19 And _ he/it _ waswhen _ heard the _ king Ḩizqiyyāh and _ tore DOM clothes _ of_ his and _ covered in/on/at/with _ sackcloth and _ went _ intothe _ house_ ofYHWH 2 And _ sent DOM ʼElyāqīm who [was] _ overthe _ palace and _ Sheⱱnāʼ the _ secretary and _ DOM the _ elders_ ofthe _ priests covered in/on/at/with _ sackcloth to Yə shaˊyāh /(Isaiah) the _ prophet the _ son_ ofʼĀmōʦ .
3 And _ they _ saidto _ him/it thus Ḩizqiyyāh he _ says[is] _ a_ day_ ofdistress and _ rebuke and _ disgrace the _ day the _ this if/because children they _ have_ cometo [the] _ mouth_ of_ [the]_ womband _ strength there _ [is]_ notto _ deliver .
4 Perhaps he _ will_ hearYHWH god _ of_ your DOM all _ of[the] _ words_ of[the] _ Rab-shaqeh whom sent _ him the _ king_ ofʼAshshūr master _ of_ his to _ mock [the] _ godliving and _ rebuke in/on/at/with _ words which he _ has_ heardYHWH god _ of_ your and _ lift _ upprayer for the _ remnant the _ left .
5 And _ the _ servants_ of_ they _ camethe _ king Ḩizqiyyāh to Yə shaˊyāh .
6 And _ he/it _ saidto/for _ them Yə shaˊyāh thus say to master _ of_ your _ all’sthus YHWH he _ saysdo _ notbe _ afraidfrom _ face/in _ front_ ofthe _ words which you _ have_ heardwhich they _ have_ blasphemedthe _ servants_ ofthe _ king_ ofʼAshshūr DOM _ me .
7 Behold _ I [am] _ about_ to_ putin/on/over _ him/it a _ spiritand _ hear a _ reportand _ return to _ land _ of_ his _ ownand _ fall _ him in/on/at/with _ sword in/on/at/with _ land _ of_ his _ own8 And _ [the] _ Rab-_ returned shaqeh and _ found DOM the _ king_ ofʼAshshūr fighting on Liⱱnāh if/because he _ had_ heardif/because _ thathe _ had_ set_ outout _ of_ Lākīsh .
9 And _ he/it _ listenedconcerning Tirhāqāh the _ king_ ofKūsh/(Cush) [fn ] to _ say there he _ has_ come_ outto _ fight against _ you and _ again and _ sent messengers to Ḩizqiyyāh to _ say .
10 Thus say to Ḩizqiyyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) to _ say not deceive _ you god _ of_ your whom you [are] _ trustingin/on/over _ him/it to _ say not it _ will_ be_ givenYə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) in/on/at/with _ hand _ ofthe _ king_ ofʼAshshūr .
11 Here you you _ have_ heardDOM [that] _ whichthey _ have_ donethe _ kings_ ofʼAshshūr to/from _ all/each/any/every the _ lands by _ destroying _ completely_ them and _ you(ms) will _ you_ be_ delivered12 The _ deliver DOM _ them the _ gods_ ofthe _ nations which they _ destroyedpredecessors _ of_ my DOM Gōzān and _ DOM Ḩārān and _ Reʦef and _ the _ sonsof _ ˊĒdenwho in/on/at/with _ Tə laʼssar .

14 And _ Ḩizqiyyāh _ he/it _ tookDOM the _ letter from _ hand _ ofthe _ messengers and _ read _ it and _ he/it _ ascendedthe _ house_ ofYHWH and _ spread _ out_ it Ḩizqiyyāh to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYHWH 15 and _ Ḩizqiyyāh _ prayed to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYHWH and _ said Oh _ YHWH the _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) [who] _ sitsthe _ cherubims you he the _ ʼElohīm by _ -self _ of_ you to _ all/each/any/every the _ kingdoms_ ofthe _ earth/land you you _ madeDOM the _ heavens and _ DOM the _ earth/land .
16 Incline Oh _ YHWH ear _ of_ your and _ hear open Oh _ YHWH eyes _ of_ your and _ see and _ hear DOM the _ words_ ofanḩērīⱱ which sent _ him to _ mock [the] _ godliving .
17 Truly Oh _ YHWH they _ have_ made_ desolatethe _ kings_ ofʼAshshūr DOM the _ nations and _ DOM lands _ of_ their .
18 And _ hurled DOM gods _ of_ their in/on/at/with _ fire if/because not [were] _ godsthey if/because (if) [the] _ work_ of[the] _ hands_ ofhumankind wood and _ stone and _ destroyed _ them .
