHWH to Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
7 And _ strike _ downDOM the _ house_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ master _ of_ your and _ avenge the _ blood(s)_ ofservants _ of_ my the _ prophets and _ blood _ ofall _ ofthe _ servants_ ofYHWH on _ hand _ ofzeⱱel/(Jezebel) .
8 And _ all _ of_ perish the _ house_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ and _ cut _ offfrom _ ʼAḩʼāⱱ [one _ who]_ urinatesin/on/at/with _ wall and _ bond and _ free in/on/at/with _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
9 And _ make DOM the _ house_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ like _ house _ ofYārāⱱə ˊām/(Jeroboam) the _ son_ ofNeⱱaţ and _ like _ house _ ofBaˊshāʼ the _ son_ ofʼAḩiyyāh .
10 And _ DOM zeⱱel they _ will_ devourthe _ dogs in/on/at/with _ territory _ ofYizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) and _ no [one _ who]_ buries_ [her]and _ opened the _ door and _ fled .
11 And _ Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) he _ went_ outto the _ servants_ ofmaster _ of_ his and _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it all _ rightwhy did _ he_ comethe _ madman the _ this to _ you and _ he/it _ saidto _ them you _ allyou _ all_ knowDOM the _ man and _ DOM talk _ of_ his .

13 And _ hurried and _ they _ tookeach garment _ of_ his and _ spread under _ him to the _ bone_ ofthe _ steps and _ blew in/on/at/with _ trumpet and _ they _ saidYēhūʼ he _ is_ king14 And _ Yēhūʼ _ conspired the _ son_ ofYə hōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) the _ son_ ofNimshiy against Yə hōrām/(Joram) and _ Yə hōrām he _ had_ beenwatching in/on/at/with _ Rāʼmōt- gilead he and _ all Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) from _ face/in _ front_ ofzāʼēl the _ king_ ofʼArām .
15 And _ Yə hōrām/(Jehoram) _ returned the _ king to _ healed in/on/at/with _ Yizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) from the _ wounds which inflicted _ him [the] _ ʼArāmin/on/at/with _ fought _ he with Ḩₐzāʼēl the _ king_ ofʼArām and _ Yēhūʼ _ he/it _ saidif there _ [is]wish _ of_ you _ allnot let _ him_ go_ outan _ escapeefrom the _ city to _ go to _ tell [fn ] in/on/at/with _ Yizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) .
16 And _ Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) _ got _ into_ chariotand _ he/it _ wentYizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) _ to if/because Yə hōrām [was] _ lyingthere _ at and _ ʼAḩazyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) he _ had_ come_ downto _ see DOM Yə hōrām .
17 And _ the _ watchman [was] _ standingon the _ tower in/on/at/with _ Yizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) and _ he/it _ sawDOM the _ crowd_ ofYēhūʼ in/on/at/with _ came _ he and _ he/it _ saida _ crowd_ ofI [am] _ seeingand _ Yə hōrām _ he/it _ saidtake a _ horsemanand _ send to _ meet _ them and _ say peace .
18 And _ he/it _ wentthe _ rider_ ofthe _ horse to _ meet _ him and _ he/it _ saidthus he _ saysthe _ king peace and _ Yēhūʼ _ he/it _ saidwhat have _ you and _ with _ peace go _ aroundto behind _ me and _ reported the _ watchman to _ say he _ camethe _ messenger to they and _ not he _ has_ turned_ back19 And _ sent _ outa _ rider_ ofa _ horsesecond and _ came to _ them and _ he/it _ saidthus he _ saysthe _ king peace and _ Yēhūʼ _ he/it _ saidwhat have _ you and _ with _ peace go _ aroundto behind _ me .
20 And _ reported the _ watchman to _ say he _ cameto to _ them and _ not he _ has_ turned_ backand _ the _ driving like _ driving _ ofYēhūʼ the _ son_ ofNimshiy if/because in/on/at/with _ madman he _ drives21 And _ Yə hōrām/(Jehoram) _ he/it _ saidharness and _ got _ readychariot _ of_ his and _ Yə hōrām _ he/it _ went_ outthe _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ ʼAḩazyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) each in/on/at/with _ chariot _ of_ his and _ they _ went_ outto _ meet Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) and _ met _ him in/on/at/with _ property _ ofNāⱱōt the _ Yizrə ˊʼēl ī/(Jezreelite) .
