9 Not to_always he _will _conduct _a _case and_not to_forever he _will _keep.

11 If/because as _as_ heaven _high above the_earth/land steadfast _love _of_his it _is _strong towards fear _of_him.
12 As _as_far east from_west he _has _removed _far _away from_him/it DOM transgressions _of_our.
13 As_ a _father _has _compassion on children YHWH he _has _compassion on fear _of_him.
14 If/because he he _knows frame _of_we he_is_remembering if/because _that are_dust we.
15 Humankind like _the_grass his/its_days like_flower _of the_field so he _flourishes.
16 If/because a _wind it _passes _by in/on/over_him/it and_not _existing_he and_not knows_it again place _of_its.
17 And_steadfast _love _of YHWH from_long _ago/eternity and_unto perpetuity towards fear _of_him and_righteousness _of_his to_children _of children.
18 To_keep _of covenant _of_his and_with_remember _of precepts _of_his to_do_them.
19 YHWH in/on/at/with_heavens he _has _established throne _of_his and_kingdom _of_his in/on/at/with_all it _rules.
20 Bless YHWH messengers _of_his Oh _mighty_ones_of strength who_do _of word _of_his by_obeying in/on/at/with_voice _of word _of_his.
21 Bless YHWH Oh _all _of hosts _of_his servants _of_his who_do _of will _of_his.
22 Bless YHWH Oh _all _of works _of_his in_all the _places _of dominion _of_his bless soul _of_my DOM YHWH.