19 And _ now Oh _ YHWH god _ of_ our save _ us please from _ hand _ of_ his and _ all _ of_ know the _ kingdoms_ ofthe _ earth/land if/because _ thatyou Oh _ YHWH [are] _ godby _ yourself _ of_ you .
20 and _ Yə shaˊyāh /(Isaiah) _ sent the _ son_ ofʼĀmōʦ to Ḩizqiyyāh to _ say thus YHWH he _ saysthe _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) [that] _ whichyou _ prayedto _ me concerning Şanḩērīⱱ the _ king_ ofʼAshshūr I _ have_ heard21 This the _ word which he _ has_ spokenYHWH on/upon/above _ him/it she _ has_ despisedto/for _ yourself(m) she _ has_ mockedto/for _ yourself(m) the _ virgin_ ofthe _ daughter_ ofTsiyyōn/(Zion) behind _ you a _ headshe _ has_ shakenthe _ daughter_ ofYə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) .
22 DOM whom have _ you_ tauntedand _ blasphemed and _ against whom have _ you_ raiseda _ voiceand _ lifted height eyes _ of_ your on the _ holy_ [one]_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
23 In/on/at/with _ hand _ ofmessengers _ of_ your you _ have_ tauntedmy _ master and _ she/it _ saidin/on/at/with _ many _ of[fn ] chariots _ of_ my I I _ have_ gone_ up[the] _ height[s]_ ofmountains the _ remotest_ parts_ ofLə ⱱānōn and _ cut _ downthe _ height_ ofcedars _ of_ its the _ choice_ ofcypresses _ of_ its and _ entered the _ lodging_ place_ offarthest _ of_ its [fn ] the _ forest_ ofdensest _ of_ its .
24 I I _ have_ dugand _ drank water strange and _ dried _ upin/on/at/with _ sole _ offeet _ of_ my all _ ofthe _ canals_ ofMiʦrayim/(Egypt) .
25 Not have _ you_ heardat _ from _ long _ agoDOM _ her/it I _ appointedat _ in _ days _ ofantiquity and _ planned _ it now brought _ topass_ it and _ make to _ crash heaps ruined cities fortified .

29 And _ this for _ you the _ sign you _ will_ eatthe _ year self-sown _ grainand _ in/on/at/with _ year the _ second(fs) self-seeded _ plant[s]and _ in/on/at/with _ year the _ third sow and _ reap and _ plant vineyards and _ eat fruit _ of_ their .
30 And _ the _ escaped_ remnant_ of_ again of _ the_ house_ ofof _ Yə hūdāh/(Judah)the _ a _ root_ surviving at _ downward and _ bear fruit at _ above .
31 If/because from _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) it _ will_ go_ outa _ remnantand _ survivors from _ hill of _ Tsiyyōn/(Zion)the _ zeal_ ofYHWH [fn ] [fn ] it _ will_ accomplishthis .
32 for _ so/thus/hence thus YHWH he _ saysconcerning the _ king_ ofʼAshshūr not he _ will_ comeinto the _ city the _ this and _ not he _ will_ shootthere an _ arrowand _ not come _ before_ it a _ shieldand _ not he _ will_ pour_ outon/upon _ it(f) a _ mound33 In/on/at/with _ way which he _ is_ comingin/on/at/with _ her he _ will_ returnand _ near/to the _ city the _ this not he _ will_ comethe _ utterance_ ofYHWH 34 And _ defend (to) the _ city the _ this to _ save _ it for _ sake_ my and _ for _ the_ sake_ ofDāvid servant _ of_ my .
35 And _ he/it _ wasin/on/at/with _ night (the) _ that and _ he/it _ went_ outthe _ messenger_ ofYHWH and _ struck _ downin/on/at/with _ camp _ ofʼAshshūr one _ hundredeighty and _ five thousand and _ got _ upin/on/at/with _ morning and _ see/lo/see all _ of_ them [were] _ corpsesdead .
36 And _ departed and _ he/it _ wentand _ Şanḩērīⱱ _ returned the _ king_ ofʼAshshūr and _ he/it _ sat_ down//remained//livedin/on/at/with _ Nīnə vēh .
37 And _ he/it _ washe [was] _ bowing_ downthe _ house_ ofNə şirok his/its _ god and _ ʼAdrammelek and _ Sharʼeʦer [fn ] [fn ] killed _ him in/on/at/with _ sword and _ they they _ escapedthe _ land_ ofʼArāraţ and _ Esar- _ became _ kinghaddon his/its _ son in _ place_ his .