22 And _ he/it _ waswhen _ saw Yə hōrām DOM Yēhūʼ and _ he/it _ saidpeace Oh _ Yēhūʼand _ he/it _ saidwhat the _ peace until the _ prostitution(s)_ ofzeⱱel/(Jezebel) mother _ of_ your and _ sorceries _ of_ her the _ many .
23 And _ Yə hōrām _ reined _ abouthands _ of_ his and _ fled and _ he/it _ saidto ʼAḩazyāh treachery Oh _ ʼAḩazyāh 24 And _ Yēhūʼ he _ filledhis/its _ hand in/on/at/with _ bow and _ shot DOM Yə hōrām between shoulders _ of_ his and _ he/it _ went_ outthe _ arrow through _ heart _ of_ his and _ slumped _ downin/on/at/with _ chariot _ of_ his .
25 And _ he/it _ saidto Bidqr wwww [fn ] pick _ [him]_ upthrow _ him in/on/at/with _ plot _ ofthe _ field_ ofNāⱱōt the _ Yizrə ˊʼēl ī if/because remember I and _ you with [were] _ ridingpairs behind ʼAḩʼāⱱ his/its _ father and _ YHWH he _ lifted_ upon/upon/above _ him/it DOM the _ oracle the _ this .
26 If not DOM the _ blood(s)_ ofNāⱱōt and _ DOM the _ blood(s)_ ofsons _ of_ his I _ sawyesterday the _ utterance_ ofYHWH and _ repay to/for _ yourself(m) in/on/at/with _ plot _ of_ groundthe _ this the _ utterance_ ofYHWH and _ now pick _ [him]_ upthrow _ him in/on/at/with _ plot _ of_ groundaccording _ to_ word _ ofYHWH 27 And _ ʼAḩazyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) he _ sawand _ fled the _ direction_ ofBēyt Haggan and _ pursued after _ him Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) and _ he/it _ saidalso DOM _ him/it shoot _ him into the _ chariot in/on/at/with _ ascent _ ofGūr which [is] _ withYiⱱlə ˊām/(Ibleam) and _ fled Mə giddō and _ he/it _ diedthere .
28 And _ carried _ ina_ chariotservants _ of_ his DOM _ him/it Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) _ to and _ buried DOM _ him/it in/on/at/with _ tomb _ of_ his with fathers _ of_ his in/on/at/with _ city _ ofDāvid .
29 and _ in _ year _ ofone _ plusten year of _ Yə hōrām/(Joram) the _ son_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ ʼAḩazyāh he _ had_ become_ kingover Yə hūdāh .
30 And _ Yēhūʼ _ came Yizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) _ to and _ ʼĪzeⱱel/(Jezebel) she _ heardand _ she _ preparedin/on/at/with _ paint eyes _ of_ her and _ adorned DOM head _ of_ her and _ looked through the _ window .
31 And _ Yēhūʼ he _ camein/on/at/with _ gate and _ she/it _ saidpeace Oh _ Zimrī[who] _ murdered_ ofmaster _ of_ his .
32 And _ lifted _ upface _ of_ his to the _ window and _ he/it _ saidwho on _ side_ my who and _ looked _ downto _ him/it two three court-officials .
33 And _ he/it _ saidthrow _ down_ her [fn ] and _ threw _ down_ her and _ spattered some _ of_ blood _ of_ her to the _ wall and _ near/to the _ horses and _ trampled _ her .
34 And _ went _ inand _ ate and _ drank and _ he/it _ saidattend _ toplease DOM the _ cursed the _ this and _ bury _ her if/because [was] _ a_ daughter_ ofa _ kingshe .
35 And _ went to _ bury _ her and _ not they _ foundin/on/at/with _ her if/because (if) the _ skull and _ the _ feet and _ palms _ ofthe _ hands .
36 And _ went _ backand _ told to _ him/it and _ he/it _ said[is] _ the_ word_ ofYHWH it which he _ spokein/on/at/with _ hand _ ofservant _ of_ his ʼĒliyyāh the _ Tishbiy to _ say in/on/at/with _ plot _ of_ ground_ ofYizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) they _ will_ devourthe _ dogs DOM the _ flesh_ ofzeⱱel .
37 And _ be [fn ] the _ corpse_ ofzeⱱel/(Jezebel) like _ dung on the _ surface_ ofthe _ field in/on/at/with _ territory _ ofYizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) that not people _ will_ saythis [is] _ ʼĪzeⱱel .
