10 [fn] and_let _it _be YHWH a _refuge for _the_oppressed a _refuge in_times trouble.

12 [fn] sing _praises to/for_YHWH who_dwells _of Tsiyyōn/(Zion) declare in/on/at/with_peoples deeds _of_his.
